1AFLP初析小豆栽培和野生变种(Vigna angularis var.angularis and var.nipponensis)间演化与地理分布关系显示文摘利用 12对AFLP引物 ,以饭豆标准品系M 0 0作对照 ,对来自中国、日本、韩国、尼泊尔、印度、不丹的 14 6份小豆栽培种 (Vignaangularisvar.angularis)和野生种 (Vignaangularisvar.nipponensis)种质的基因组DNA进行扩增 ,得到 313条多态性带。据AFLP多态性数据绘制的聚类图 ,可区分其中的 14 3份种质 ,表明小豆物种 (Vi gnaangularis)存在足够的遗传多样性 ,可用于资源材料的准确鉴别与分类。鉴于此 ,采用新开发的利用AFLP数据揭示核苷多样性的Innan’s进化树分析方法 ,进一步将 14 6份小豆资源分成 7个明显不同的地理演化群 ,即中国栽培种、日本栽培种、日本综合群 韩国栽培种、中国台湾野生种、中国野生种、尼泊尔 不丹栽培种和喜马拉雅野生种演化群。就上述地理演化群的遗传多样性、地理分布以及野生种与栽培种之间可能的演化关系进行了分析 ,初步认为栽培小豆至少应当有 4个不同类型的野生祖先和 3个不同的地理起源。宗绪晓 Duancan Vaughan Norihiko Tomooka Akito Kaga 王新望 关建平 王述民 2003中国农业科学2003,36,4:19

4High-resolution modeling and evaluation of ozone air quality of Osaka using MM5-CMAQ system显示文摘High-resolution modeling approach is increasingly being considered as a necessary step for improving the monitoring and predictions of regional air quality.This is especially true for highly urbanized region with complex terrain and land-use.This study uses Community Multiscale Air Quality(CMAQ) model coupled with MM5 mesoscale model for a comprehensive analysis to assess the suitability of such high-resolution modeling system in predicting ozone air quality in the complex terrains of Osaka,Japan.The 1-km and 3-km grid domains were nested inside a 9-km domain and the domain 2with 1-km grid covered the Osaka region.High-resolution Grid Point Value-Mesoscale Model(GPV-MSM) data were used after suitable validation.The simulated ozone concentrations were validated and evaluated using statistical metrics using performance criteria set for ozone.Daily maxima of ozone were found better simulated by the 1-km grid domain than the coarser 9-km and 3-km domains,with the maximum improvement in the mean absolute gross error about 3 ppbv.In addition,1-km grid results fared better than other grids at most of the observation stations that showed noticeable differences in gross error as well as correlation.These results amply justify the use of the integrated high-resolution MM5-CMAQ modeling system in the highly urbanized region,such as the Osaka region,which has complex terrain and land-use.SHRESTHA Kundan Lal KONDO Akira KAGA Akikazu INOUE Yoshio 2009Journal of Environmental Sciences2009,21,6:6
5Comparison between sitagliptin and nateglinide on postprandial lipid levels: The STANDARD study显示文摘AIM: To assess the effects of sitagliptin and nateglinide on lipid metabolism. METHODS: In a parallel group comparative open trial, patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus under treatment at the Japanese Red Cross Medical Center were randomly assigned to receive either sitagliptin (50 mg once daily) or nateglinide (90 mg three times daily before meals). Eligible patients met the following criteria: age ≥ 20 years; hemoglobin A 1c (HbA 1c ) > 6.5% despite diet and exercise; HbA 1c between 6.5% and 8.0%; fasting glucose < 7.77 mmol/L; diet and exercise therapy for more than 3 mo; and ability to read and understand the information for written informed consent. Exclusion criteria were contraindications to sitagliptin, contraindications to nateglinide, pregnancy or possible pregnancy, and severe liver/renal failure. Patients who were considered to be unsuitable by the attending physician for other reasons were also excluded. Blood samples were collected at one and three hours after intake of a test meal. The primary outcome measure was the area under the curve (AUC) of apolipoprotein (Apo) B48 at three hours postprandially. RESULTS: Twenty patients were randomly assigned to the sitagliptin group and sixteen patients were randomized to the nateglinide group. All 36 patients took the medication as directed by the physician in both groups, and they all were analyzed. Apart from antidiabetic drugs, there was no difference between the two groups with respect to the frequency of combined use of lipid-lowering, antihypertensive, and/or antiplatelet drugs. The doses of these medications were maintained during 12 wk of treatment. Detailed dietary advice, together with adequate exercise therapy, was given