| 1 | 大豆粒重的粒位效应及其空间分布特征显示文摘通过对2个密度的大豆群体在开花初期进行光富集处理,研究了大豆不同粒位籽粒的粒重及其空间分布特征。结果表明:大豆籽粒的单粒重呈现明显的粒位效应。在多粒荚内,基粒的粒重最小。2、3和4粒荚的第2粒位籽粒的粒重比基粒分别高10.6%、14.8%和17.3%。光富集和高密度增加基粒粒重的幅度高于其它粒位的籽粒,增幅为17.7%~27.9%,但并未改变其原有的粒位粒重特征。大豆的不同粒位粒重在主茎上呈明显的“纺锤形”分布,下部节位上的籽粒单粒重略小,而中部节位上的籽粒单粒重较大。多粒荚内不同粒位的粒重空间分布曲线的变异程度小,1粒荚内的籽粒大小受光照和密度影响最大。高密度条件下,上部节位的不同粒位籽粒对光照更加敏感。不同粒位的籽粒大小与灌浆顺序并无直接关系,受荚内同化产物均衡分配机制的调节,粒位数的增加减小了单个籽粒的增重程度。 | 李彦生 刘兵 张秋英 刘晓冰 Stephen J Herber | 2010 | 大豆科学2010,29,2: | 5 |
| 2 | MRI versus 64-row MDCT for diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘AIM:To compare the diagnostic capability of multidetector computed tomography(MDCT) and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) for the detection of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) tumour nodules and their effect on patient management.METHODS:A total of 28 patients(25 male,3 female,mean age 67±10.8 years) with biopsy-proven HCC were investigated with 64-row MDCT(slice 3 mm native,arterial and portal-venous phase,120 mL Iomeprol,4 mL/s,delay by bolus trigger) and MRI(T1fs fl2d TE/ TR 2.72/129 ms,T2tse TE/TR 102/4000 ms,5-phase dynamic contrast-enhanced T1fs fl3d TE/TR 1.56/4.6,Gadolinium-DTPA,slice 4 mm).Consensus reading of both modalities was used as reference.Tumour nodules were analyzed with respect to number,size,and location.RESULTS:In total,162 tumour nodules were detected by consensus reading.MRI detected signifi cantly more tumour nodules(159 vs 123,P<0.001) compared to MDCT,with the best sensitivity for early arterial phase MRI.False-negative CT findings included nodules ≤5 mm(n=5),≤10 mm(n=17),≤15 mm(n=12),≤20 mm(n=4),and 1 nodule >20 mm.MRI missed 2 nodules ≤10 mm and 1 nodule ≤15 mm.On MRI,nodule diameters were greater than on CT(29.2±25.1 mm,range 5-140 mm vs 24.1±22.7 mm,range 4-129 mm,P<0.005).In 2 patients,MDCT showed only unilobar tumour spread,whereas MRI revealed additional nodules in the contralateral lobe.Detection of these nodules could have changed the therapeutic strategy.CONCLUSION:Contrast-enhanced MRI is superior to 64-row MDCT for the detection of HCC nodules.Patients should be allocated to interventional or operative treatment according to a dedicated MRI-protocol. | Michael Bernhard Pitton Roman Kloeckner Sascha Herber Gerd Otto Karl Friedrich Kreitner Christoph Dueber | 2009 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2009,15,48: | 5 |
| 3 | Development of a classification system based on corneal biomechanical properties using artificial intelligence predicting keratoconus severity显示文摘Background:To investigate machine-learning(ML)algorithms to differentiate corneal biomechanical properties between different topographical stages of keratoconus(KC)by dynamic Scheimpflug tonometry(CST,Corvis ST,Oculus,Wetzlar,Germany).In the following,ML models were used to predict the severity in a training and validation dataset.Methods:Three hundred and eighteen keratoconic and one hundred sixteen healthy eyes were included in this monocentric and cross-sectional pilot study.Dynamic corneal response(DCR)and corneal thickness related(pachymetric)parameters from CST were chosen by appropriated selection techniques to develop a ML algorithm.The stage of KC was determined by the topographical keratoconus classification system(TKC,Pentacam,Oculus).Patients who were classified as TKC 1,TKC 2 and TKC 3 were assigned to subgroup mild,moderate,and advanced KC.If patients were classified as TKC 1-2,TKC 2-3 or TKC 3-4,they were assigned to subgroups according to the normative range of further corneal indices(index of surface variance,keratoconus index and minimum radius).Patients classified as TKC 4 were not included in this study due to the limited amount of cases.Linear discriminant analysis(LDA)and random forest(RF)algorithms were used to develop the classification models.Data were divided into training(70%of cases)and validation(30%of cases)datasets.Results:LDA model predicted healthy,mild,moderate,and advanced KC eyes with a sensitivity(S_(n))/specificity(S_(p))of 82%/97%,73%/81%,62%/83%and 68%/95%from a validation dataset,respectively.For the RF model,a S_(n)/S_(p) of 91%/94%,80%/90%,63%/87%,72%/95%could be reached for predicting healthy,mild,moderate,and advanced KC eyes,respectively.The overall accuracy of LDA and RF was 71%and 78%,respectively.The accuracy for KC detection including all subgroups of KC severity was 93%in both models.Conclusion:The RF model showed good accuracy in predicting healthy eyes and various stages of KC.The accuracy was superior with respect to the LDA model.The clinical importance of the models is that the standalone dynamic Scheimpflug tonometry is able to predict the severity of KC without having the keratometric data. | Robert Herber Lutz E.Pillunat Frederik Raiskup | 2021 | Eye and Vision2021,8,1: | 3 |
