| 1 | NASICON-structured Na3.1Zr1.95Mg0.05Si2PO12 solid electrolyte for solid-state sodium batteries显示文摘Using stable inorganic solid electrolyte to replace organic liquid electrolyte could significantly reduce potential safety risks of rechargeable batteries. Na-superionic conductor(NASICON)-structured solid electrolyte is one of the most promising sodium solid electrolytes and can be employed in solid-state sodium batteries. In this work, a NASICONstructured solid electrolyte Na_(3.1)Zr_(1.95)Mg_(0.05)Si_2PO_(12) was synthesized through a facile solid-state reaction, yielding high sodium-ionic conductivity of 1.33×10^(-3) S·cm^(-1) at room temperature. The results indicate that Mg^(2+)is a suitable and economical substitution ion to replace Zr^(4+), and this synthesis route can be scaled up for powder preparation with low cost. In addition to electrolyte material preparation, solid-state batteries with Na_(3.1)Zr_(1.95)Mg_(0.05)Si_2PO_(12) as electrolyte were assembled. A specific capacity of 57.9 mAh·g^(-1) is maintained after 100 cycles under a current density of 0.5 C rate at room temperature. | 5 | Identification of a candidate QTG for seed number per silique by integrating QTL mapping and RNA-seq in Brassica napus L.显示文摘Seed number per silique(SNPS)is one of seed yield components in rapeseed,but its genetic mechanism remains elusive.Here a double haploid(DH)population derived from a hybrid between female 6Q006with 35–40 SNPS and male 6W26 with 10–15 SNPS was investigated for SNPS in the year 2017,2018,2019 and 2021,and genotyped with Brassica 60K Illumina Infinium SNP array.An overlapping major QTL(qSNPS.C09)explaining 51.50%of phenotypic variance on average was narrowed to a 0.90 Mb region from 44.87 Mb to 45.77 Mb on chromosome C09 by BSA-seq.Subsequently,two DEGs in this interval were detected between extreme individuals in DH and F_2populations by transcriptome sequencing at7 and 14 days after pollination siliques.Of which,BnaC09g45400D encoded an adenine phosphoribosyltransferase 5(APT5)has a 48-bp InDel variation in the promoter of two parents.Candidate gene association analysis showed that this InDel variation was associated with SNPS in a nature population of rapeseed,where 54 accessions carrying the same haplotype as parent 6Q006 had higher SNPS than103 accessions carrying the same haplotype as parent 6W26.Collectively,the findings are helpful for rapeseed molecular breeding of SNPS,and provide new insight into the genetic and molecular mechanism of SNPS in rapeseed. | Shuangshuang Xin Hongli Dong Yixin Cui Yilin Liu Guifu Tian Nanxi Deng Huafang Wan Zhi Liu Xiaorong Li Wei Qian | 2023 | The Crop Journal2023,11,1: | 0 |

| 7 | Representation of the ENSO Combination Mode and its Asymmetric SST Response in Different Resolutions of HadGEM3显示文摘Previous studies have revealed a combination mode(C-mode) occurring in the Indo-Pacific region,arising from nonlinear interactions between ENSO and the western Pacific warm pool annual cycle.This paper evaluates the simulation of this C-mode and its asymmetric SST response in Had GEM3 and its resolution sensitivity using three sets of simulations at horizontal resolutions of N96,N216 and N512.The results show that Had GEM3 can capture well the spatial pattern of the C-mode associated surface wind anomalies,as well as the asymmetric response of SST in the tropical Pacific,but it strongly overestimates the explained variability of the C-mode compared to the ENSO mode.The model with the three resolutions is able to reproduce the distinct spectral peaks of the C-mode at the near annual combination frequencies,but the performance in simulating the longer periods is not satisfactory,presumably due to the unrealistic simulation of the ENSO mode.Increasing the horizontal resolution can improve the consistency between atmospheric and oceanic representations of the C-mode,but not necessarily enhance the accuracy of C-mode simulation compared with observation. | Jianghua WAN Hongli REN Peili WU | 2018 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2018,35,8: | 0 |
