1Corrosion Mechanism of Corrosion-Resistant Steel Developed for Bottom Plate of Cargo Oil Tanks显示文摘A new type of corrosion-resistant steel consisting of ferrite and bainite phases was developed for cargo oil tanks of crude oil tankers. The corrosion rate of this new steel was 0.22 mm/a, which was equivalent to ca. 1/5 of the criterion ( ≤ 1 mm/a) for corrosion-resistant steels. The composition and element distribution of the corrosion products were investigated by micro-Raman spectrometry and energy dispersive spectrometer. The results demonstrated that the corrosion product was composed of α-FeOOH, Fe3O4 and a continuous Cu enrichment layer. 2The effect of crack tip environment on crack growth behaviour of a low alloy steel at cathodic potentials in artificial seawater显示文摘The environment at crack tip and its effect on the crack growth behaviour of low alloy steel-E690 steel were studied at cathodic potentials in artificial seawater.The results showed that the micro environment at crack tip and crack growth behaviour were related to the electrochemical reactions at crack tip,which were affected by the stress state and applied potentials.The crack tip environment was acidified under cyclic loading,resulting from the crack tip anodic dissolution reaction and corresponding hydrolysis reaction.Because of the hydrogen evolution and the inhibited anodic dissolution inside the crack,the crack tip p H increases as the cathodic potential decreases.The effect of cathodic potentials on the electrochemical reactions caused the variation of the hydrogen content,which influenced the crack growth rate because the crack growth behaviour was controlled by hydrogen embrittlement mechanism.This resulted in a fact that with the negative decrease of potential,the crack growth rate first decreased and then increased,with the minimum rate at-0.75 V.And the crack growth path exhibited transgranular fracture.Yong Li Zhiyong Liu Endian Fan Zhongyu Cui Jinbin Zhao 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,54,19:5
3Simultaneously Improving Mechanical Properties and Stress Corrosion Cracking Resistance of High-Strength Low-Alloy Steel via Finish Rolling within Non-recrystallization Temperature显示文摘The effect of hot rolling process on microstructure evolution,mechanical properties and stress corrosion cracking(SCC)resistance of high-strength low-alloy(HSLA)steels was investigated by varying the finish rolling temperature(FRT)and total rolling reduction.The results revealed granular bainite with large equiaxed grains was obtained by a total rolling reduction of60%with the FRT of 950℃(within recrystallization temperature T_(r)).The larger grain size and much less grain boundaries should account for the relatively lower strength and SCC resistance.A larger rolling reduction of 80% under the same FRT resulted in the formation of massive martensite-austenite(M/A)constituents and resultant low ductility and SCC resistance.In contrast,a good combination of strength,ductility and SCC resistance was obtained via 80% rolling reduction with the FRT of 860℃(within non-recrystallization temperature T_(nr)),probably because of the fine grain size and M/A constituents,as well as a high density of grain boundary network.Hongchi Ma Baijie Zhao Yi Fan Kui Xiao Jinbin Zhao Xuequn Cheng Xiaogang Li 2021Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2021,34,4:4

6Optimal Control Virtual Inertia of Optical Storage Microgrid Based on Improved Sailfish Algorithm显示文摘The optical storage microgrid system composed of power electronic converters is a small inertia system.Load switching and power supply intermittent will affect the stability of the direct current(DC)bus voltage.Aiming at this problem,a virtual inertia optimal control strategy applied to optical storage microgrid is proposed.Firstly,a small signal model of the system is established to theoretically analyze the influence of virtual inertia and damping coefficient on DC bus voltage and to obtain the constraint range of virtual inertia and damping coefficient;Secondly,aiming at the defect that the Sailfish optimization algorithm is easy to premature maturity,a Sailfish optimization algorithm based on the leak-proof net and the cross-mutation propagation mechanism is proposed;Finally,the virtual inertia and damping coefficient of the system are optimized by the improved Sailfish algorithm to obtain the best control parameters.The simulation results in Matlab/Simulink show that the virtual inertia control optimized by the improved Sailfish algorithm improves the system inertia as well as the dynamic response and robustness of the DC bus voltage.LIAO Hongfei ZENG Guohui HUANG Bo MA Chi CHEN Gong ZHAO Jinbin 2022Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2022,27,3:1

