1Feature Extraction and Recognition for Rolling Element Bearing Fault Utilizing Short-Time Fourier Transform and Non-negative Matrix Factorization显示文摘Due to the non-stationary characteristics of vibration signals acquired from rolling element bearing fault, the time-frequency analysis is often applied to describe the local information of these unstable signals smartly. However, it is difficult to classify the high dimensional feature matrix directly because of too large dimensions for many classifiers. This paper combines the concepts of time-frequency distribution(TFD) with non-negative matrix factorization(NMF), and proposes a novel TFD matrix factorization method to enhance representation and identification of bearing fault. Throughout this method, the TFD of a vibration signal is firstly accomplished to describe the localized faults with short-time Fourier transform(STFT). Then, the supervised NMF mapping is adopted to extract the fault features from TFD. Meanwhile, the fault samples can be clustered and recognized automatically by using the clustering property of NMF. The proposed method takes advantages of the NMF in the parts-based representation and the adaptive clustering. The localized fault features of interest can be extracted as well. To evaluate the performance of the proposed method, the 9 kinds of the bearing fault on a test bench is performed. The proposed method can effectively identify the fault severity and different fault types. Moreover, in comparison with the artificial neural network(ANN), NMF yields 99.3% mean accuracy which is much superior to ANN. 2Genome-wide identification, expression analysis of auxin-responsive GH_3 family genes in maize(Zea mays L.) under abiotic stresses显示文摘Auxin is involved in different aspects of plant growth and development by regulating the expression of auxinresponsive family genes. As one of the three major auxinresponsive families, GH3(Gretchen Hagen3) genes participate in auxin homeostasis by catalyzing auxin conjugation and bounding free indole-3-acetic acid(IAA) to amino acids.However, how GH3 genes function in responses to abiotic stresses and various hormones in maize is largely unknown.Here, the latest updated maize(Zea mays L.) reference genome sequence was used to characterize and analyze the Zm GH3 family genes from maize. The results showed that 13 Zm GH3 genes were mapped on fi ve maize chromosomes(total10 chromosomes). Highly diversi fi ed gene structures and tissue-speci fi c expression patterns suggested the possibility of function diversi fi cation for these genes in response to environmental stresses and hormone stimuli. The expression patterns of Zm GH3 genes are responsive to several abiotic stresses(salt, drought and cadmium) and major stress-relatedhormones(abscisic acid, salicylic acid and jasmonic acid)Various environmental factors suppress auxin free IAA contents in maize roots suggesting that these abiotic stresses and hormones might alter GH3-mediated auxin levels. 3The age of the 'old red sand' on the coasts of south Fujian and west Guangdong, China显示文摘The sedimentary strata and deposition ages of the 'old red sand' distributed along the coasts of south Fujian and west Guangdong are determined by lithostratigraphy, magnetic stratigraphy and earth chemistry combined with TL, ESR and 14C-dating techniques. The research shows that the 'old red sand' was aeolian sediments deposited from 55 400 to 9 000 aBP, the last glacial period in the middle and later age of Late Pleistocene. Most of them deposited in two periods of 56-42 ka and 30-10 ka. 10A chorismate mutase from Radopholus similis plays an essential role in pathogenicity显示文摘In the process of infecting plants, plant parasitic nematodes release a series of proteins that play an essential role in the successful infection and pathogenesis of plant cells and tissues through stylets or body walls. In this study,based on transcriptome data, a chorismate mutase gene of Radopholus similis(RsCM) was identified and cloned,which is a single copy gene specifically expressed in the oesophageal gland and highly expressed in juveniles and females. Transient expression of RsCM in tobacco leaves showed that it was localised in the cytoplasm and nucleus of tobacco leaf cells, which inhibited the pattern-triggered immunity(PTI) induced by flg22, including callose deposition and defence gene expression, and cell death induced by immune elicitors BAX, but could not inhibit cell death induced by immune elicitors Gpa2/RBP-1. The RNA interference(RNAi) transgenic tomato of RsCM obviously inhibited the infection, pathogenicity, and reproduction of R. similis. However, the resistance of the overexpression transgenic tomato of RsCM to R. similis infection was significantly reduced, and the expression levels of two salicylic acid(SA) pathway genes(PR1 and PR5) in roots infected by the nematode were significantly down-regulated,which indicated that RsCM might be involved in the inhibition of SA pathway. 