| 2 | Precambrian Geochronology, Chronotectonic Framework and Model of Chronocrustal Structure of the Zhongtiao Mountains显示文摘The Zhongtiao Mountains, a typical exposure area of Precambrian rocks, are a concentration area of vari-ous types of copper deposit. The rocks were dated using several dating methods. | 3 | Salvianolic acid A alleviates renal injury in systemic lupus erythematosus induced by pristane in BALB/c mice显示文摘The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of salvianolic acid A(SAA) in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) induced by pristane in BALB/c mice.Lupus mice were established by confirming elevated levels of autoantibodies and IL-6 after intraperitoneal injection of pristane.Mice were then treated with daily oral doses of SAA for 5 months in parallel with mice treated with prednisone and aspirin as positive controls.The levels of autoantibodies were monitored at monthly intervals and nephritic symptoms observed by hematoxylin and eosin(H&E) and periodic acid-Schiff(PAS) staining.Western blot analysis of renal tissue was also employed.SAA treatment caused a significant reduction in the levels of anti-Sm autoantibodies and reduced renal histopathological changes and pathological effects.SAA treatment also significantly inhibited the phosphorylation of IKK,IκB and NFκB in renal tissues of lupus mice.In conclusion,the results suggest that SAA alleviates renal injury in pristane-induced SLE in BALB/c mice through inhibition of phosphorylation of IKK,IκB and NFκB. | Yihuang Lin Yu Yan Huifang Zhang Yucai Chen Yangyang He Shoubao Wang Lianhua Fang Yang Lv Guanhua Du | 2017 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2017,7,2: | 8 |
| 4 | Detection and suppression of narrow band RFI for synthetic aperture radar imaging显示文摘Radio frequency interference(RFI) is becoming more and more frequently, which makes it an important issue in SAR imaging.RFI presented in synthetic aperture radar either on purpose or inadvertent will distort the useful SAR echoes, thus degrade the SAR image quality.To resolve this issue, a long time study was carried out to study the characteristic of the RFI through the RFIaffected spaceborne and airborne SAR data.Based on the narrow band nature of RFI, this paper proposes a new process which contains both RFI detection and RFI suppression.A useful subband spectral kurtosis detector is first used to detect RFI, and then its results are used for RFI suppression.The proposed process has two advantages: one is the economization on the compute time for unnecessary interference suppression when no RFI existed; the other is improving the performance of the suppression method with knowing the exact position where RFI is.Moreover, the previous RFI suppression method––subband spectral cancelation(SSC) is supplemented and perfected.The subband division step is also elaborated detail in this paper.The experiment results show that the subband spectral kurtosis detector exhibits good performance in recognizing both weak and narrow-band RFI.In addition, the validity of the SSC method with subband spectral kurtosis detector is also validated on the real SAR echoes. | Yang Lin Zheng Huifang Feng Jin Li Ning Chen Jiaqi | 2015 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2015,28,4: | 8 |
| 5 | Efficacy and advantages of modified Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments based on'kidney reinforcing'for chronic aplastic ane-mia:a randomized controlled clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To compare the efficacy of modified treatments based on 'kidney reinforcing' in the management of chronic aplastic anemia(CAA),and explore their advantages and specialties.METHODS:One hundred and eleven patients with CAA were randomly divided into three groups:kidney reinforcing alone(KA),'kidney reinforcing and Qi tonifying'(KQ),and 'kidney reinforcing and blood circulation invigorating'(KC).Normal and positive control groups were also formed.All patients were treated for 6 months(two courses).Hemograms,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome scores,and therapeutic effects were assessed,and changes in T-lymphocyte subsets,regulatory T cells and cytokines were detected.RESULTS:The KQ and KC groups had lower TCM syndrome scores than the positive control group after 6 months(P < 0.05).The KQ group had a higher overall efficacy than the positive control group after 3 months(P < 0.05),while platelet counts increased in the KC group after 6 months(P < 0.05).CD3+ T-lymphocyte ratios decreased only in the KQ group,while CD3 + CD4 + CD8-Tlymphocytes increased only in the KC group after 6 months(P <0.05).Levels of interferon-γ,tumor necrosis fac-tor-α,interleukin(IL)-2 and IL-6 decreased and levels of IL-4 and IL-10 increased in all treated groups after 6 months.Levels of IL-6 in the KQ and KC groups were lower than those in the positive control group(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION:Treatments based on kidney reinforcing have a rebalancing effect on cytotoxic and T helper cells,and regulate expression of interferon-γ,IL-2,IL-6 and IL-4.KQ may be more effective in treating CAA,and KC may have an advantage in platelet recovery. | Wu Dijiong Shen Yiping Ye Baodong Fang Bingmu Lin Shengyun Chen Zhilu Jiang Huifang Feng Changwei He Lüyuan Gao Yanting Liu Yonglin Liu Yonghua Zhu Jiajia Wu Liqiang Shao Keding Zhou Yuhong | 2016 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2016,36,4: | 6 |

