2Land-atmosphere-ocean coupling associated with the Tibetan Plateau and its climate impacts显示文摘This paper reviews recent advances regarding land-atmosphere-ocean coupling associated with the Tibetan Plateau(TP)and its climatic impacts.Thermal forcing over the TP interacts strongly with that over the Iranian Plateau,forming a coupled heating system that elevates the tropopause,generates a monsoonal meridional circulation over South Asia and creates conditions of large-scale ascent favorable for Asian summer monsoon development.TP heating leads to intensification and westward extension(northward movement)of the South Asian High(Atlantic Intertropical Convergence Zone),and exerts strong impacts on upstream climate variations from North Atlantic to West Asia.It also affects oceanic circulation and buoyancy fields via atmospheric stationary wave trains and air-sea interaction processes,contributing to formation of the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation.The TP thermal state and atmospheric-oceanic conditions are highly interactive and Asian summer monsoon variability is controlled synergistically by internal TP variability and external forcing factors.Yimin Liu Mengmeng Lu Haijun Yang Anmin Duan Bian He Song Yang Guoxiong Wu 2020National Science Review2020,7,3:21
3Gas desorption characteristics of the high-rank intact coal and fractured coal显示文摘The objective of this work is to study the gas desorption characteristics of the high-rank intact coal and fractured coal.The gas adsorption,mercury porosimetry and gas desorption experiments were carried out in this study.Then,the theories of thermodynamics,diffusion mechanism and desorption kinetics were used to estimate the gas desorption characteristics.The results of gas adsorption experiments show that the initial isosteric adsorption heat of the intact coal is greater than that of the fractured coal,indicating that the gas molecules desorb more easily from fractured coal than intact coal.Using the mercury porosimetry,we find that the diffusion channels of fractured coal are more developed than those of intact coal.The difficult diffusion form dominates in the intact coal during the gas diffusing,while the easy diffusion form dominates in the fractured coal.The results of gas desorption experiments show that the initial gas desorption volume and velocity of the fractured coal are both greater than those of the intact coal.Using the Fick diffusion law,the study calculates the gas diffusion coefficients of the intact coal and fractured coal.The diffusion coefficients of the fractured coal are 2 times and 10 times greater than those of the intact coal at the time of 0-120 and 0-10 min,respectively.Lu Shouqing Cheng Yuanping Qin Liming Li Wei Zhou Hongxing Guo Haijun 2015International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2015,25,5:15

5A review on carrier aircraft dispatch path planning and control on deck显示文摘As an important part in sortie/recovery process,the dispatch of carrier aircraft not only affects the sortie/recovery efficiency and safety,but also has severe influence on the carrier's combat efficiency and the comprehensive support capability.Path planning is the key to improve the efficiency and safety during the dispatch process.The main purpose of this paper is to propose a comprehensive investigation of techniques and research progress for the carrier aircraft's dispatch path planning on the deck.Three different dispatch modes of carrier aircraft and the corresponding modeling technologies are investigated,and the aircraft's dispatch path planning techniques and algorithms have been classified into different classes.Moreover,their assumptions and drawbacks have been discussed for single aircraft and multiple aircraft.To make the research work more comprehensive,the corresponding tracking control methodologies are also discussed.Finally,due to the similarity of path planning problem between the carrier aircraft's dispatch and those in other fields,this paper provides an exploratory prospect of the knowledge or method learned from other fields.Xinwei WANG Jie LIU Xichao SU Haijun PENG Xudong ZHAO Chen LU 2020Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,12:14
6Research on power electronic transformer applied in AC/DC hybrid distribution networks显示文摘The AC/DC hybrid distribution network is one of the trends in distribution network development, which poses great challenges to the traditional distribution transformer. In this paper, a new topology suitable for AC/DC hybrid distribution network is put forward according to the demands of power grid, with advantages of accepting DG and DC loads, while clearing DC fault by blocking the clamping double sub-module(CDSM) of input stage. Then, this paper shows the typical structure of AC/DC distribution network that is hand in hand. Based on the new topology, this paper designs the control and modulation strategies of each stage, where the outer loop controller of input stage is emphasized for its twocontrol mode. At last, the rationality of new topology and the validity of control strategies are verified by the steady and dynamic state simulation. 