11Ensemble Strategy for Insider Threat Detection from User Activity Logs显示文摘In the information era,the core business and confidential information of enterprises/organizations is stored in information systems.However,certain malicious inside network users exist hidden inside the organization;these users intentionally or unintentionally misuse the privileges of the organization to obtain sensitive information from the company.The existing approaches on insider threat detection mostly focus on monitoring,detecting,and preventing any malicious behavior generated by users within an organization’s system while ignoring the imbalanced ground-truth insider threat data impact on security.To this end,to be able to detect insider threats more effectively,a data processing tool was developed to process the detected user activity to generate information-use events,and formulated a Data Adjustment(DA)strategy to adjust the weight of the minority and majority samples.Then,an efficient ensemble strategy was utilized,which applied the extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost)model combined with the DA strategy to detect anomalous behavior.The CERT dataset was used for an insider threat to evaluate our approach,which was a real-world dataset with artificially injected insider threat events.The results demonstrated that the proposed approach can effectively detect insider threats,with an accuracy rate of 99.51%and an average recall rate of 98.16%.Compared with other classifiers,the detection performance is improved by 8.76%.Shihong Zou Huizhong Sun Guosheng Xu Ruijie Quan 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,11:0

13Effects of Fe solid solute on grain boundaries of bi-crystal Cu: A molecular dynamics simulation显示文摘Grain boundaries(GBs)play a crucial role on the structural stability and mechanical properties of Cu and its alloys.In this work,molecular dynamics(MD)simulations are employed to study the effects of Fe solutes on the formation energy,excess volume,dislocations and melting behaviors of GBs in CuFe alloys.It is illustrated that Fe solute affects the structural stability of Cu GBs substantially,the formation energy of GBs is reduced,but the thickness and melting point of GBs are increased,that is,the structural stability of Cu GBs is significantly improved owing to the Fe solutes.A strong scaling law exists between the formation energy,excess volume,thickness and melting point of GBs.Therefore,Fe solid solute plays an important role in the characteristics of GBs in bi-crystal Cu.Shuohan Yang Hongwei Bao Huizhong Bai Yan Li Haodong Xu Fei Ma 2024Nano Materials Science2024,6,1:0
14The transcription factor CmLEC1 positively regulates the seed-setting rate in hybridization breeding of chrysanthemum显示文摘Distant hybridization is widely used to develop crop cultivars,whereas the hybridization process of embryo abortion often severely reduces the sought-after breeding effect.The LEAFY COTYLEDON1(LEC1)gene has been extensively investigated as a central regulator of seed development,but it is far less studied in crop hybridization breeding.Here we investigated the function and regulation mechanism of CmLEC1 from Chrysanthemum morifolium during its seed development in chrysanthemum hybridization.CmLEC1 encodes a nucleic protein and is specifically expressed in embryos.CmLEC1’s overexpression significantly promoted the seed-setting rate of the cross,while the rate was significantly decreased in the amiR-CmLEC1 transgenic chrysanthemum.The RNA-Seq analysis of the developing hybrid embryos revealed that regulatory genes involved in seed development,namely,CmLEA(late embryogenesis abundant protein),CmOLE(oleosin),CmSSP(seed storage protein),and CmEM(embryonic protein),were upregulated in the OE(overexpressing)lines but downregulated in the amiR lines vs.wild-type lines.Future analysis demonstrated that CmLEC1 directly activated CmLEA expression and interacted with CmC3H,and this CmLEC1–CmC3H interaction could enhance the transactivation ability of CmLEC1 for the expression of CmLEA.Further,CmLEC1 was able to induce several other key genes related to embryo development.Taken together,our results show that CmLEC1 plays a positive role in the hybrid embryo development of chrysanthemum plants,which might involve activating CmLEA’s expression and interacting with CmC3H.This may be a new pathway in the LEC1 regulatory network to promote seed development,one perhaps leading to a novel strategy to not only overcome embryo abortion during crop breeding but also increase the seed yield.Sujuan Xu Ze Wu Huizhong Hou Jingya Zhao Fengjiao Zhang Renda Teng Liping Ding Fadi Chen Nianjun Teng 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:0
15Metal oxyacid salts-confined pyrolysis towards hierarchical porous metal oxide@carbon(MO@C)composites as lithium-ion battery anodes显示文摘Transition metal oxides(TMOs)have been thought of potential anodic materials for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)owing to their intriguing properties.However,the limited conductivity and drastic volume change still hinder their practical applications.Herein,a metal oxyacid salts-confined pyrolysis strategy is proposed to construct hierarchical porous metal oxide@carbon(MO@C,MO=MoO_(2),V_(2)O_(5),WO_(3))composites for solving the aforementioned problems.A water-evaporation-induced self-assembly mechanism has been put forward for fabricating the MO@polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP)@SiO_(2)precursors.After the following pyrolysis and etching process,small MO nanoparticles can be successfully encapsulated in the hierarchical porous carbon framework.Profiting from the synergistic effect of MO nanoparticles and highly conductive carbon framework,MO@C composites show excellent electrochemical properties.For example,the as-obtained MoO_(2)@C composite exhibits a large discharge capacity(1513.7 mAh·g^(−1)at 0.1 A·g^(−1)),good rate ability(443.5 mAh·g^(−1)at 5.0 A·g^(−1)),supernal long-lived stability(669.1 mAh·g^(−1)after 1000 cycles at 1.0 A·g^(−1)).This work will inspire the design of novel anode materials for high-performance LIBs.Huizhong Xu Chang Gao Zhaoyang Cheng Linghui Kong Wei Li Xiaochen Dong Jianjian Lin 2023Nano Research2023,16,5:0
