1植被指数研究进展:从AVHRR-NDVI到MODIS-EVI显示文摘目前应用广泛的植被指数 AVHRR- NDVI仍有一些缺陷 ,主要表现在 :(1 )在植被高覆盖区容易饱和 ,这除了红光通道就容易饱和外 ,主要是基于 NIR/Red比值的 NDVI算式本身存在容易饱和的缺陷 ;(2 )没有考虑树冠背景对植被指数的影响 ;(3 ) NDVI的比值算式和最大值合成算法 (MVC)确实消除了某些内部和外部噪音 ,但最终的合成产品仍然有较多噪音 ;(4) MVC不能确保选择最小视角内的最佳像元。所有这些 AVHRR- NDVI的局限性 ,在基于“中分辨率成像光谱仪 (MODIS)”的“增强型植被指数 (EVI)”产品中 ,都有不同程度改善。MODIS- EVI改善表现在 :(1 )大气校正包括大气分子、气溶胶、薄云、水汽和臭氧 ,而 AVHRR- NDVI仅对瑞利散射和臭氧吸收做了校正 ;这样 MODIS- EVI可以不采用基于比值的方法 ,因为比值算式是以植被指数饱和为代价来减少大气影响 ;(2 )根据蓝光和红光对气溶胶散射存在差异的原理 ,采用“抗大气植被指数 (ARVI)对残留气溶胶做进一步的处理 ;(3 )采用“土壤调节植被指数(SAVI)”减弱了树冠背景土壤变化对植被指数的影响 ;(4)综合 ARVI和 SAVI的理论基础 ,形成“增强型植被指数 (EVI)”,它可以同时减少来自大气和土壤噪音的影响 ;(5 )采用“限定视角内最大值合成法 (CV-MVC)”。王正兴 刘闯 HUETE Alfredo 2003生态学报2003,23,5:489
2Mapping paddy rice with multi-date moderate-resolution imaging spectroradiometer (MODIS) data in China显示文摘The objective of this study was to obtain spatial distribution maps of paddy rice fields using multi-date moderate-resolution imaging spectroradiometer(MODIS) data in China.Paddy rice fields were extracted by identifying the unique char-acteristic of high soil moisture in the flooding and transplanting period with improved algorithms based on rice growth calendar regionalization.The characteristic could be reflected by the enhanced vegetation index(EVI) and the land surface water index(LSWI) derived from MODIS sensor data.Algorithms for single,early,and late rice identification were obtained from selected typical test sites.The algorithms could not only separate early rice and late rice planted in the same fields,but also reduce the uncertainties.The areal accuracy of the MODIS-derived results was validated by comparison with agricultural statistics,and the spatial matching was examined by ETM+(enhanced thematic mapper plus) images in a test region.Major factors that might cause errors,such as the coarse spatial resolution and noises in the MODIS data,were discussed.Although not suitable for monitoring the inter-annual variations due to some inevitable factors,the MODIS-derived results were useful for obtaining spatial distribution maps of paddy rice on a large scale,and they might provide reference for further studies.Hua-sheng SUN Jing-feng HUANG Alfredo R. 3Estimating biophysical parameters of rice with remote sensing data using support vector machines显示文摘Hyperspectral reflectance (350-2500 nm) measurements were made over two experimental rice fields containing two cultivars treated with three levels of nitrogen application.Four different transformations of the reflectance data were analyzed for their capability to predict rice biophysical parameters,comprising leaf area index (LAI;m-2 green leaf area m-2 soil) and green leaf chlorophyll density (GLCD;mg chlorophyll m 2 soil),using stepwise multiple regression (SMR) models and support vector machines (SVMs).Four transformations of the rice canopy data were made,comprising reflectances (R),first-order derivative reflectances (D1),second-order derivative reflectances (D2),and logarithm transformation of reflectances (LOG).The polynomial kernel (POLY) of the SVM using R was the best model to predict rice LAI,with a root mean square error (RMSE) of 1.0496 LAI units.The analysis of variance kernel of SVM using LOG was the best model to predict rice GLCD,with an RMSE of 523.0741 mg m-2.The SVM approach was not only superior to SMR models for predicting the rice biophysical parameters,but also provided a useful exploratory and predictive tool for analyzing different transformations of reflectance data.YANG XiaoHua HUANG JingFeng WU YaoPing WANG JianWen WANG Pei WANG XiaoMing Alfredo R. 4Spatial and seasonal characterization of net primary productivity and climate variables in southeastern China using MODIS data显示文摘We developed a sophisticated method to depict the spatial and seasonal characterization of net primary productivity (NPP) and climate variables. The role of climate variability in the seasonal variation of NPP exerts delayed and continuous effects. This study expands on this by mapping the seasonal characterization of NPP and climate variables from