to the patients so that other factors apart from the two test drugs were similar in the two groups. There were no significant differences of the baseline characteristics between the two groups, except for body mass index (the sitagliptin group: 25.14 ± 3.05 kg/m 2 ; the nateglinide group: 21.39 ± 2.24 kg/m 2 ). Fasting levels of HbA 1c , glycated albumin, 1.5-anhydroglucitol, and blood glucose, as well as the blood glucose levels at one and three hours postprandially, improved in both groups after 12 wk of treatment, and there were no significant differences between the two groups. However, the glucagon level at one hour postprandially (P = 0.040) and the diastolic blood pressure (P<0.01) only showed a significant decrease in the sitagliptin group. In the nateglinide group, there was no significant change in the AUC of Apo B48, the glucagon level at one hour postprandially, the fasting triglyceride level, or the diastolic blood pressure. Body weight was unchanged in both groups. However, the AUC of Apo B48 at three hours postprandially showed a significant decrease in the sitagliptin group from 2.48 ± 0.11 at baseline to 1.94 ± 0.78 g/L per hour after 12 wk (P=0.019). The fasting triglyceride level also decreased significantly in the sitagliptin group (P = 0.035). With regard to lipid-related markers other than Apo B48 and fasting triglycerides, no significant changes were observed with respect to Apo A1, Apo B, or Apo C3 in either group. No adverse events occurred in either group. CONCLUSION: Sitagliptin significantly improves some lipid parameters while having a comparable effect on blood glucose to nateglinide. 7A study on vestibular-evoked myogenic potentials via galvanic vestibular stimulation in normal people显示文摘Objectives: The aim of our study is to examine vestibular-evoked myogenic potentials(VEMPs) elicited by the galvanic vestibular stimulation in the sternocleidomastoid muscle(SCM) in healthy subjects for clinical applications of auditory neuropathy or vestibular neuropathy in the future.Methods: We enrolled sixteen healthy subjects to record the average responses of SCM to galvanic vestibular stimulation(GVS) [current 3 mA;duration 1 ms] by electromyography(EMG). SPSS 18.0 software was used to analyze the obtained data for mean and standard deviation.Results: In all healthy subjects mastoid-forehead galvanic vestibular stimulation produced a positive-negative biphasic EMG responses on SCM ipsilateral to the cathodal electrode. The latency of p13 was 11.7 ± 3.0 ms. The latency of n23 was 17.8 ± 3.4 ms. The amplitude of p13-n23 was147.0 ± 69.0 μV. The interaural asymmetry ratio(AR) of p13, n23 latency and the amplitude was respectively 0.12 ± 0.09, 0.08 ± 0.08 and0.16 ± 0.10.Discussions: Galvanic vestibular stimulation could elicit biphasic EMG responses from SCM via the vestibular nerve but not from the otolith organs. 8Easy MPE:Extraction of Quality Microplot Images for UAV-Based High-Throughput Field Phenotyping显示文摘Microplot extraction(PE)is a necessary image processing step in unmanned aerial vehicle-(UAV-)based research on breeding fields.At present,it is manually using ArcGIS,QGIS,or other GIS-based software,but achieving the desired accuracy is timeconsuming.We therefore developed an intuitive,easy-to-use semiautomatic program for MPE called Easy MPE to enable researchers and others to access reliable plot data UAV images of whole fields under variable field conditions.The program uses four major steps:(1)binary segmentation,(2)microplot extraction,(3)production of∗.shp files to enable further file manipulation,and(4)projection of individual microplots generated from the orthomosaic back onto the raw aerial UAV images to preserve the image quality.Crop rows were successfully identified in all trial fields.The performance of the proposed method was evaluated by calculating the intersection-over-union(IOU)ratio between microplots determined manually and by Easy MPE:the average IOU(±SD)of all trials was 91%(±3).Léa Tresch Yue Mu Atsushi Itoh Akito Kaga Kazunori Taguchi Masayuki Hirafuji Seishi Ninomiya Wei Guo 2019Plant Phenomics2019,1,1:3
