1Short Texts Classification Through Reference Document Expansion显示文摘With the rapid development of information technology, short texts arising from socialized human interaction are gradually predominant in network information streams. Accelerating demands are requiring the industry to provide more effective classification of the brief texts.However, faced with short text documents, each of which contains only a few words, traditional document classification models run into difficulty. Aggressive documents expansion works remarkably well for many cases but suffers from the assumption of independent, identically distributed observations. We formalize a view of classification using Bayesian decision theory, treat each short text as observations from a probabilistic model, called a statistical language model, and encode classification preferences with a loss function defined by the language models and the external reference document. According to Vapnik's methods of Structural risk minimization(SRM), the optimal classification action is the one that minimizes the structural risk, which provides a result that allows one to trade off errors on the training sample against improved generalization performance. We conduct experiments by using several corpora of microblog-like data, and analyze the experimental results. 2Significantly improved corrosion resistance of Mg-15Gd-2Zn-0.39Zr alloys: Effect of heat-treatment显示文摘The effects of heat-treatment on corrosion behavior of Mg-15Gd-2Zn-0.39Zr alloys were investigated through microstructure characterization, corrosion tests, and scanning Kelvin probe force microscope(SKPFM) analysis. In long-term corrosion experiments, the corrosion rates of Mg-Gd-Zn-Zr alloys were mainly determined by the effects of micro-galvanic corrosion. During heat-treatment, the β-(Mg,Zn)3Gd eutectic phase in as-cast alloys transformed into a long-period stacking ordered(LPSO) phase, coupled with the precipitation of small precipitates. As heat-treatment proceeded, the local potential and the volume fraction of the LPSO phases reduced gradually compared with the eutectic phase, which resulted in a remarkable decrease of the micro-galvanic effect between the second phase and Mg matrix. 3Application of waste frying oils in the biosynthesis of biodemulsifier by a demulsifying strain Alcaligenes sp.S-XJ-1显示文摘Exploration of biodemulsifiers has become a new research aspect.Using waste frying oils(WFOs) as carbon source to synthesize biodemulsifiers has a potential prospect to decrease production cost and to improve the application of biodemulsifiers in the oilfield.In this study,a demulsifying strain,Alcaligenes sp.S-XJ-1,was investigated to synthesize a biodemulsifier using waste frying oils as carbon source.It was found that the increase of initial pH of culture medium could increase the biodemulsifier yield but decrease the demulsification ratio compared to that using paraffin as carbon source.In addition,a biodemulsifier produced by waste frying oils and paraffin as mixed carbon source had a lower demulsification capability compared with that produced by paraffin or waste frying oil as sole carbon source.Fed-batch fermentation of biodemulsifier using waste frying oils as supplementary carbon source was found to be a suitable method.Mechanism of waste frying oils utilization was studied by using tripalmitin,olein and tristearin as sole carbon sources to synthesize biodemulsifier.The results showed saturated long-chain fatty acid was diffcult for S-XJ-1 to utilize but could effectively enhance the demulsification ability of the produced biodemulsifier.Moreover,FT-IR result showed that the demulsification capability of biodemulsifiers was associated with the content of C=O group and nitrogen element.Jia Liu Kaiming Peng Xiangfeng Huang Lijun Lu Hang Cheng Dianhai Yang Qi Zhou Huiping Deng 2011Journal of Environmental Sciences2011,23,6:4