16Cipherchain:A Secure and Efficient Ciphertext Blockchain via mPECK显示文摘Most existing blockchain schemes are based on the design concept“openness and transparency”to realize data security,which usually require transaction data to be presented in the form of plaintext.However,it inevitably brings the issues with respect to data privacy and operating performance.In this paper,we proposed a novel blockchain scheme called Cipherchain,which can process and maintain transaction data in the form of ciphertext while the characteristics of immutability and auditability are guaranteed.Specifically in our scheme,transactions can be encrypted locally based on a searchable encryption scheme called multi-user public key encryption with conjunctive keyword search(mPECK),and can be accessed by multiple specific participants after appended to the globally consistent distributed ledger.By introducing execution-consensus-update paradigm of transaction flow,Cipherchain cannot only make it possible for transaction data to exist in the form of ciphertext,but also guarantee the overall system performance not greatly affected by cryptographic operations and other local execution work.In addition,Cipherchain is a promising scheme to realize the technology combination of“blockchain+cloud computing”and“permissioned blockchain+public blockchain”.Hailin Chen Gang Xu Yuling Chen Xiubo Chen Yixian Yang Ruibin Fan Kaixiang Zhang Huizhong Li 2020Journal of Quantum Computing2020,2,1:0
17Explicit Topology Optimization Design of Stiffened Plate Structures Based on the Moving Morphable Component(MMC)Method显示文摘This paper proposes an explicit method for topology optimization of stiffened plate structures.The present work is devoted to simultaneously optimizing stiffeners’shape,size and layout by seeking the optimal geometry parameters of a series of moving morphable components(MMC).The stiffeners with straight skeletons and the stiffeners with curved skeletons are considered to enhance the modeling and optimization capability of the current approach.All the stiffeners are represented under the Lagrangian-description framework in a fully explicit way,and the adaptive ground structure method,as well as dynamically updated plate/shell elements,is used to obtain optimized designs with more accurate analysis results.Compared with existing works,the proposed approach provides an explicit description of the structure.Thus,a stiffened plate structure with clear stiffener distribution and smooth geometric boundary can be obtained.Several numerical examples provided,including straight and curved stiffeners,hierarchical stiffeners,and a stiffened plate with a cutout,validate the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed approach.Xudong Jiang Chang Liu Shaohui Zhang Weisheng Zhang ZongliangDu Xiaoyu Zhang Huizhong Zeng Xu Guo 2023Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2023,,5:0
18Plasmonic resonant nonlinearity and synthetic optical properties in gold nanorod suspensions显示文摘We experimentally demonstrate self-trapping of light, as a result of plasmonic resonant optical nonlinearity,in both aqueous and organic(toluene) suspensions of gold nanorods. The threshold power for soliton formation is greatly reduced in toluene as opposed to aqueous suspensions. It is well known that the optical gradient forces are optimized at off-resonance wavelengths at which suspended particles typically exhibit a strong positive(or negative) polarizability. However, surprisingly, as we tune the wavelength of the optical beam from a continuous-wave(CW) laser, we find that the threshold power is reduced by more than threefold at the plasmonic resonance frequency. By analyzing the optical forces and torque acting on the nanorods, we show theoretically that it is possible to align the nanorods inside a soliton waveguide channel into orthogonal orientations by using merely two different laser wavelengths. We perform a series of experiments to examine the transmission of the soliton-forming beam itself, as well as the polarization transmission spectrum of a low-power probe beam guided along the soliton channel. It is found that the expected synthetic anisotropic properties are too subtle to be clearly observed, in large part due to Brownian motion of the solvent molecules and a limited ordering region where the optical field from the self-trapped beam is strong enough to overcome thermodynamic fluctuations. 19Effect of Bi_2 Ti_2O_7 Seeding Layer on Capacitance-voltage Properties of Bi_(3.54)Nd_(0.46)Ti_3O_(12) Films显示文摘Au/Bi 3.54 Nd 0.46 Ti 3 O 12 /Bi 2 Ti 2 O 7 /Si structure has been fabricated with a preferentially (111)-orientated Bi 2 Ti 2 O 7 seeding layer as a ferroelectric gate of metal-ferroelectric-insulator field effect transistor.Bi 3.54 Nd 0.46 Ti 3 O 12 and Bi 3.54 Nd 0.46 Ti 3 O 12 /Bi 2 Ti 2 O 7 films are both well-crystallized when annealed at 680℃ for 40 min,and have smooth,dense and crack-free surfaces.The width of memory window of the ferroelectric gate increases with increasing electric field applied to the Bi 3.54 Nd 0.46 Ti 3 O 12 thin films.The width of memory window of Au/Bi 3.54 Nd 0.46 Ti 3 O 12 /Bi 2 Ti 2 O 7 /Si with seeding layer is relatively wider than that of Au/Bi 3.54 Nd 0.46 Ti 3 O 12 /Si at the same bias voltage,and the counterclockwise hysteresis curve of Au/Bi 3.54 Nd 0.46 Ti 3 O 12 /Bi 2 Ti 2 O 7 /Si is referred to as polarization type switching at different voltages.Bi 2 Ti 2 O 7 seeding layer plays an important role in alleviating the element interdiffusion between Bi 3.54 Nd 0.46 Ti 3 O 12 and Si.Huizhong Xu Liang Zhen Changhong Yang Zhuo Wang 2010Journal of Materials Science & Technology2010,26,3:0
