1A logistic regression model for Semantic Web service matchmaking显示文摘Semantic Web service matchmaking,as one of the most challenging problems in Semantic Web services (SWS),aims to filter and rank a set of services with respect to a service query by using a certain matching strategy.In this paper,we propose a logistic regression based method to aggregate several matching strategies instead of a fixed integration (e.g.,the weighted sum) for SWS matchmaking.The logistic regression model is trained on training data derived from binary relevance assessments of existing test collections,and then used to predict the probability of relevance between a new pair of query and service according to their matching values obtained from various matching strategies.Services are then ranked according to the probabilities of relevance with respect to each query.Our method is evaluated on two main test collections,SAWSDL-TC2 and Jena Geography Dataset(JGD).Experimental results show that the logistic regression model can effectively predict the relevance between a query and a service,and hence can improve the effectiveness of service matchmaking.WEI DengPing WANG Ting WANG Ji 2012Science China(Information Sciences)2012,55,7:4
2Inclusion and its deformation behavior in 304 stainless steel显示文摘Non-metallic inclusion is the main reason for the presence of surface defects in cold-rolled steel strip. In this study,the composition,morphology,and size of the non-metallic inclusion in hot-rolled 304 stainless steel strips are analyzed. Cold-rolled 304 stainless steel strips with different cold-rolling reduction have been prepared,and the morphology and size of inclusion in these cold-rolled strips are also analyzed. Furthermore,the deformation behavior of a non-metallic inclusion during the cold-rolling process is studied. The results showthat Ca O-SiO2-MgO-Al2O3,a kind of brittle compound oxide,is the main type of inclusion in hot-rolled 304 stainless steel strips.During the cold-rolling process,ductile deformation of this type of inclusion is not obvious,where large inclusions are crushed,and the average size of inclusions in cold-rolled strips decreased while the cold-rolling reduction increased.JI Dengping BI Hongyun 2015Baosteel Technical Research2015,9,3:1
3Development and application of nitrogen-alloyed austenitic stainless steels in Baosteel显示文摘In recent years,nitrogen-alloyed stainless steels have been a research hotspot in the field of stainless steel product and technology. Nitrogen-alloyed austenitic stainless steels developed by Baosteel and their applications are introduced. These steels are nitrogen-controlled products 304 N and 316 LN,nitrogen containing economical products BN series and high-nitrogen stainless steel( HNS) series. The results show that the presence of nitrogen can significantly improve the strength and corrosion resistance of steel produced. By nitrogen alloying,economical austenitic stainless steels w ith considerably less nickel than 304 can be obtained; the corrosion resistances of these steels are almost the same as 304. Furthermore,by a scientific approach of nitrogen alloying,high-nitrogen steel of0. 8% nitrogen content is fabricated under the non-pressurized conditions,and the pitting potential of this steel is >1. 0 V. 4Researches on the problems in the production of low nickel austenitic stainless steel显示文摘Problems encountered in the production of low nickel austenitic stainless steel have been studied. These problems primarily include the changes to the microstructure of the slab during the heating process,the formation and removal of deformation- induced martensite during cold rolling,and the effects of the annealing process on the surface oxide structure. 5Analysis and Identification of miRNA Expression in the Skeletal Muscle of Sichuan White Rabbits显示文摘[Objectives]miRNAs play an important role in the proliferation and differentiation of different myoblasts.This study was conducted to elucidate the complex genetic mechanisms that affect the meat production performance of Sichuan white rabbits and reveal the regulatory role of miRNAs in their muscle growth and meat quality formation.[Methods]Three constructed skeletal muscle libraries of Sichuan white rabbits aged six months were sequenced by the solexa technology to identify known miRNAs,predict new miRNAs and construct an expression profile of muscle miRNAs.[Results]A total of 511 known miRNAs and 42 miRNAs were detected in 34089472 pure sequences,and the proportion of miRNAs with a length of 22 nt was the highest.The number of known miRNA sequences accounted for 71.38%of pure sequences,which was much higher than the proportion of other types of RNAs.The proportion of sequences from exons was 0.38%,indicating a low degree of mRNA degradation in the samples.Base U had the highest proportion at the first position,and the bases with the highest proportions at positions 8 and 10 were U and A,respectively.Muscle-specific miRNAs(miR-1,miR-133,and miR-206)ranked in the top 10 in terms of expression level.The number and expression levels of new miRNAs were lower than those of known miRNAs.The length distribution,base bias at different positions and expression profile characteristics of miRNAs might be related to the biological function of miRNAs in regulating muscle proliferation and differentiation and the action mechanisms with target genes.[Conclusions]The identification and expression of miRNAs in muscle tissues of Sichuan white rabbits will help to understand the complex molecular mechanisms of meat production performance and provide a theoretical basis for the functional research of miRNAs in meat rabbits.Xiangyu ZHANG Kai ZHANG Bin WEN Dingsheng YUAN Chao YANG Yuying LI Liangde KUANG Rui YANG Congyan LI Jie ZHENG Yongjun REN Zhiqiang GUO Li TANG Yang JI Min LEI Dengping HUANG Xiaohong XIE Cuixia ZHANG 2023Agricultural Biotechnology2023,12,3:0