| 7 | An Experimental Study on Optimization of Large-volume Airgun Source Excitation Conditions in a Reservoir显示文摘Through manual pickup of seismic phases,the number of recording stations,the farthest observation distance of station and received energy are determined,then optimal operating condition processing software is developed to evaluate the excitation effect of operating conditions. The optimal operating conditions in the Mianhuatan Reservoir are determined using this software. They are: optimal water depth 25 m,airgun array sink depth 9m and airgun array size 7m × 7m. At the same time,accumulative stacking results for every 10 times are analyzed for 300 fixed-point excitations. It is concluded that the excitation effect shows a rapidly rising trend at 10 to 90 times stacking,a slowly rising trend at 100 to 150 times stacking,a rapidly rising trend at 160 to 240 times stacking,and a slowly rising trend at 250 to 300 times stacking. | 8 | Comparison of in vitro digestion methods for determining bioaccessibility of Hg in rice of China显示文摘Rice consumption can be a major pathway for mercury(Hg) exposure, which can cause health hazards to Chinese residents. To accurately assess the potential health risks, the bioaccessibility of Hg in rice samples collected at background and Hg-contamination sites was examined using four in vitro methods. The results showed that < 50% of the total mercury(THg) was bioaccessible in the studied rice samples. The THg bioaccessibility in the rice samples collected at the Hg-contaminated site was higher than that observed at the background area. The bioaccessibility of arsenic(As) and cadmium(Cd) was also evaluated for comparison of the four in vitro methods used in this study. The Physiologically Based Extraction Test was found to be the most accurate method based on the consistency of the results compared to those reported in previous studies. The estimated daily intakes of THg via rice consumption using the bioaccessibility data were found to meet the recommendation value set by the JECFA and the WHO in both sites. | 13 | Basic-leucine zipper 17 and Hmg-CoA reductase degradation 3A are involved in salt acclimation memory in Arabidopsis显示文摘Salt acclimation, which is induced by previous salt exposure, increases the resistance of plants to future exposure to salt stress. However, little is known about the underlying mechanism, particularly how plants store the'memory' of salt exposure. In this study, we established a system to study salt acclimation in Arabidopsis thaliana. Following treatment with a low concentration of salt, seedlings were allowed to recover to allow transitory salt responses to subside while maintaining the sustainable effects of salt acclimation. We performed transcriptome profiling analysis of these seedlings to identify genes related to salt acclimation memory. Notably, the expres-sion of Basic-leucine zipper 17 (bZIP17) and Hmg-CoA reductase degradation 3A (HRD3A), which are important in the unfolded protein response (UPR) and endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation (ERAD), respectively, increased following treatment with a low concentration of salt and remained at stably high levels after the stimulus was removed, a treatment which improved plant tolerance to future high-salinity challenge. | 15 | Chlorophyll Fluorescence Extraction from Water-Leaving Radiance of Algae-Containing Water Through Polarization显示文摘When measuring reflectance spectra, it is very important to accurately extract chlorophyll fluorescence from elastic-scattering light in water-leaving radiance. The elastic scattering of light by water particles produces partially polarized light. In contrast, chlorophyll fluorescence in planktonic algae yields completely unpolarized light. These properties can be used to separate fluorescent signals from the water-leaving radiance and thus to determine chlorophyll concentration. The algal species Aureococcus anophagefferens was used to conduct a laboratory polarization experiment. For the tests, we used a field spectroradiometer and a polarizer; measurements were collected using two different observation modes. The chlorophyll fluorescence curve extracted through polarization shows an excellent match with the results obtained using the fluorospectro photometer for both measurement modes, suggesting that polarization-based chlorophyll fluorescence extraction may be feasible. The extracted fluorescence is more reliable at incident zenith angles ranging from 30? to 60?. For algae-containing water, the results improve with increasing chlorophyll concentration. | 18 | Research on Real-time Monitoring of Abnormal Seismic Noise显示文摘The noise data in vertical component records of 85 seismic stations in Fujian Province during 2012 is used as the research object in this paper. The noise data is divided into fiveminute segments to calculate the power spectra. The high reference line and low reference line of station are then identified by drawing a probability density function graph( PDF)using the power spectral probability density function. Moreover, according to the anomalies of PDF graphs in 85 seismic stations,the abnormal noise is divided into four categories: dropped packet, low noise, high noise, and median noise anomalies.Afterwards,four selection methods are found by the high or low noise reference line of the stations,and the system of real-time monitoring of seismic noise is formed by combining the four selection methods. Noise records of 85 seismic stations in Fujian Province in July2013 are selected for verification,and the results show that the anomalous noise-recognition system could reach a 90% success rate at most stations and the effect of selection are very good.
