2Polyvinylpyrrolidone/graphene oxide thin films coated on quartz crystal microbalance electrode for NH_3 detection at room temperature显示文摘In this paper, composite film based on polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)/graphene oxide(GO) was fabricated by spray method on AT-cut 9.986 MHz quartz crystal microbalance(QCM) for NH_3 sensing. The thin films were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-VIS) to investigate the morphologies and the composition contents, respectively. The experimental results reveal that PVP/GO based sensor holds higher sensitivity, larger responsiveness and smaller baseline drift than those based on pure PVP at room temperature. Besides, the prepared sensor exhibits greater response to NH_3 than other gases such as CO, CO_2 and NO_2 at the same concentration. The good linearity, reproducibility and stability demonstrate the practicability of PVP/GO hybrid film in detecting NH_3.MA XingFang XIE GuangZhong SU YuanJie DU HongFei XIE Tao JIANG YaDong 2016Science China(Technological Sciences)2016,59,9:1
3Multi-Joint Active Collision Avoidance for Robot Based on Depth Visual Perception显示文摘Dear editor,Human-robot collaboration is a research topic that has numerous potential applications, such as in smart cities. An important safety consideration in human-robot collaboration is collision avoidance[1]. Many studies have prioritized collision avoidance of the robot end-effector. However, multi-joint(whole-body) collision avoidance is also very important in complex working scenarios. Several studies have achieved multi-joint collision avoidance by estimating the distance between obstacles and control points placed on the robot body.Hui Li Xingfang Wang Xiao Huang Yifan Ma Zhihong Jiang 2022IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2022,9,12:0
4Silencing gamma-aminobutyric acid A receptor alpha 1 subunit expression and outward potassium current in developing cortical neurons显示文摘We used RNA interference (RNAi) to disrupt synthesis of the cortical neuronal γ-aminobutyric acid A receptor (GABAAR) α1 in rats during development, and measured outward K+ currents during neuronal electrical activity using whole-cell patch-clamp techniques. Three pairs of small interfering RNA (siRNA) for GABAAR α1 subunit were designed using OligoEngine RNAi software. This siRNA was found to effectively inhibited GABAAR α1 mRNA expression in cortical neuronal culture in vitro, but did not significantly affect neuronal survival. Outward K+ currents were decreased, indicating that GABAAR α1 subunits in developing neurons participate in neuronal function by regulating outward K+ current.Tao Bo Jiang Li Jian Li Xingfang Li Kaihui Xing 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,18:0