9Development and Analysis of the Magnetic Circuit on Double-Radial Permanent Magnet and Salient-Pole Electromagnetic Hybrid Excitation Generator for Vehicles显示文摘With the improvement of vehicles electrical equipment, the existing silicon rectification generator and permanent magnet generator cannot meet the requirement of the electric power consumption of the modern vehicles electrical equipment. It is di cult to adjust the air gap magnetic field of the permanent magnet generator. Consequently, the output voltage is not stable. The silicon rectifying generator has the problems of low e ciency and high failure rate.In order to solve these problems, a new type of hybrid excitation generator is developed in this paper. The developed hybrid excitation generator has a double-radial permanent magnet, a salient-pole electromagnetic combined rotor,and a fractional slot winding stator, where each rotor pole corresponds to 4.5 stator teeth. The equivalent magnetic circuit diagram of permanent magnet rotor and magnetic rotor is established. Magnetic field finite element analysis(FEA) software is used to conduct the modeling and simulation analysis on double-radial permanent magnet magnetic field, salient-pole electro-magnetic magnetic field and hybrid magnetic field. The magnetic flux density mold value diagram and vector diagram are obtained. The diagrams are used to verify the feasibility of this design. The designed electromagnetic coupling regulator controller can ensure the stable voltage export by changing the magnitude and direction of the excitation current to adjust the size of the air gap magnetic field. 12Can SpRY recognize any PAM in human cells?显示文摘The application of clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)and CRISPR-associated proteins(Cas)can be limited due to a lack of compatible protospacer adjacent motif(PAM)sequences in the DNA regions of interest.Recently,SpRY,a variant of Streptococcus pyogenes Cas9(SpCas9),was reported,which nearly completely fulfils the PAM requirement.Meanwhile,PAMs for Sp RY have not been well addressed.In our previous study,we developed the PAM Definition by Observable Sequence Excision(PAM-DOSE)and green fluorescent protein(GFP)-reporter systems to study PAMs in human cells.Herein,we endeavored to identify the PAMs of SpRY with these two methods.The results indicated that 5’-NRN-3’,5’-NTA-3’,and 5’-NCK-3’could be considered as canonical PAMs.5’-NCA-3’and 5’-NTK-3’may serve as non-priority PAMs.At the same time,PAM of 5’-NYC-3’is not recommended for human cells.These findings provide further insights into the application of SpRY for human genome editing.Jinbin YE Haitao XI Yilu CHEN Qishu CHEN Xiaosheng LU Jineng LV Yamin CHEN Feng GU Junzhao ZHAO 2022Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2022,23,5:0
13The Effects of Water and Fertilizer Coupling on Plant and Soil Nitrogen Characteristics and Fruit Growth of Rabbiteye Blueberry Plants in a Semi-Arid Region in China显示文摘To evaluate the effects of nitrogen(N)and irrigation coupling on the soil N distribution,plant N utilization,and fruit yield of rabbiteye blueberries(Vaccinium virgatum),a field experiment was designed using two factors(water and fertilizer application)with four levels of irrigation and three levels of fertilization,and a control.Under the different water and fertilizer combinations,N primarily accumulated in the leaves.Irrigation and N application within appropriate ranges(pure N≤29 g/plant and irrigation volume≤2.5 L/plant)significantly improved the blueberry fruit yield.Increases in water and N within these ranges promoted the effective accumulation of N in various organs and the absorption and utilization of N in the plants,which ultimately promoted blueberry yield.With increased N application rate,the nitrate N content of the 0–20 cm and 20–50 cm soil layers increased.With increased irrigation volume,the nitrate N content of the 0–20 cm soil layer decreased,while the nitrate content in the 20–50 cm soil layer increased.Low N and moderate water treatments resulted in high fruit yields and reduced nitrate N retention in the soil.Under these conditions,the economic input-output ratio was high and the soil N accumulation was low,and thus the economic and ecological benefits were maximized.Xiaolan Guo Di Zhao Jinbin Hu Delu Wang Jianbin Wang Muhammad Shakeel 2023Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2023,92,1:0
