| 1 | Review on Stress Corrosion and Corrosion Fatigue Failure of Centrifugal Compressor Impeller显示文摘Corrosion failure,especially stress corrosion cracking and corrosion fatigue,is the main cause of centrifugal compressor impeller failure.And it is concealed and destructive.This paper summarizes the main theories of stress corrosion cracking and corrosion fatigue and its latest developments,and it also points out that existing stress corrosion cracking theories can be reduced to the anodic dissolution(AD),the hydrogen-induced cracking(HIC),and the combined AD and HIC mechanisms.The corrosion behavior and the mechanism of corrosion fatigue in the crack propagation stage are similar to stress corrosion cracking.The effects of stress ratio,loading frequency,and corrosive medium on the corrosion fatigue crack propagation rate are analyzed and summarized.The corrosion behavior and the mechanism of stress corrosion cracking and corrosion fatigue in corrosive environments,which contain sulfide,chlorides,and carbonate,are analyzed.The working environments of the centrifugal compressor impeller show the behavior and the mechanism of stress corrosion cracking and corrosion fatigue in different corrosive environments.The current research methods for centrifugal compressor impeller corrosion failure are analyzed.Physical analysis,numerical simulation,and the fluid-structure interaction method play an increasingly important role in the research on impeller deformation and stress distribution caused by the joint action of aerodynamic load and centrifugal load. | SUN Jiao CHEN Songying QU Yanpeng LI Jianfeng | 2015 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2015,28,2: | 14 |
| 2 | Rapidly in situ forming biodegradable hydrogels by combining alginate and hydroxyapatite nanocrystal显示文摘The in situ forming biodegradable polymer scaffolds are important biomaterials for tissue engineering and drug delivery.Hydrogels derived from natural proteins and polysaccharides are ideal tissue engineering scaffolds since they resemble the extracellular matrices of the tissue comprising various amino acids and sugar based macromolecules.This work presented an injectable system from partially oxidized alginate and hydroxyapatite(HAP) nanocrystal for tissue engineering and drug delivery applications.In situ release of calcium cations from HAP nanocrystal was adopted through lowering the pH with slow hydrolysis of D-glucono-δ-lactone(GDL) and homogeneous alginate gels were formulated as scaffolds with defined dimensions.The gelation time could be controlled to be in 10-15 min.The SEM observations confirmed the porous 3D hydrogel structure with interconnected pores ranging from 20 to 300 μm and the HAP particles dispersed in the scaffolds uniformly.The potential applications such as tissue engineering scaffold and injectable drug delivery system were demonstrated by subcutaneous implant test in test rats. | Lu Lu YuSha Qi ChangRen Zhou YanPeng Jiao | 2010 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,1: | 6 |
| 3 | Effect of chitooligosaccharides on cyclin D1,bcl-xl and bcl-2 mRNA expression in A549 cells using quantitative PCR显示文摘Chitooligosaccharide (COS) is derived from the chemical and enzymatic hydrolysis of chitosan and has been reported to have potent antitumor activity.Our study investigated the effects of five chitooligomers ranging from the dimer form to the hexamer form (chitobiose,chitotriose,chitotetraose,chitopentaose,chitohexaose) on the expression of cyclin D1,bcl-2 and bcl-xl mRNA in A549 cells using reverse transcription quantitative real-time PCR.We demonstrated that,of the five chitooligomers used,chitohexaose (COS6) had the most potent inhibitory effect on A549 cell proliferation.COS6 also significantly down regulated cyclin D1 and bcl-xl mRNA expression levels.Our data suggested that COS6 exerts its antitumor activity by two different mechanisms:(1) COS6-mediated inhibition of Cyclin D1 levels leads to suppression of tumor cell proliferation;and (2) COS6-mediated down-regulation of the pro-survival protein,Bcl-xl,promotes the apoptosis of tumor cells. | LI Xian WANG Ju CHEN XiaoJia TIAN JinHuan LI LiHua ZHAO MingYan JIAO YanPeng ZHOU ChangRen | 2011 | Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,15: | 5 |
