| 2 | 苏北废黄河水下三角洲沉积范围研究述评显示文摘详细梳理现有研究成果,目前对1128-1855年废黄河水下三角洲沉积范围的划分可总结为三类主要观点:1外缘位于废黄河口外近岸、远岸斜坡带之间的宽缓平台(水深范围:-15^-25 m)之上;2外缘位于废黄河口外远岸斜坡带(水深范围:-25^-45 m)之外;3外缘可达-45m等深线之外,且废黄河三角洲由一个近岸/远岸复合楔形沉积体构成。综合分析废黄河水下三角洲海域海底地形地貌、浅部地层沉积特征与14C年代、浅层声学地层等资料数据表明,1128-1855年废黄河水下三角洲的延伸范围应该超过现今-20 m等深线,但未越过远岸斜坡带;远岸斜坡带发育的厚层楔形体不大可能是废黄河三角洲前缘沉积层,其确切成因、物源与年代等问题尚有待于进一步深入研究。为准确圈定1128-1855年废黄河水下三角洲沉积范围,需要对完整覆盖本区的高质量浅层地震剖面进行解译分析,在其三大地形单元(近岸、远岸斜坡带及其之间宽缓平台)内补充钻孔分析,并参考1875年以来各期海图资料来进行综合判定。 | 夏非 张永战 王瑞发 J.Paul LIU 张振克 彭修强 | 2015 | 地理学报2015，70，1： | 8 |
| 3 | Determination of repaglinide in human plasma by high-performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry显示文摘A rapid and sensitive method based on high-performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry(LC–MS/MS)has been developed for the determination of repaglinide in human plasma.The analyte and internal standard(I.S.),diazepam,were extracted from plasma(25 mL)by liquid–liquid extraction with diethyl ether–dichloromethane(60:40,v/v)and separated on a XDB-C_(18) column using acetonitrile–ammonium acetate buffer(pH 6.8,0.01 mol/L)as mobile phase.The retention times of repaglinide and I.S.were 1.95 and 2.35 min,respectively.Detection was carried out using API 4000 mass spectrometer with an ESI interface operating in the multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.The assay was linear over the concentration range 0.050–50 ng/mL with a limit of detection(LOD)of 0.010 ng/mL.Intra-and inter-day precisions(as relative standard deviation,R.S.D.)were ≤5.07%and ≤11.2%,respectively,and accuracy(as relative error,R.E.)was from-0.593%to -1.26%.The assay was successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study involving a single oral administration of a tablet containing 2 mg repaglinide to each of 10 healthy volunteers. | Jie Zhang Feng Gao Xin Guan Yan-tong Sun Jing-kai Gu J.Paul Fawcett | 2011 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2011，1，1： | 7 |

| 5 | Separation and simultaneous quantitation of PGF2α and its epimer 8-iso-PGF2α using modifier-assisted differential mobility spectrometry tandem mass spectrometry显示文摘Because many therapeutic agents are contaminated by epimeric impurities or form epimers as a result of metabolism, analytical tools capable of determining epimers are increasingly in demand. This article is a proof-of-principle report of a novel DMS–MS/MS method to separate and simultaneously quantify epimers, taking PGF2α and its 8-epimer, 8-iso-PGF2α, as an example. Good accuracy and precision were achieved in the range of 10–500 ng/m L with a run time of only 1.5 min. Isopropanol as organic modifier facilitated a good combination of sensitivity and separation. | 6 | Quantitation of bivalirudin,a novel anticoagulant peptide,in human plasma by LC-MS/MS:Method development,validation and application to pharmacokinetics显示文摘A rapid and sensitive method based on liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) for the determination of a novel anticoagulant peptide bivalirudin in human plasma has been developed and validated. Plasma samples were precipitated protein with acetonitrile and re-extracted with dichloromethane, after which the analyte and triptorelin as an internal standard (IS) were separated on a 300SB-C18 column (150 mm 4.6 mm i.d., 5 mm particle size) using 0.1% formic acid:methanol (45:55, v/v) as mobile phase. The triple-quadrupole mass spectrometer, equipped with electrospray ionization (ESI) interface, was operated in the positive ion mode, and the multiple-reaction monitoring (MRM) transitions of bivalirudin and IS were at m/z 1091.0-650.4 and m/z656.5-249.3, respectively. The lower limit of quantification (LLOQ) was 1 ng/mL for 100 mL plasma sample and the assay was linear over the concentration range 1-1000 ng/mL. The accuracy was within a range from 0.4% to 0.5% in terms of relative error (RE) and the intra- and inter-day precisions in terms of relative standard deviation (RSD) were r2.92 and r3.36, respectively. | 7 | Co_(3)Mo_(3)N—An efficient multifunctional electrocatalyst显示文摘Efficient catalysts are required for both oxidative and reductive reactions of hydrogen and oxygen in sustainable energy conversion devices.However,current precious metal-based electrocatalysts do not perform well across the full range of reactions and reported multifunctional catalysts are all complex hybrids.Here,we show that singlephase porous Co3Mo3N prepared via a facile method is an efficient and reliable electrocatalyst for three essential energy conversion reactions;oxygen evolution reaction(OER),oxygen reduction reaction(ORR),and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in alkaline solutions.Co3-Mo3N presents outstanding OER,ORR,and HER activity with high durability,comparable with the commercial catalysts RuO2 for OER and Pt/C for ORR and HER.In practical demonstrations,Co3Mo3N gives high specific capacity(850 mA h gZn^(-1) at 10 mA cm^(-2))as the cathode in a zinc-air battery,and a low potential(1.63 V at 10 mA cm^(-2))used in a water-splitting electrolyzer.Availability of Co and Mo d-states appear to result in high ORR and HER performance,while the OER properties result from a cobalt oxide-rich activation surface layer.Our findings will inspire further development of bimetallic nitrides as cost-effective and versatile multifunctional catalysts that will enable scalable usage of electrochemical energy devices. | Yao Yuan Samira Adimi Tiju Thomas Jiacheng Wang Haichuan Guo Jian Chen J.Paul Attfield Francis J.DiSalvo Minghui Yang | 2021 | The Innovation2021，2，2： | 2 |
