| 3 | Cooperative guidance strategy for multiple hypersonic gliding vehicles system显示文摘Cooperative guidance strategy for multiple hypersonic gliding vehicles system with flight constraints and cooperative constraints is investigated.This paper mainly cares about the coordination of the entry glide flight phase and driving-down phase.Different from the existing results,both the attack time and the attack angle constraints are considered simultaneously.Firstly, for the entry glide flight phase, a two-stage method is proposed to achieve the rapid cooperative trajectories planning, where the control signal corridors are designed based on the quasi-equilibrium gliding conditions.In the first stage, the bank angle curve is optimized to achieve the attack angle coordination.In the second stage, the angle of attack curve is optimized to achieve the attack time coordination.The optimized parameters can be obtained by the secant method.Secondly, for the driving-down phase, the cooperative terminal guidance law is designed where the terminal attack time and attack angle are considered.The guidance law is then transformed into the bank angle and angle of attack commands.The cooperative guidance strategy is summarized as an algorithm.Finally, a numerical simulation example with three hypersonic gliding vehicles is provided for revealing the effectiveness of the acquired strategy and algorithm. | Jianglong YU Xiwang DONG Qingdong LI Zhang REN Jinhu LV | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,3: | 14 |
| 4 | Identification of the surgical indication line for the Denonvilliers’fascia and its anatomy in patients with rectal cancer显示文摘Background:The high rate of urogenital dysfunction after traditional total mesorectal excision(TME)has caused doubts among scholars on the standard fashion of dissection.We have proposed the necessity to preserve the Denonvilliers’fascia in patients with rectal cancer.However,how to accurately locate the Denonvilliers’fascia is unclear.This study aimed to explore anatomical features of the Denonvilliers’fascia by comparing autopsy findings and observations of surgical videos so as to propose a dissection method for the preservation of pelvic autonomic nerves during rectal cancer surgery.Methods:Five adult male cadaver specimens were dissected,and surgical videos of 135 patients who underwent TME for mid-low rectal cancer between January 2009 and February 2019 were reviewed to identify and compare the structure of the Denonvilliers’fascia.Results:The monolayer structure of the Denonvilliers’fascia was observed in 5 male cadaver specimens,and it was located between the rectum,the bottom of the bladder,the seminal vesicles,the vas deferens,and the prostate.The Denonvilliers’fascia was originated from the rectovesical pouch(or rectum-uterus pouch),down to fuse caudally with the rectourethral muscle at the apex of the prostate,and fused to the lateral ligaments on both sides.The fascia was thinner on the midline with a thickness of 1.06±0.10 mm.The crown shape of the Denonvilliers’fascia was slightly triangular,with a height of approximately 5.42±0.16 cm at midline.Nerves were more densely distributed in front of the Denonvilliers’fascia than behind,especially on both sides of it.Under laparoscopic view,the Denonvilliers’fascia was originated at the lowest point of the rectovesical pouch(or rectum-uterus pouch),with a thickened white line which was a good mark for identifying the Denonvilliers’fascia.Conclusion:Identification of the surgical indication line for the Denonvilliers’fascia could help us identify the Denonvilliers’fascia,and it would improve our ability to protect the pelvic autonomic function of patients undergoing TME for rectal cancer. | Jianglong Huang Jing Liu Jiafeng Fang Zongheng Zeng Bo Wei Tufeng Chen Hongbo Wei | 2020 | Cancer Communications2020,40,1: | 10 |
| 5 | Drawdown mechanism of light particles in baffled stirred tank for the KR desulphurization process显示文摘To improve the efficiency of the desulfurization process, the drawdown mechanism of light particles in stirred tank is studied in this paper. For both up and down pumping modes, the just drawdown speeds(Njd) of floating particles in transformative Kanbara Reactor(KR) are measured in one and four baffled stirred tanks experimentally. Then numerical simulations with standard k-ε model coupled with volume of fluid model(VOF) and discrete phase model(DPM) are conducted to analyze the flow field at the just drawdown speed Njd. The torques on the impeller obtained from experiments and simulations agree well with each other, which indicates the validity of our numerical simulations. Based on the simulations, three main drawdown mechanisms for floating particles, the axial circulation, turbulent fluctuation and largescale eddies, are analyzed. It's found that the axial circulation dominates the drawdown process at small submergence(S = 1/4 T and 1/3 T) and the large-scale eddies play a major role at large submergence(S = 2/3 T and 3/4 T). Besides, the turbulent fluctuation affects the drawdown process significantly for up pumping mode