| 4 | Dynamic thermal coupling modeling and analysis of wet electro-hydrostatic actuator显示文摘The electro-hydrostatic actuator(EHA)used in more electric aircraft(MEA)has been extensively studied due to its advantages of high reliability and high integration.However,this high integration results in a small heat dissipation area,leading to high-temperature problems.Generally,to reduce the temperature,a wet cooling method of using the pump leakage oil to cool the motor is adopted,which can also increase the difficulty of accurately predicting the system temperature in the early design stage.To solve this problem,a dynamic coupling thermal model of a wet EHA is proposed in this paper.In particular,the leakage oil of the pump is used as a coupling item between the electrical system and the hydraulic system.Then,an improved T-equivalent block model is proposed to address the uneven distribution of axial oil temperature inside the motor,and the control node method is applied to hydraulic system thermal modeling.Meanwhile,a dynamic coupling thermal model is developed that enables a dynamic evaluation of the wet EHA temperature.Then,experimental prototypes of wet motor and wet EHA are developed,while the temperature response of the wet motor at different rotation speeds and different loads and the temperature response of the wet EHA at no-load condition were verified experimentally at room temperature,respectively.The maximum temperature difference between the experimental and theoretical results of the wet motor as well as the experimental and theoretical results of the wet EHA is less than 8℃.These test results indicate that the dynamic coupling thermal model is valid and demonstrate that the thermal coupling modeling method proposed in this paper can provide a basis for the detailed thermal design of EHA. | Zongxia JIAO Yanpeng LI Tian YU Chaofan JIANG Ligang HUANG Yaoxing SHANG | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,6: | 2 |
| 5 | Protein adsorption on the poly(L-lactic acid) surface modified by chitosan and its derivatives显示文摘Surface modification of biomaterials has been adopted over the years to improve their biocompatibility. In this study, aiming to promote hydrophilicity and to introduce natural recognition sites onto poly(L-lactic acid) (PLLA) films, chitosan and its derivatives, carboxymethyl chitosan(CMC) and N-methylene phosphonic chitosan (NPC), were used to modify the surface of PLLA films by an entrapment method. Radiolabeled (125I) proteins were used to measure the amount of protein adsorbed to PLLA surfaces. Fibronectin (Fn) was used to study the protein adsorption on the modified PLLA surfaces, including isotherm adsorption and adsorption kinetics of single protein, competitive adsorption of binary proteins system and serum multi-proteins and the desorption behavior in serum solution. The results showed that in the isotherm adsorption, Fn had a larger adsorption capacity on the CS-modified surface at lower concentrations, but had a high adsorption capacity at CMC-modified surface at higher concentrations. In the study of absorption kinetics, Fn had a fastest adsorption equilibrium and a highest equilibrium adsorption capacity at the CS-modified surface, while it was opposite at the PCS-modified surface. When BSA and serum were added, it had the greatest effect on the adsorption of Fn on the PCS-modified surface. | 14 | Early-Life Gut Microbiota Governs Susceptibility to Colitis via Microbial-Derived Ether Lipids显示文摘Localized intestine inflammation could induce short-term increases in colonic oxygenation and leads to increases in the aerobic bacteria population and reduction in the anaerobic bacteria population by changing the intestinal environment.However,the mechanisms involved and the associated functions of intestinal anaerobes in gut health still remain unclear.Here,we found that early-life depletion of gut microbiota exacerbated later colitis,while mid-life microbiota depletion showed partially reduced colitis.Notably,we observed that early-life gut microbiota depletion confers susceptibility to ferroptosis in colitis.In contrast,restitution of early-life microbiota conferred protection against colitis and inhibited ferroptosis triggered by gut microbiota dysbiosis.Similarly,colonization with anaerobic microbiota from young mice suppressed colitis.These results may attribute to high abundance of plasmalogen-positive(plasmalogen synthase[PlsA/R]-positive)anaerobes and plasmalogens(one of the common ether lipids)in young mice but reduced abundance in the development of inflammatory bowel disease.Early-life anaerobic bacteria elimination also resulted in the aggravation of colitis,while this aggravation phenotype was reverted by plasmalogen administration.Interestingly,plasmalogens inhibited ferroptosis triggered by microbiota dysbiosis.We further find that the alkenyl-ether group of plasmalogens was critical to colitis prevention and ferroptosis inhibition.These data point to one of the mechanisms by which the gut microbiota controls susceptibility to colitis and ferroptosis early in life via microbial-derived ether lipids. | Yanjun Liu Chunhua Jiao Tao Zhang Xue Li Panpan Li Meishan Lu Zhan Ye Yanpeng Du Runfeng Du Wenlong Zhang Jie Xu Zhaojun Zheng Yongjiang Xu Changhu Xue Yi Zhang Yuanfa Liu | 2023 | Research2023,,3: | 0 |