4Research on the Control for the Planar Motor by Non-symmetric and Unilateral Driven显示文摘与由四组线圈单元驱动方式相比,三组线圈单元驱动的平面电机属于单边非质心驱动模型。为提高平面电机系统的伺服性能,需要准确的力解耦模型以及有效的控制算法。由于实际中存在建模误差,如永磁体线圈加工误差引起的推力误差、气隙厚度不均匀、外部不确定扰动等,使得基于名义模型的系统无法有效解耦。同时建模误差的存在使得闭环系统误差方程的等号右侧不为0,无法确保跟踪误差的收敛。因此,必须利用控制器对建模误差进行补偿。以三组线圈单元且x方向为单边非质心驱动的平面电机作为研究对象。为提高其轨迹跟踪与定位能力,提出一种非线性控制算法。在逆动力学控制算法的基础上增加鲁棒项,对建模误差进行有效补偿。采用李雅普诺夫(Lyapunov)理论证明了该算法的稳定性。实验结果表明,轨迹跟踪误差小于1.5μm,可见通过对建模误差的补偿,减小了多自由度间耦合作用对运动精度的影响,提高了平面电机伺服性能。LI Xin, YANG Kaiming ZHU Yu YU Dongdong CUI Leqing 2012中国电机工程学报2012,32,27:3
5Fiber-tip polymer clamped-beam probe for high-sensitivity nanoforce measurements显示文摘Micromanipulation and biological,material science,and medical applications often require to control or measure the forces asserted on small objects.Here,we demonstrate for the first time the microprinting of a novel fiber-tip-polymer clamped-beam probe micro-force sensor for the examination of biological samples.The proposed sensor consists of two bases,a clamped beam,and a force-sensing probe,which were developed using a femtosecond-laser-induced two-photon polymerization(TPP)technique.Based on the finite element method(FEM),the static performance of the structure was simulated to provide the basis for the structural design.A miniature all-fiber micro-force sensor of this type exhibited an ultrahigh force sensitivity of 1.51 nmμN−1,a detection limit of 54.9 nN,and an unambiguous sensor measurement range of~2.9 mN.The Young’s modulus of polydimethylsiloxane,a butterfly feeler,and human hair were successfully measured with the proposed sensor.To the best of our knowledge,this fiber sensor has the smallest force-detection limit in direct contact mode reported to date,comparable to that of an atomic force microscope(AFM).This approach opens new avenues towards the realization of small-footprint AFMs that could be easily adapted for use in outside specialized laboratories.As such,we believe that this device will be beneficial for high-precision biomedical and material science examination,and the proposed fabrication method provides a new route for the next generation of research on complex fiber-integrated polymer devices.Mengqiang Zou Changrui Liao Shen Liu Cong Xiong Cong Zhao Jinlai Zhao Zongsong Gan Yanping Chen Kaiming Yang Dan Liu Ying Wang Yiping Wang 2021Light(Science & Applications)2021,10,9:3

7Linking moisture and near-surface wind with winter temperature to reveal the Holocene climate evolution in arid Xinjiang region of China显示文摘An increasing number of palaeo-climatic records have been reported to identify the Holocene climate history in the arid Xinjiang region of northwest China. However, few studies have fully considered the internal linkages within the regional climate system, which may limit our understanding of the forcing mechanisms of Holocene climate change in this region. Here, we systematically consider three major issues of the moisture/precipitation, temperature and near-surface wind relevant to the Holocene climate history of Xinjiang. First, despite there still has debated for the Holocene moisture evolution in this region, more climatic reconstructions from lake sediments, loess, sand-dunes and peats support a long-term regional wetting trend. Second, temperature records from ice cores, peats and stalagmites demonstrate a long-term winter warming trend during the Holocene in middle-to high-latitudes of Asia. Third, recent studies of aeolian sedimentary sequences reveal that the near-surface winds in winter gradually weakened during the Holocene, whereas the winter mid-latitude Westerlies strengthened in the Tienshan Mountains. Based on this evidence, in the arid Xinjiang region we propose an early to middle Holocene relatively cold and dry interval, with strong near-surface winds;and a warmer, wetter interval with weaker near-surface winds in the middle to late Holocene during winter. Additionally,we develop a conceptual model to explain the pattern of Holocene climate changes in this region.From the early to the late Holocene, the increasing atmospheric COcontent and winter insolation,and the shrinking of high-latitude continental ice-sheets, resulted in