1工艺参数对激光熔覆成形316L不锈钢形状的影响规律显示文摘激光熔覆技术经多年发展已取得许多成功的工业应用,但如何控制工艺以达到最佳成形效果,需要通过研究工艺参数与成形精度之间的关系才能找到最终的解决方案。借助激光熔覆快速成形法制备316L不锈钢实验试样,研究工艺参数组合对成形试样形状的影响规律。通过定义单涂覆层截面形状特征参数,采用线性相关法处理截面形状数据,建立工艺参数组合与截面形状特征参数的线性关系。此外,激光熔覆成形件易出现两类典型缺陷,即晶界间微裂纹和层间熔合不良缺陷。黄小伟 习俊通 J. 2Production of global land cover data-GLCNMO显示文摘Global land cover is one of the fundamental contents of Digital Earth.The Global Mapping project coordinated by the International Steering Committee for Global Mapping has produced a 1-km global land cover datasetGlobal Land Cover by National Mapping Organizations.It has 20 land cover classes defined using the Land Cover Classification System.Of them,14 classes were derived using supervised classification.The remaining six were classified independently:urban,tree open,mangrove,wetland,snow/ice,andwater.Primary source data of this land cover mapping were eight periods of 16-day composite 7-band 1-km MODIS data of 2003.Training data for supervised classification were collected using Landsat images,MODIS NDVI seasonal change patterns,Google Earth,Virtual Earth,existing regional maps,and expert’s comments.The overall accuracy is 76.5%and the overall accuracy with the weight of the mapped area coverage is 81.2%.The data are available from the Global Mapping project website(http://gffzzdeb47a470fc54296hbpx65vbcbuvp6cc9.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/).TheMODISdata used,land cover training data,and a list of existing regional maps are also available from the CEReS website.This mapping attempt demonstrates that training/validation data accumulation from different mapping projects must be promoted to support future global land cover mapping.Ryutaro Tateishi Bayaer Uriyangqai Hussam Al-Bilbisi Mohamed Aboel Ghar Javzandulam Tsend-Ayush Toshiyuki Kobayashi Alimujiang Kasimu Nguyen Thanh Hoan Adel Shalaby Bayan Alsaaideh Tsevenge Enkhzaya Gegentana Hiroshi P.Sato 2011International Journal of Digital Earth2011,4,1:11
3牛支原体TaqMan探针实时荧光定量PCR检测方法的建立及应用显示文摘以牛支原体p80基因为靶基因,设计特异性引物与探针,优化反应体系,建立了牛支原体TaqMan探针实时荧光定量PCR(TaqMan real-time PCR)检测方法,并对该方法进行了特异性、敏感性、重复性评估以及临床样本检测。结果显示,特异性试验中,牛支原体2个菌株Cq值均小于18,其余13个非牛支原体菌株Cq值均大于36;敏感性试验中,最低可检3.89拷贝/μL靶DNA,是普通PCR的10~4倍(普通PCR 3.89×10~4拷贝/μL);重复性试验中,组内、组间重复的变异系数均小于1%;44份牛的临床样品利用TaqMan real time PCR检出6份阳性(阳性率为13.64%),分离培养鉴定检出7份阳性,普通PCR检测全部阴性。本研究建立了一种敏感、特异、稳定的牛支原体TaqMan real time PCR检测方法,可用于牛支原体的快速诊断和核酸定量检测。翟肖辉 王方国 郝华芳 颜新敏 陈胜利 Hussam Askar Mohamad 朱建勋 储岳峰 2019畜牧与兽医2019,0,8:8

5单纯性先天缺牙患者BMP2/BMP4基因位点分析显示文摘目的:对BMP2/BMP4基因在单纯性先天缺牙患者中的基因表达进行观察,探讨其在先天缺牙疾病中可能的发病机制。方法:提取单纯性先天缺牙患者40例及其家系成员外周静脉血基因组DNA,另选择100例非先天缺牙患者作为对照,应用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)扩增BMP2/BMP4基因编码外显子,纯化、测序,应用DNASTAR软件对测序结果进行对比分析。采用SPSS13.0软件包对数据进行统计学处理。结果:40例先天缺牙患者中,共检测到BMP2/BMP4基因5个突变位点,其中BMP2基因4个突变点:3个错义突变c.109T>G,c.166C>G,c.570A>T,检出率分别为7.5%、2.5%和95%;1个同义突变(c.261A>G),检出率为100%。3个为db SNP数据库中已报道过的多态位点:BMP2SNPs c.109T>G p.Ser37Ala;c.261A>G p.Ser87Ser;c.570A>T p.Arg190Ser;家系先证者BMP2 c.166C>G突变在正常对照组未检出,db SNP数据库未报道,也未被收录于致病基因数据库,为新突变位点。BMP4基因检测出错义突变c.455T>C,检出率为55%,为db SNP数据库中已报道过的多态位点。与对照组等位基因及基因型比较,无显著差异。结论:单纯性先天缺牙可能与BMP2/BMP4基因检出SNPs相关。BMP2c.166C>G杂合突变是新发现的突变,可能是单纯性先天缺牙家系的致病突变。邹川 高清平 Hussam Haji Bakrv 王巍 白新娜 何芳奇 2015上海口腔医学2015,24,1:5
6Who benefits from percutaneous closure of patent foramen ovale vs medical therapy for stroke prevention? In-depth and updated metaanalysis of randomized trials显示文摘BACKGROUND A few randomized clinical trials(RCT) and their meta-analyses have found patent foramen ovale closure(PFOC) to be beneficial in prevention of stroke compared to medical therapy. Whether the benefit is extended across all groups of patients remains unclear.AIM To evaluate the efficacy and safety of PFOC vs medical therapy in different groups of patients presenting with stroke, we performed this meta-analysis of RCTs.METHODS Electronic search of PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Central, CINAHL and ProQuest Central and manual search were performed from inception through September 2018 for RCTs. Ischemic stroke(IS), transient ischemic attack(TIA), a composite of IS, TIA and systemic embolism(SE), mortality, major bleeding,atrial fibrillation(AF) and procedural complications were the major outcomes.Random-effects model was used to perform analyses.RESULTS Meta-analysis of 6 RCTs including 3560 patients showed that the PFOC,compared to medical therapy reduced the risk of IS [odds ratio: 0.34; 95%confidence interval: 0.15-0.78; P = 0.01] and the composite of IS, TIA and SE [0.55(0.32-0.93); P = 0.02] and increased the AF risk [4.79(2.35-9.77); P < 0.0001]. No statistical difference was observed in the risk of TIA [0.86(0.54-1.38); P = 0.54],mortality [0.74(0.28-1.93); P = 0.53] and major bleeding [0.81(0.42-1.56); P = 0.53]between two strategies. 