| 1 | NiSe_(2)/Ni(OH)_(2) Heterojunction Composite through Epitaxial-like Strategy as High-Rate Battery-Type Electrode Material显示文摘Constructing heterojunction is a promising way to improve the charge transfer efficiency and can thus promote the electrochemical properties.Herein,a facile and effective epitaxial-like growth strategy is applied to NiSe2 nano-octahe-dra to fabricate the NiSe2-(100)/Ni(OH)2-(110)heterojunction.The heterojunction composite and Ni(OH)2(performing high electrochemical activity)is ideal high-rate battery-type supercapacitor electrode.The NiSe2/Ni(OH)2 electrode exhibits a high specific capacity of 909 C g^-1 at 1 A g^-1 and 597 C g^-1 at 20 A g^-1.The assembled asymmetric supercapacitor composed of the NiSe2/Ni(OH)2 cathode and p-phenylenediamine-functional reduced graphene oxide anode achieves an ultrahigh specific capacity of 303 C g^-1 at 1 A g^-1 and a superior energy density of 76.1 Wh kg^-1 at 906 W kg^-1,as well as an outstanding cycling stability of 82%retention for 8000 cycles at 10 A g^-1.To the best of our knowledge,this is the first example of NiSe2/Ni(OH)2 heterojunction exhibiting such remarkable supercapacitor performance.This work not only provides a promising candidate for next-generation energy storage device but also offers a possible universal strategy to fabricate metal selenides/metal hydroxides heterojunctions. | Hao Mei Zhaodi Huang Ben Xu Zhenyu Xiao Yingjie Mei Haobing Zhang Shiyu Zhang Dacheng Li Wenpei Kang Dao Feng Sun | 2020 | Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,5: | 3 |
| 2 | Amplicon-Based Illumina Sequencing and Quantitative PCR Reveals Nanoplankton Diversity and Biomass in Surface Water of Qinhuangdao Coastal Area, China显示文摘Aureococcus anophagefferens caused brown tides for three consecutive years from 2009 to 2011 in the coastal waters of Qinhuangdao, China, with numerous, widespread ecological and economic impact on ecosystems. To understand the population dy- namics of nanoplankton during the brown tides, sequences of the V9 region of the 18S rDNA gene, used as a marker, were analyzed by Illumina sequencing to assess nanoplankton biomass, and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was performed to analyze spa- tial variation in the 18S rDNA copy concentrations of nanoplankton off the Qinhuangdao coast in July, 2011. The results showed that A. anophagefferens and Minutocellus polymorphus were the dominant species in the local phytoplankton community during the brown tide in July 2011. The highest 18S rDNA copy concentrations of A. anophagefferens and M. polymorphus were detected at stations SHG and FN, respectively. The central area most strongly affected by the brown tide migrated southward from 2011 to 2013. Redundancy analysis (RDA) showed that the decreasing NOx concentration might provide suitable nutrient conditions for the A. anophagefferens outbreak. During the brown tide caused by A. anophagefferens, other phytoplankton, such as diatoms, cryptophytes, chlorophytes, dinoflagellates and other flagellates, could co-occur with it. The whole testing method and system were introduced. Each part of the testing system was illustrated. And also a novel fiber-optic sensor with three probes in equal transverse space is adopted. | 18 | Micro Fork Hinge for MEMS Devices显示文摘Flexible beams are often used for rotation in MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) devices to avoid the friction problems associated with hinge. However, the rotation angle of flexible beam is very limited and not enough for many applications. In this paper, we introduce a quasi hinge structure named as Fork Hinge, which has a larger equivalent rotation angle ({e.g.}10 times lager) and is more stable than the flexible hinge, while keeping its interesting properties. We develop an analytical model and simulate the Fork hinge behavior with FEM analysis. | 19 | Ultrasound-active ReCORM-AIEgen for gas and sonodynamic therapy of mycobacterium biofilms显示文摘Bacterial infection is the leading cause of many severe inflammation diseases. The development of novel and effective therapeutic approaches to counter bacterial infections, especially for drug-resistant bacteria, is essential. Herein, we have successfully developed an ultrasound-active tricarbonyl rhenium(Ⅰ) complex with tetraphenylethylene(TPE) modification(RePyTPE) for CO gas therapy and sonodynamic therapy of bacterial infections. RePy-TPE produced reactive oxygen species and released CO under ultrasound irradiation. In addition, RePy-TPE showed aggregation-induced emission in water due to the introduction of TPE, which enhanced the yield of ^(1)O_(2) generation in a biological aqueous solution. The produced ^(1)O_(2) and released CO killed mycobacterium smegmatis(M. smegmatis) and Escherichia coli(E. coli), as shown by bacterial membrane damage and biofilm elimination. Furthermore, ultrasound-active RePy-TPE perturbed the purine metabolism of the bacteria, which disturbed the biosynthesis of DNA and energy metabolism, eventually reducing the vitality of bacteria. | 20 | Chromosome-scale assembly reveals asymmetric paleo-subgenome evolution and targets for the acceleration of fungal resistance breeding in the nut crop, pecan显示文摘Pecan(Carya illinoinensis)is a tree nut crop of worldwide economic importance that is rich in healthpromoting factors.However,pecan production and nut quality are greatly challenged by environmental stresses such as the outbreak of severe fungal diseases.Here,we report a high-quality,chromosome-scale genome assembly of the controlled-cross pecan cultivar‘Pawnee’constructed by integrating Nanopore sequencing and Hi-C technologies.Phylogenetic and evolutionary analyses reveal two whole-genome duplication(WGD)events and two paleo-subgenomes in pecan and walnut.Time estimates suggest that the recent WGD event and considerable genome rearrangements in pecan and walnut account for expansions in genome size and chromosome number after the divergence from bayberry.The two paleo-subgenomes differ in size and protein-coding gene sets.They exhibit uneven ancient gene loss,asymmetrical distribution of transposable elements(especially LTR/Copia and LTR/Gypsy),and expansions in transcription factor families(such as the extreme pecan-specific expansion in the far-red impaired response 1 family),which are likely to reflect the long evolutionary history of species in the Juglandaceae.A whole-genome scan of resequencing data from 86 pecan scab-associated core accessions identified 47 chromosome regions containing 185 putative candidate genes.Significant changes were detected in the expression of candidate genes associated with the chitin response pathway under chitin treatment in the scab-resistant and scabsusceptible cultivars‘Excell’and‘Pawnee’.These findings enable us to identify key genes that may be important susceptibility factors for fungal diseases in pecan.The high-quality sequences are valuable resources for pecan breeders and will provide a foundation for the production and quality improvement of tree nut crops. | Lihong Xiao Mengjun Yu Ying Zhang Jie Hu Rui Zhang Jianhua Wang Haobing Guo He Zhang Xinyu Guo Tianquan Deng Saibin Lv Xuan Li Jianqin Huang Guangyi Fan | 2021 | Plant Communications2021,2,6: | 0 |