14The Phytophthora effector Avh94 manipulates host jasmonic acid signaling to promote infection显示文摘The oomycete pathogen Phytophthora sojae is a causal agent of soybean root rot.Upon colonization of soybeans,P.sojae secretes various RXLR effectors to suppress host immune responses,supporting successful infection.Previous research has demonstrated that the RXLR effector Avh94 functions as a virulence effector,but the molecular mechanism underlying its role in virulence remains unknown.Here,we demonstrate that Avh94 overexpression in plants and pathogens promotes Phytophthora infection.Avh94 interacts with soybean JAZ1/2,which is a repressor of jasmonic acid(JA)signaling.Avh94 stabilizes JAZ1/2 to inhibit JA signaling and silencing of JAZ1/2 enhances soybean resistance against P.sojae.Moreover,P.sojae lines overexpressing Avh94 inhibit JA signaling.Furthermore,exogenous application of methyl jasmonate improves plant resistance to Phytophthora.Taken together,these findings suggest that P.sojae employs an RXLR effector to hijack JA signaling and thereby promote infection.Yao Zhao Bo Yang Huawei Xu Jinbin Wu Zhiyang Xu Yuanchao Wang 2022Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,11:0
15Identification of a 10-pseudogenes signature as a novel prognosis biomarker for ovarian cancer显示文摘The outcomes of ovarian cancer are complicated and usually unfavorable due to their diagnoses at a late stage.Identifying the efficient prognostic biomarkers to improve the survival of ovarian cancer is urgently warranted.The survival-related pseudogenes retrieved from the Cancer Genome Atlas database were screened by univariate Cox regression analysis and further assessed by least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)method.A risk score model based on the prognostic pseudogenes was also constructed.The pseudogene-mRNA regulatory networks were established using correlation analysis,and their potent roles in the ovarian cancer progression were uncovered by functional enrichment analysis.Lastly,ssGSEA and ESTIMATE algorithms was used to evaluate the levels of immune cell infiltrations in cancer tissues and explore their relationship with risk signature.A prediction model of 10-pseudogenes including RPL10P6,AC026688.1,FAR2P4,AL391840.2,AC068647.2,FAM35BP,GBP1P1,ARL4AP5,RPS3AP2,and AMD1P1 was established.The 10-pseudogenes signature was demonstrated to be an independent prognostic factor in patient with ovarian cancer in the random set(hazard ratio[HR]=2.512,95%confidence interval[CI]=2.03–3.11,P<0.001)and total set(HR=1.71,95%CI=1.472–1.988,P<0.001).When models integrating with age,grade,stage,and risk signature,the Area Under Curve(AUC)of the 1-year,3-year,5-year and 10-year Receiver Operating Characteristic curve in the random set and total set were 0.854,0.824,0.855,0.805 and 0.679,0.697,0.739,0.790,respectively.The results of functional enrichment analysis indicated that the underlying mechanisms by which these pseudogenes influence cancer prognosis may involve the immune-related biological processes and signaling pathways.Correlation analysis showed that risk signature was significantly correlated with immune cell infiltration and immune score.We identified a novel 10-pseudogenes signature to predict the survival of patients with ovarian cancer,and that may serve as novel possible prognostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets for ovarian cancer.YONGHUI YU SONGHUI XU ERYONG ZHAO YONGSHUN DONG JINBIN CHEN BOQI RAO JIE ZENG LEI YANG JIACHUN LU FUMAN QIU 2022BIOCELL2022,46,4:0
16Averrhoa carambola extractive inhibits breast cancer via regulating CEPT1 and LYPLA1显示文摘Liposomes have been widely exploited as a drug delivery system in treating tumors because of their advantage to enhance anti-tumor efficacy and reduce side effects. In this study, the tumor-targeted 2-dodecyl-6-methoxycyclohexa-2,5-diene-1,4-dione(DMDD, i.e., Averrhoa carambola extractive) liposomes(HA/TN-DLP) were conducted and assessed. HA/TN-DLP showed controllable drug loading(up to 83%)with high stability. In vitro and in vivo studies showed good cell uptake behavior and high inhibition rate of breast cancer compared to free DMDD. HA/TN-DLP might be the suitable for DMDD due to its better advantages in delivery, penetrability, and targeting-tumor capability. For in vivo mouse model tests,HA/TN-DLP effectively inhibited tumor growth compared to free DMDD. Further analyses indicated that HA/TN-DLP inhibited the glycerophospholipid metabolism pathway by reducing the biosynthesis of phosphatidylcholine and 1-acyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine through regulating the expressions of CEPT1 and LYPLA1, and inhibited tumor cell growth by regulating the PI3K/Akt and NF-κ B signaling pathways.