9前庭器官的胚胎发育及前庭中枢的髓鞘形成(英文)显示文摘近年对眩晕疾病的关注程度越来越高,但多集中于临床诊疗技术而对基础研究的关注稍显不足,为此我们特邀原日本东京大学加我君孝教授撰写了关于'前庭系统胚胎发育和前庭中枢髓鞘形成'的文章。作者根据多年的临床经验和研究并在参考相关文献基础上完成此稿,本文虽是关于基础研究的文章但却具有较强的实用性,对指导临床思维具有一定帮助。为使广大读者能更好的理解作者思想,现将全文予以刊登同时做导读一篇供大家参考。伴有半规管功能下降的听力障碍儿童在出生后的前2~3年会出现粗大运动与平衡功能的发育延缓,此后患儿的多数粗大动作如头部控制、独自直立、行走和奔跑等都可以随着年龄的增长得到进一步发育。然而,在进入学龄期6岁左右其平衡功能仍存在不同程度的问题,情况比较好的患儿可以游泳,而较差的则只能在睁眼情况下保持静态平衡。尽管所有儿童都可以具有良好的运动能力,但这是由于前庭中枢代偿的结果,是基于视觉、躯体感觉和本体感觉等其他感觉传入信号的整合以及出生后小脑运动控制系统和运动皮层的成熟共同协调完成的。前庭中枢代偿在帮助先天性前庭功能下降的婴儿或儿童发展运动能力上起着重要作用,因此为了更好的理解前庭中枢代偿过程,有必要了解前庭外周器官的胚胎发育以及前庭中枢系统的髓鞘形成过程。作者分章节详细介绍了前庭外周器官,如椭圆囊、球囊、半规管的胚胎发育过程以及前庭神经节、前庭中枢系统的发育特点,重点介绍了神经发育过程中的髓鞘形成及相关研究。相对于成人前庭神经节细胞的组织病理学研究而言,胎儿和新生儿/婴儿的前庭神经节组织学细胞病理学研究很少。在对人胚胎颞骨连续切片的研究中,追踪了从第13周到第39周胎龄的前庭神经节细胞的形态改变。发现在妊娠第24周时前庭神经节细胞已成熟,但直到第39周细胞质体积仍在持续增加。同时,本文详细地阐述了髓鞘在神经冲动传导和轴突发育中的重要作用,髓鞘的形成是神经发育的最后一步,亦是决定功能发育的主要形态学参数。作者在文章中还引用了许多经典的研究成果。Flechsig(1901)首次提出中枢神经系统的髓鞘形成程度可能与其功能相关。他的贡献(1920)在于完成了一套新生儿、早产儿、足月产儿以及出生早期婴儿的脑切片(参见原文图7)。其髓鞘形成理论遵循由后向前,从低到高,由内向外的顺序发育完善。首先是传入神经髓鞘发育(感觉),其次为传出神经(运动),最后是联合神经纤维的髓鞘发育,第八对颅神经是首批形成髓鞘的神经之一。Yakovlev and Lecours(1967)提出了髓鞘周期理论(参见原文图8)。他们认为胚胎期的髓鞘形成开始于周围神经系统,此后中枢神经系统开始形成髓鞘,感觉系统的髓鞘形成先于中枢运动系统。而大脑半球内的髓鞘形成出生后才开始并可持续数十年,尤其是涉及更高级联合功能和感觉辨别区域的纤维髓鞘发育较晚。作者通过对脑核磁前庭中枢系统的研究发现,虽出生前的脑干部分已具备髓鞘形成,但与颞骨组织切片的研究结果相比,中枢前庭系统的发育是滞后于前庭终末器官发育的,即前庭终末器官在胚胎发育早期即发育成熟,而中枢前庭系统在出生后还在发育成熟中,直到1~2岁时其中枢髓鞘发育才逐渐达到成人水平。因此至学龄前随着生长发育和中枢代偿的作用,所有儿童大部分的粗大运动都可以得到良好的发育。通过对前庭神经系统发育过程的研究,使我们更好的了解了前庭系统的中枢代偿作用至关重要,而前庭中枢代偿对加速婴儿及儿童发育的运动功能具有重要的临床价值。Kimitaka Kaga Chenchieh Kuan 刘博 张娜 2008中国医学文摘(耳鼻咽喉科学)2008,23,5:2
10Binaural integration abilities in bilateral cochlear implant user显示文摘Bilateral Cochlear implants(CIs) improved speech intelligibility, speech perception in background noise, and sound localization in quiet and noisy situations. However, it is unclear whether these advantages essentially result in binaural integration of acoustic stimuli from each ear. In this study, we investigated the effectiveness of binaural integration by bilateral CIs placement using binaural hearing tests and subjective auditory perceptual assessment. A 61-year-old bilateral CIs subject underwent the following four tests: the Japanese Hearing in Noise Test(HINT-J), the dichotic listening test(DLT), the Rapidly Alternating Speech Perception(RASP) test, and subjective auditory perceptual assessment. The HINTJ score was significantly higher for bilateral CIs than for a unilateral CI. However, DLT and the RASP test revealed contradictory results.Subjective auditory perceptual assessment revealed active and bright impressions for bilateral hearing, which were also noisy and strong compared with those for unilateral hearing. The results of this study revealed that bilateral CIs improved speech perception in background noise and an improved auditory impression, although the bilateral integration abilities were not improved. This was probably because the patient was required to combine information from the two ears into a single perception in DLT and the RASP test. 13A child with severe inner ear malformations with favorable hearing utilization and balance functions after wearing hearing aids显示文摘Infants with congenital deafness caused by severe bilateral inner ear malformations frequently suffer from severe hearing loss and poor balance. Unfortunately, the use of hearing aids is usually ineffective in recovering hearing, necessitating cochlear implants. We report a case of a 6-year-old boy with congenital deafness and bilateral inner ear malformations(right side, incomplete partition type I [IP-I]; left side, common cavity deformity). Hearing aids had a remarkable effect in this patient, enabling sufficient and favorable hearing recovery such as to allow the patient to engage in daily conversations. Per-rotatory nystagmus was recorded on an electronystagmogram for both right and left rotations in a damped rotational chair test. It is rare for deaf children with severe bilateral inner ear malformation to demonstrate favorable development in hearing and good equilibrium function.