8Finite Element Numerical Simulation and PIV Measurement of Flow Field inside Metering-in Spool Valve显示文摘The finite element method(FEM) and particle image velocimetry(PIV) technique are utilized to get the flow field along the inlet passage, the chamber, the metering port and the outlet passage of spool valve at three different valve openings.For FEM numerical simulation, the stream function ψ-vorticity ω forms of continuity and Navier-Stokes equations are employed and FEM is applied to discrete the equations.Homemade simulation codes are executed to compute the values of stream function and vorticity at each node in the flow domain, then according to the correlation between stream function and velocity components, the velocity vectors of the whole field are calculated.For PIV experiment, pulse Nd:YAG laser is exploited to generate laser beam, cylindrical and spherical lenses are combined each other to produce 1.0 mm thickness laser sheet to illuminate the object plane, Polystyrene spherical particle with diameter of 30?50 μm is seeded in the fluid as a tracing particles, Kodak ES1.0 CCD camera is employed to capture the images of interested, the images are processed with fast Fourier transform(FFT) cross-correlation algorithm and the processing results is displayed.Both results of numerical simulation and PIV experimental show that there are three main areas in the spool valve where vortex is formed.Numerical results also indicate that the valve opening have some effects on the flow structure of the valve.The investigation is helpful for qualitatively analyzing the energy loss, noise generating, steady state flow forces and even designing the geometry structure and flow passage.GAO Dianrong QIAO Haijun LU Xianghui 2009Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2009,22,1:10
9Dietary oregano essential oil supplementation improves intestinal functions and alters gut microbiota in latephase laying hens显示文摘Background:Dietary essential oil(EO)supplementation can exert favorable effects on gut health in broilers.However,it is unknown whether EO could improve intestinal functions,consequently beneficial for egg performance and quality in late-phase laying hens.This study was aimed to investigate the potential effects of EO on production performance,egg quality,intestinal health and ileal microbiota of hens in the late phase of production.A total of 28860-week-old Hy-line Brown laying hens were randomly divided into 4 groups and fed a basal diet(control)or basal diets supplemented with oregano EO at 100,200 and 400 mg/kg(EO100,EO200 and EO400).Results:Dietary EO supplementation resulted in a quadratic decrease(P<0.05)in feed conversion ratio with lower(P<0.05)feed conversion ratio in EO200 group than the control during weeks 9–12 and 1–12 of the trial.Compared to the control,EO addition resulted in higher(P<0.05)eggshell thickness at the end of week.4,8 and 12 and higher(P<0.05)chymotrypsin activity.There was a quadratic elevation(P<0.05)in ileal chymotrypsin and lipase activity,along with a linear increase in villus height to crypt depth ratio.Quadratic declines(P<0.05)in mRNA expression of IL-1β,TNF-α,IFN-γ and TLR-4,concurrent with a linear and quadratic increase(P<0.05)in ZO-1 expression were identified in the ileum with EO addition.These favorable effects were maximized at medium dosage(200 mg/kg)of EO addition and intestinal microbial composition in the control and EO200 groups were assessed.Dietary EO addition increased(P<0.05)the abundances of Burkholderiales,Actinobacteria,Bifidobacteriales,Enterococcaceae and Bacillaceae,whereas decreased Shigella abundance in the ileum.Conclusions:Dietary EO addition could enhance digestive enzyme activity,improve gut morphology,epithelial barrier functions and modulate mucosal immune status by altering microbial composition,thus favoring feed efficiency and eggshell quality of late-phase laying hens.Jia Feng Mingyuan Lu Jing Wang Haijun Zhang Kai Qiu Guanghai Qi Shugeng Wu 2022Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,1:6
10Investigation of high-speed abrasion behavior of an abradable seal rubber in aero-engine fan application显示文摘Abradable seal rubber has been widely used in aero-engine fans to improve their efficiency by reducing the clearance between rotating and stationary components. To investigate the high-speed scraping behavior between a vulcanized silicone rubber and a Ti-6Al-4V fan blade and evaluate the abradable performance of seal rubber, abrasion tests were conducted at a blade tip velocity of 50–300 m/s with an incursion rate of 100 lm/s. The influences of the blade tip velocity on the wear mechanism and interaction forces were specially analyzed. It is shown that abrasive wear and pattern wear are the predominant wear mechanisms, and pattern wear can be seen as the emergence and propagation of cracks. With an increase of the blade tip velocity, both of the final incursion depth and wear mass loss of seal rubber exhibit growth trends. The gradual changes of rubbing forces with an increase of rubbing time are the characteristic of abrasive wear, and force curves with unstable mutations are a reflection of pattern wear. 11Patients with SARS-CoV-2 and HBV coinfection are at risk of greater liver injury显示文摘To date,it remains unclear if severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)co-infection exacerbates liver injury in patients with chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection.In this study,we present a retrospective study of 133 