12Single and Mitochondrial Gene Inheritance Disorder Prediction Using Machine Learning显示文摘One of the most difficult jobs in the post-genomic age is identifying a genetic disease from a massive amount of genetic data.Furthermore,the complicated genetic disease has a very diverse genotype,making it challenging to find genetic markers.This is a challenging process since it must be completed effectively and efficiently.This research article focuses largely on which patients are more likely to have a genetic disorder based on numerous medical parameters.Using the patient’s medical history,we used a genetic disease prediction algorithm that predicts if the patient is likely to be diagnosed with a genetic disorder.To predict and categorize the patient with a genetic disease,we utilize several deep and machine learning techniques such as Artificial neural network(ANN),K-nearest neighbors(KNN),and Support vector machine(SVM).To enhance the accuracy of predicting the genetic disease in any patient,a highly efficient approach was utilized to control how the model can be used.To predict genetic disease,deep and machine learning approaches are performed.The most productive tool model provides more precise efficiency.The simulation results demonstrate that by using the proposed model with the ANN,we achieve the highest model performance of 85.7%,84.9%,84.3%accuracy of training,testing and validation respectively.This approach will undoubtedly transform genetic disorder prediction and give a real competitive strategy to save patients’lives.Muhammad Umar Nasir Muhammad Adnan Khan Muhammad Zubair Taher MGhazal Raed A.Said Hussam Al Hamadi 2022Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,10:1

18Digestive system involvement and clinical outcomes among COVID-19 patients:A retrospective cohort study from Qatar显示文摘BACKGROUND Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 virus most commonly presents with respiratory symptoms.While gastrointestinal(GI)manifestations either at presentation or during hospitalization are also common,their impact on clinical outcomes is controversial.Some studies have described worse outcomes in COVID-19 patients with GI symptoms,while others have shown either no association or a protective effect.There is a need for consistent standards to describe GI symptoms in COVID-19 patients and to assess their effect on clinical outcomes,including mortality and disease severity.AIM To investigate the prevalence of GI symptoms in hospitalized COVID-19 patients and their correlation with disease severity and clinical outcomes.METHODS We retrospectively reviewed 601 consecutive adult COVID-19 patients requiring hospitalization between May 1-15,2020.GI symptoms were recorded at admission and during hospitalization.Demographic,clinical,laboratory,and treatment data were retrieved.Clinical outcomes included all-cause mortality,disease severity at presentation,need for intensive care unit(ICU)admission,development of acute respiratory distress syndrome,and need for mechanical ventilation.Multivariate logistic regression model was used to identify independent predictors of the adverse outcomes.RESULTS The prevalence of any GI symptom at admission was 27.1%and during hospitalization was 19.8%.The most common symptoms were nausea(98 patients),diarrhea(76 patients),vomiting(73 patients),and epigastric pain or discomfort(69 patients).There was no difference in the mortality between the two groups(6.21%vs 5.5%,P=0.7).Patients with GI symptoms were more likely to have severe disease at presentation(33.13%vs 22.5%,P<0.001)and prolonged hospital stay(15 d vs 14 d,P=0.04).There was no difference in other clinical outcomes,including ICU admission,development of acute respiratory distress syndrome,or need for mechanical ventilation.Drugs associated with the development of GI symptoms during hospitalization were ribavirin(diarrhea 26.37%P<0.001,anorexia 17.58%,P=0.02),hydroxychloroquine(vomiting 28.52%,P=0.009)and lopinavir/ritonavir(nausea 32.65%P=0.049,vomiting 31.47%P=0.004,and epigastric pain 12.65%P=0.048).In the multivariate regression analysis,age>65 years was associated with increased mortality risk[odds ratio(OR)7.53,confidence interval(CI):3.09-18.29,P<0.001],ICU admission(OR:1.79,CI:1.13-2.83,P=0.012),and need for mechanical ventilation(OR:1.89,CI:1.94-2.99,P=0.007).Hypertension was an independent risk factor for ICU admission(OR:1.82,CI:1.17-2.84,P=0.008)and need for mechanical ventilation(OR:1.66,CI:1.05-2.62,P=0.028).CONCLUSION Patients with GI symptoms are more likely to have severe disease at presentation;however,mortality and disease progression is not different between the two groups.Muhammad Umair Khan Kamran Mushtaq Deema Hussam Alsoub Phool Iqbal Fateen Ata Hammad Shabir Chaudhry Fatima Iqbal Girisha Balaraju Muna A Al Maslamani Betsy Varughese Rajvir Singh Khalid Al Ejji Saad Al Kaabi Yasser Medhat Kamel Adeel Ajwad Butt 2021World Journal of Gastroenterology2021,27,46:1