space using geographic information system (GIS) technology at the pixel level. Our approach was developed in southeastern China using moderate-resolution imaging spectroradiometer (MODIS) data. The results showed that air temperature,precipitation and sunshine percentage contributed significantly to seasonal variation of NPP. In the northern portion of the study area,a significant positive 32-d lagged correlation was observed between seasonal variation of NPP and climate (P<0.01),and the influences of changing climate on NPP lasted for 48 d or 64 d. In central southeastern China,NPP showed 16-d,48-d,and 96-d lagged correlation with air temperature,precipitation,and sunshine percentage,respectively (P<0.01); the influences of air temperature and precipitation on NPP lasted for 48 d or 64 d,while sunshine influence on NPP only persisted for 16 d. Due to complex topography and vegetation distribution in the southern part of the study region,the spatial patterns of vegetation-climate relationship became complicated and diversiform,especially for precipitation influences on NPP. In the northern part of the study area,all vegetation NPP had an almost similar response to seasonal variation of air temperature except for broad crops. Maire显示文摘Objective:To investigate the chemical composition of a moderately polar extract(CHC1_3 soluble part of the MeOH-H_2O extract) obtained from the aerial parts(leaves and flowers) of Centaurea diluta Ait.subsp.algeriensis(Coss.& Dur.) Maire,a species endemic to Algeria and Morocco on which no reports are available to date.To evaluate in vitro the cytotoxic,antifungal and antimicrobial activities of this extract and the cytotoxic and antimicrobial activities of its isolated secondary metabolites.Methods:The cytotoxic effects of the extract were investigated on 3 human cancer cell lines i.e.the A549 non-small-cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC),the MCF7 breast adenocarcinoma and the U373 glioblastoma using a MTT colorimetric assay.Biological data allowed to guide the fractionation of the extract by separation and purification on silica gel 60(CC and TLC).The isolated compounds which were characterized by spectral analysis,mainly HR-ESIMS,HR-EIMS,UV and NMR experiments(~1H,^(13)C,COSY,ROESY,HSQC and HMBC) and comparison of their spectroscopic data with those reported in the literature,were evaluated for cytotoxic activities on six cancer cell lines(A549,MCF7,U373,Hs683 human glioma,PC3 human prostate and B16-F10 murine melanoma).The direct and indirect antibacterial and antifungal activities were determined using microdilution methods for the raw extract and TLC-bioautography and microdilution methods against standard and clinical strains for the isolated compounds.Results:The raw extract reduced cell viability with IC_(50)s of 27,25 and 21 μg/mL on A549,MCF7 and U373,respectively.Five secondary metabolites:two phenolic compounds(vanillin 1,paridol 3),a lignan[(-)-arctigenin 2]and two flavonoid aglycones(eupatilin 4 and jaceosidin 5),were then isolated from this extract.Moderate cytotoxic effects were observed for(-)-arctigenin 2(IC_(50)s:28 and 33μM on Hs683 and B16-F10,respectively),eupatilin 4(IC_(50)s:33 and 47 μM on B16-F10 and PC3,respectively) and jaceosidin 5(IC_(50)s:32 and 40 μM on PC3 and B16-F10,respectively).Conclusions:All the isolated compounds were described for the first time from this species.Although inactive against 7 tested microorganisms(fungi,bacteria and yeast,human or plant pathogens),the raw extract was able to potentiate the effect of beta-lactam antibiotics on methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA),reducing the minimal inhibitory concentrations(MICs) by a factor of 2-32-fold.No synergy was found between the extract and streptomycin.From the five isolated compounds only jaseosidin 5 showed a moderate antimicrobial activity.Hanene Zater Joelle Huet Veronique Fontaine Samir Benayache Caroline Stevigny Pierre Duez Fadila Benayache 2016Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2016,9,6:2