hospitalized confirmed mild coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)cases,including 116 patients with COVID-19 with negative serum hepatitis B antigen and 17 HBV inactive carriers with COVID-19.We found that there were no significant differences for the discharge rate or duration of hospitalization be-tween the two groups.However,inactive HBV carriers with SARS-CoV-2 co-infection are at a higher risk of abnormal liver function tests.The enhanced liver injury induced by SARS-CoV-2 and HBV co-infection was identified as the hepatocyte type rather than the cholangiocyte type.Moreover,the inflammatory response,including abnormal lactate dehydrogenase,D-dimer and interleukin-6 production,may contribute to this injury following SARS-CoV-2 co-infection.Collectively,SARS-CoV-2 and HBV co-infection exacerbates liver function of the pa-tients with COVID-19.Yong Lin Jun Yuan Quanxin Long Jieli Hu Haijun Deng Zhenyu Zhao Juan Chen Mengji Lu Ailong Huang 2021Genes & Diseases2021,8,4:5
12Reservoir accumulation conditions and key exploration&development technologies for Keshen gas field in Tarim Basin显示文摘The Keshen gas field is located in the central part of Kuqa foreland thrust belt in Tarim Basin,and is another large gas field discovered in Kuqa depression after Kela 2 gas field.Since the breakthrough in 2008,a number of large and medium scale gas reservoirs including Keshen 2,Keshen 5 and Keshen 8 have been discovered,that are characterized by ultra depth,ultra-high pressure,ultra-low porosity,ultra-low permeability,high temperature and high pressure.With natural gas geological reserves of nearly trillion cubic meters and production capacity of nearly 5.5 billion cubic meters,the Keshen gas field is the main natural gas producing area in Tarim Oilfield.The Keshen gas field is located in a series of thrusting imbrication structures in the Kelasu structural belt of Kuqa foreland thrust belt.The salt roof structure,plastic rheology of salt beds and pre-salt faulted anticlinal structure constitute the large wedge-shaped thrust body.The thick delta sandstone of the Cretaceous Bashijike Formation is widely distributed,and it forms the superior reservoir-caprock combination with overlying Paleogene thick gypsum-salt bed.The deep Jurassic-Triassic oil and gas migrate vertically along fault system formed in Late Himalaya,break through the thick Cretaceous mudstone and move laterally along the fracture system of the pre-salt reservoirs,to form anticline and fault anticline high pressure reservoir groups.Through near ten years of studies,the three-dimensional seismic acquisition and processing technology for complex mountainous areas,extrusion salt-related structural modeling technology and fractured low-porosity sandstone reservoir evaluation technology have been established,which lay a foundation for realization of oil and gas exploration objectives.Logging acquisition and evaluation technology for high temperature,high pressure,ultra-deep and low-porosity sandstone gas reservoirs,and efficient development technology for fractured tight sandstone gas reservoirs have been developed,which provide a technical support for efficient exploration&development and rapid production of the Keshen gas field.Haijun Yang Yong Li Yangang Tang Ganglin Lei Xiongwei Sun Peng Zhou Lu Zhou Anming Xu Jingjie Tang Wenhui Zhu Jiangwei Shang Weili Chen Mei Li 2019Petroleum Research2019,4,4:3

17Irrigation-induced pollution of organochlorine pesticides and polychlorinated biphenyls in paddy field ecosystem of Liaohe River Plain,China显示文摘In order to assess the influence of long-term irrigation of polluted river water on the ecological health of the rice fields in the low reach of Liaohe River Plain,a series of environmental samples and biological samples in rice fields,including sediments,paddy soils,mitten-handed crabs(Eriocheir sinensis),loaches(Misgurnus anguillicaudatu) and frog(Hoplobatrachus tigerinus),were collected from the area far away from industrial zones,and polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) and organochlorine pesticides(HCH,DDT,HCB and Mirex) were analyzed by high resolution gas chromatography coupled with high resolution mass spectrometry(HRGC/HRMS).The comparison of pollutant concentrations and profiles verified that the significant contribution of river water irrigation to PCBs contaminations in paddy soils and the mutual influence of organochlorine pesticide contamination between river sediments and paddy soils.Bioaccumulations of PCBs and organochlorine pesticides in mitten-handed crabs and loaches were site-specific,suggested that they were both the good indicators of ecosystem health.Mitten-handed crabs had the highest capacity to accumulate PCBs and organochlorine pesticides,and also they had the strong ability to degrade these pollutants in their bodies,especially for DDT and HCH.The biota-soil accumulation factors(BSAF) of ΣH CH,ΣDDT,Mirex,HCB and ΣP CBs in mitten-handed crab were calculated to be 24.5,15.3,122.2,28.1 and 54.6,respectively.In view of the strong bioaccumulation ability,the health risk should be concerned for the cultivation of mitten-handed crabs in paddy fields in the low reach of Liaohe River Plain.TENG Man ZHANG HaiJun FU Qiang LU XianBo CHEN JiPing WEI FuSheng 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,15:2
