1Extraction mechanism of rare earths from chloride acidic solution with ammonium-bifunctionalized ionic liquid extractants显示文摘A series of ammonium-bifunctionalized ionic liquid extractants(ammonium-Bif-ILEs) combined with a number of anions, including carboxylic acids and 1,3-diketonates, have been prepared and studied in this report. Their extraction behavior and properties toward rare earth ions(REs(Ⅲ)) are systematically investigated in chloride media as a function of important parameters such as aqueous phase p H, salting-out agent concentrations, and extraction temperature. The separation performance of ammonium-Bif-ILEs toward REs(Ⅲ) are systematically discussed. The results demonstrate that ammonium-Bif-ILEs have a synergistic effect between the cation and anions in separation of REs(Ⅲ). The influences of different anions on separation factor(b) values are further studied. 5Regulating Li transport in Li-magnesium alloy for dendrite free Li metal anode显示文摘Li metal has become a strong candidate for anode due to its high theoretical specific capacity and lowest electrochemical potential.However,the poor reversibility caused by continuous chemical and electrochemical degradation hinders the practical application of Li metal.Solid-solution-based metal alloy phases have been proposed as hosts for regulating the non-dendrite electrodeposition,but the fundamental understanding remains unclear due to the drastically different deposition behaviors of Li on them.Here we found the difference in the diffusion coefficient of Li atoms on solid-solution-based metal alloy phases(Li-Mg and Li-Ag alloys)was a major contributor to the different deposition behaviors.The low Li atom diffusion coefficient of Li-Mg alloy showed a preferential Li accumulation on the upper surface rather than the inward-growth plating of Li atoms into alloy foil in Li-Ag alloy.By the process of secondary recrystallization,we improved the diffusion coefficient of Li atoms in Li-Mg alloy that facilitates the inward transfer rather than surface plating of Li atoms.In this case,the recrystallized Li-Mg alloy underwent a solidsolution phase change in the delithiation-lithiation cycles which yielded a high Coulombic efficiency of 99.3%with a reversible gravimetric capacity of 2,874 mAh·g−1 and superior cycling stability over 5,000 h without dendrite growth.Jinxi Wang Yadong Ye Hongmin Zhou Wei Zhang Zhaowei Sun Jiawen Zhu Hongchang Jin Huanyu Xie Haoliang Huang Yi Cui Rong Huang Zezhong Li Song Jin Hengxing Ji 2023Nano Research2023,16,6:0

7Study on linage Acquisition of Transthoracic Echocardiography in Mechanically Ventilated ICU Patients显示文摘Objective This study aimed to determine which parameters in transthoracic echocardiography(TTE)are more likely to be affected when applied in a critical care setting with mechanical ventilation.Methods Ninety mechanically ventilated ICU patients were enrolled into the study group.The control group consisted of 90 patients who underwent interventional therapy.All patients had bedside TTE for parametric measurements including the right ventricular size,septal kinetics and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)by eyeballing(visual assessment),the tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion(TAPSE),mitral annular plane systolic excursion(MAPSE)by M-mode sonography,the right ventricular outflow tract velocity-time integral(RVOT VTI)and left ventricular outflow tract velocity-time integral(LVOT VTI)by pulse-Doppler,the right ventricular fraction of area change(FAC)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF Simpson)by endocardium tracing.We compared the differences in the frequency of optimal image acquisition in assessments of these parameters between the two groups,as well as the differences in acquisition rates of parameter measurements in ventilated ICU patients.Results There were significantly fewer patients in the study group than in the control group who had optimal images acquisitions for parameter assessments with M-mode method,pulse Doppler method and endocardiumtracing method(P<0.05);no significant difference was obsered in the number of patients with optimal images for RV eyeballing and LVEF eyeballing between the two groups.In the study group,significantly fewer optimal images were acquired for FAC than forTAPSE(22.2%vs、72.2%,χ2=45.139,P<0.001)and RVOT VTI(22.2%vs.71.1%,χ2=43.214,P<0.001);there were also fewer optimal images acquired for LVEF Simpson than for MAPSE(37.8%ys.84.4%,χ2=41.236,P<0.001)and LVOT VTI(37.8%vs.85.6%,/=43.455,P<0.001).Conclusions Images acquisition of optimal TTE images tend to be difRcult in mechanically ventilated ICU patients,but eyeballing method for functional evaluation could be an alternative method.For quantitative parameters measurements,M-mode based longitudinal function evaluation and pulse Doppler-based VTI were superior to the endocardium-tracing based parameter assessments.Cui Wang Xiaodong Deng Hongmin Zhang Dawei Liu Xiaoting Wang 2020Chinese Medical Sciences Journal2020,35,4:0
8脑胶质瘤术后三维适形放疗加同步化疗的临床观察(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of the study was to investigate the efficacy of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT) combined with Temozolomide (TMZ) concurrent chemotherapy in treatment of postoperative cerebral gliomas by prospective randomized controlled trials. Methods: Sixty-two patients with cerebral glioma who had residual tumor were divided into 3D-CRT group (radiotherapy group, n=31) and 3D-CRT with concurrent chemotherapy group (chemoradiotherapy group, n=31) prospectively. All patients received a dose of 50-60 Gy/25-30 F/5-6 weeks by 6 MV-X ray, three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy, 1 f/d, 5 times a week. Chemotherapy regimen was Temozolomide:75 mg/m2/d, concomitantly with radiotherapy, followed by 150-200 mg/m2/d, 5 days, 28 days per cycle, totally 3-6 cycles. Results: The total response rate was 35.3% (11/31) in radiotherapy group. The response rate was 61.3% (19/31) in chemoradiotherapy group. There was significant difference in curative effect (P=0.042). There was no significant difference in survival comparison of two groups (P=0.263). Stratified analysis showed the patients with grade Ⅲ gliomas of chemoradiotherapy group had better prognosis than ones of radiotherapy group (P=0.043). 9PBK/TOPK promotes chemoresistance to oxaliplatin in hepatocellular carcinoma cells by regulating PTEN显示文摘Oxaliplatin(OXA)resistance limits the efficiency of treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Studies have shown that the PDZ-binding kinase(PBK)plays important roles in tumors.However,the role of PBK in HCC is still a problem.In this study,we explored whether PBK is involved in the chemoresistance to OXA in HCC.Expressions of PBK in six HCC cell lines and one human hepatocytes line were determined by real-time quantitative PCR and western blot analysis.SNU-182 and HepG2 cells were chosen to induce OXA resistance.PBK was silenced or overexpressed in OXA-resistant and sensitive cell lines.Then,cell proliferation,migration,and invasion were measured by cholecystokinin-8 assay and Transwell assay,respectively.The Cancer Genome Atlas dataset showed that PBK is highly expressed in HCC and signifies poor prognosis to patient with HCC.Results showed that expression of PBK in HCC cells was significantly higher than that in THLE2 cells,and it was further increased in OXA-resistant HCC cells.Silencing of PBK promoted the sensitivity of drug-resistant HCC cells to OXA.Overexpression of PBK relieved the apoptosis induced by OXA and promoted the migration and invasion of OXA-sensitive HCC cells.Thus,this study revealed that high PBK expression is correlated with OXA resistance in HCC cells,which may provide a promising therapeutic target for treating HCC.Hongmin Cao Mei Yang Yufeng Yang Jiayan Fang Yejia Cui 2021Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,5:0
