19使用竹(瓜多竹)制造强性轻质复合材料显示文摘虽然天然纤维如竹纤维的具有综合优势和良好的力学性能,但是还不能被用作高性能材料。在对竹纤维复合材料(BFC)的实际应用中,仍然需要克服许多障碍。例如,在复合材料生产过程中的热降解,这种障碍使复合材料的基质仍局限于熔点相当低的热塑性塑料(如聚丙烯)。还有湿度敏感性,尤其是在复合材料的使用时。在本研究中,对最终的复合材料的表现形式有一个更深入的了解,揭示了单竹纤维(singlebam boofibres)随不同的温度一时问变化的特征。对于单向(UD)竹纤维热塑性复合材料(BTC)(用聚丙烯和马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯做为基质),进行了两个纤维方向的弯曲测试。此外,本研究也对单向竹/环氧复合材料(BEC)暴露在不同的湿度水平下的特征进行了描述。结果表明:纤维的强度值约为800Mpa,并通过一种新的绿色机械提取工艺获得一个43Gpa的杨式模量(Young’s modulus),虽然这些特性在温度高于170℃会退化。利用对竹纤维热塑性复合材料(BTC)的三点弯曲测试力学性能评价表明,这种材料的性能表现是合理的,但是仍有必要进行进一步的工作以提高纤维基质的界面强度。单向竹/环氧复合材料(BEC)具有很好的性能,但仍应增加相关的统计以研究它随着相对湿度提高时的失效应变和强度特性。Trujillo E Osorio L Van Vuure AW Ivens J Verpoest I 2012世界竹藤通讯2012,,6:0