increasing winter temperatures in middle to high latitudes in the Northern Hemisphere. Subsequently, the increased winter temperature strengthened the winter mid-latitude Westerlies and weakened the Siberian high-pressure system,which caused an increase in winter precipitation and a decrease in near-surface wind strength. This scenario is strongly supported by evidence from geological records, climate simulation results, and modern reanalysis data. 17Hydrolysis hydrogen production mechanism of Mg10Ni10Ce alloy surface modified by SnO_(2) nanotubes in different aqueous systems显示文摘(Mg-10wt%Ni)-10wt%Ce(Mg10Ni10Ce)was ball-milled with SnO_(2)nanotubes and Mg10Ni10Ce-xSnO_(2)(x¼0,5,10 and 15 wt%)composites have been prepared.The phase compositions,microstructures,morphologies and hydrolysis H2 generation performance in different aqueous systems(distilled water,tap water and simulated seawater)have been investigated and the corresponding hydrolysis mechanism of Mg10Ni10Ce and Mg10Ni10CeeSnO_(2)has been proposed.Adding a small amount of SnO_(2)nanotubes can significantly enhance the hydrolysis reaction of Mg10Ni10Ce,especially the initial hydrolysis kinetics and the final H_(2) generation yield.Unfortunately,the Mg10Ni10Ce-xSnO_(2)hardly reacts with distilled water at room temperature.The hydrolysis reaction rate of Mg10Ni10Cee5SnO_(2)composite in tap water is still very slow with only 17.3%generation yield after 1 h at 303 K.Fortunately,in simulated seawater(3.5 wt%NaCl solution),the hydrolytic H2 generation behavior of the Mg10Ni10Cee5SnO_(2)composite has been greatly improved,which can release as high as 468.6 mL g^(-1 )H_(2) with about 60.9%generation yield within 30 s at 303 K.The Cl destroys the passivation layer on MgeNieCe alloy surface and the added SnO_(2)nanotubes accelerate the hydrolysis reaction rate and enhance the H2 generation yield.The Mg10Ni10Cee5SnO_(2)composite can rapidly generate a large amount of H2 in simulated seawater in a short time,which is expected to be applied on portable H2 generators in the future.Xiaojiang Hou Lu Yang Kaiming Hou Hongchang Shi Lei Feng Guoquan Suo Xiaohui Ye Li Zhang Yanling Yang 2021Green Energy & Environment2021,6,1:1

20Real-World Wireless Network Modeling and Optimization:From Model/Data-Driven Perspective显示文摘With the rapid development of the fifth-generation wireless communication systems,a profound revolution in terms of transmission capacity,energy efficiency,reliability,latency,and connectivity is highly expected to support a new batch of industries and applications.To achieve this goal,wireless networks are becoming extremely dynamic,heterogeneous,and complex.The modeling and optimization for the performance of realworld wireless networks are extremely challenging due to the difficulty to predict the network performance as a function of network parameters,and the prohibitively huge number of parameters to optimize.The conventional network modeling and optimization approaches rely on drive test,trial-and-error,and engineering experience,which are labor intensive,error-prone,and far from optimal.On the other hand,while the research community has spent significant efforts in understanding the fundamental limits of radio channels and developing physical layer techniques to operate close to it,very little is known about the performance limits of wireless networks,where millions of radio channels interact with one another in complex manners.This paper reviews the very recent mathematical and learning based techniques for modeling and optimizing the performance of real-world wireless networks in five aspects,including channel modeling,user demand and traffic modeling,throughput modeling and prediction,network parameter optimization,and IRS empowered performance optimization,and also presents the corresponding notable performance gains.LI Yang ZHANG Shutao REN Xiaohui ZHU Jianhang HUANG Jiajie HE Pengcheng SHEN Kaiming YAO Zhiqiang GONG Jie CHANG Tsunghui SHI Qingjiang LUO Zhiquan 2022Chinese Journal of Electronics2022,31,6:1