at small submergence(S = 1/4 T and 1/3 T) and for down pumping mode at large submergence(S = 2/3 T and 3/4 T). | 6 | Air-sea heat flux exchange over the South China Sea under different weather conditions before and after southwest monsoon onset in 2000显示文摘With the data observed from the Second SCS Air-Sea Flux Experiment on the Xisha air-sea flux research tower, the radiation budget, latent, sensible heat fluxes and net oceanic heat budgetswere caculated before and after summer monsoon onset. It is discovered that, after summer monsoononset, there are considerable changes in air-sea fluxes, especially in latent heat fluxes and net oceanicheat budget. Furthermre, the analyzed results of five synoptic stages are compared. And the character-istics of the flux transfer during different stages around onset of South China Sea monsoon are discussed.The flux change shows that there is an oceanic heat accumulating process during the pre-onset and thebreak period, as same as oceanic heat losing process during the onset period. Moreover, latent fluxes,the water vapor moving to the continent, even the rainfall appearance in Chinese Mainland also can beinfluenced by southwester. Comparing Xisha fluxes with those obtained from the Indian Ocean and thewestern Pacific Ocean, their differences may be obeerved. | 9 | Pleniglacial millennium-scale climate variations in northern China based on records from the Salawusu River Valley显示文摘Situated in the Salawusu River Valley, southeast of China's Mu Us Desert, the MGS2 (Milanggouwan section) portion of the Milanggouwan stratigraphic section records 5.5 sedimentary cycles consisting of alternations between dune sand deposits and fluvial or lacustrine facies. We analyzed the grain-size and CaCO 3 distributions in MGS2, and found that Mz (mean particle diameter) and σ (standard deviation) displayed clear variations in peaks and valleys within different sedimentary facies. The CaCO 3 content averaged 0.4% in the dune sand deposits, 1.43% in the fluvial facies, and 8.82% in the lacustrine facies. Both the grain-size distribution and CaCO 3 contents, which equal the indicators for the alternation among the sedimentary facies, suggest the occurrence of 5.5 cycles. These results suggest that the observed cycles mainly resulted from fluctuations between a cold and dry winter monsoon climate and a warm and humid summer monsoon climate, and that the MGS2 portion experienced at least 5.5 fluctuations between these two extremes. | 12 | Omics-based integrated analysis identified ATRX as a biomarker associated with glioma diagnosis and prognosis显示文摘Objective:ATRX is a multifunctional protein that is tightly regulated by and implicated in transcriptional regulation and chromatin remodeling.Numerous studies have shown that genetic alterations in ATRX play a significant role in gliomas.This study aims to further determine the relationship between ATRX and glioma prognosis and identify possible mechanisms for exploring the biological significance of ATRX using large data sets.Methods:We used The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database and 130 immunohistochemical results to confirm the difference in ATRX mutations in high-and low-grade gliomas.An online analysis of the TCGA glioma datasets using the cBioPortal platform was performed to study the relationship between ATRX mutations and IDH1,TP53,CDKN2 A and CDKN2 B mutations in the corresponding TCGA glioma dataset.In combination with clinical pathology data,the biological significance of the relationships were analyzed.Gene Ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway analyses and annotations of all adjacent genes in the network were performedin the Database for Annotation,Visualization and Integrated Discovery(DAVID)and R language.A protein-protein interaction(PPI)network was constructed,and the interactions of all adjacent nodes were analyzed by the String database and using Cytoscape software.Results:In the selected TCGA glioma datasets,a total of 2,228 patients were queried,21%of whom had ATRX alterations,which co-occurred frequently with TP53 and IDH1 mutations.ATRX alterations are associated with multiple critical molecular events,which results in a significantly improved overall survival(OS)rate.In low-grade gliomas,ATRX mutations are significantly associated with multiple important molecular events,such as ZNF274 and FDXR at mRNA and protein levels.A functional cluster analysis revealed that these genes played a role in chromatin binding and P53,and a link was observed between ATRX and IDH1 and TP53 in the interaction network.ATRX and TP53 are important nodes in the network and have potential links with the blood oxygen imbalance.Conclusions:ATRX mutations have clinical implications for the molecular diagnosis of gliomas and can provide diagnostic and prognostic information for gliomas.ATRX is expected to serve as a new therapeutic target. | Yingbin Xie Yanli Tan Chao Yang Xuehao Zhang Can Xu Xiaoxia Qiao Jianglong Xu Shaohui Tian Chuan Fang Chunsheng Kang | 2019 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2019,16,4: | 5 |
