1一种新的快速特征选择和数据分类方法显示文摘针对数据分类问题提出一种新型高效的特征选择和规则提取方法.首先通过减少初始区间数量改进Chi-Merge离散化方法,再采用改进的Chi-Merge离散化连续型特征变量;特征离散化后,统计样本数据在每个特征子集划分下的频数表,并根据频数表计算数据不一致率,再利用顺序前向最优搜索的方法,快速确定特征数量由小到大的每一个最优特征子集;根据特征子集对应的数据不一致率差异最小化原则,完成特征个数最小化的最优特征子集筛选;根据最优特征子集的数据频数表,可直接提取数据分类规则.实验表明,快速提取的规则可获得较好的分类效果.基于该特征选择方法,提出一种面向分布式同构数据的快速分类模型,不但具有良好的分类效果,还支持对样本数据内容的隐私保护.陈铁明 马继霞 Samuel H.Huang 蔡家楣 2012计算机研究与发展2012,49,4:20
2An update–tissue engineered nerve grafts for the repair of peripheral nerve injuries显示文摘Peripheral nerve injuries(PNI) are caused by a range of etiologies and result in a broad spectrum of disability. While nerve autografts are the current gold standard for the reconstruction of extensive nerve damage, the limited supply of autologous nerve and complications associated with harvesting nerve from a second surgical site has driven groups from multiple disciplines, including biomedical engineering, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, and orthopedic surgery, to develop a suitable or superior alternative to autografting. Over the last couple of decades, various types of scaffolds, such as acellular nerve grafts(ANGs), nerve guidance conduits, and non-nervous tissues, have been filled with Schwann cells, stem cells, and/or neurotrophic factors to develop tissue engineered nerve grafts(TENGs). Although these have shown promising effects on peripheral nerve regeneration in experimental models, the autograft has remained the gold standard for large nerve gaps. This review provides a discussion of recent advances in the development of TENGs and their efficacy in experimental models. Specifically, TENGs have been enhanced via incorporation of genetically engineered cells, methods to improve stem cell survival and differentiation, optimized delivery of neurotrophic factors via drug delivery systems(DDS), co-administration of platelet-rich plasma(PRP), and pretreatment with chondroitinase ABC(Ch-ABC). Other notable advancements include conduits that have been bioengineered to mimic native nerve structure via cell-derived extracellular matrix(ECM) deposition, and the development of transplantable living nervous tissue constructs from rat and human dorsal root ganglia(DRG) neurons. 3Surface-enhanced Raman scattering on dielectric microspheres with whispering gallery mode resonance显示文摘Conventionally, metallic nanostructures are used for surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS), but recently there has been increasing interest in the enhancement of Raman scattering from dielectric substrates due to their improved stability and biocompatibility compared with metallic substrates. Here, we report the observation of enhanced Raman scattering from rhodamine 6 G molecules coated on silica microspheres. We excite the whispering gallery modes(WGMs) supported in the microspheres with a tapered fiber coupler for efficient WGM excitation, and the Raman enhancement can be attributed to the WGM mechanism. Strong resonance enhancement in pump laser intensity and modified Raman emission from the Purcell effect in the microsphere resonator are observed from the experiment and compared with theoretical results. A total Raman enhancement factor of 1.4 × 10~4 is observed, with contribution mostly from the enhancement in pump laser intensity. 7Nano Brazing of Pt-Ag Nanoparticles under Femtosecond Laser Irradiation显示文摘Nano brazing of Pt-Ag nanoparticles with nano Ag filler metal is reported in this letter, which presents an effective way to join nanoobjects by femtosecond laser irradiation. The nano brazed interface between Pt-Ag and Ag showed good lattice matching along(111)_(Ag) //(111)_(Ag-Pt). Lattice mismatch can hardly be observed at the interface between the filler metal and Pt-Ag nanoparticle, which is important for the joint strength and normally does not occur during joining. The very low mismatch also suggested that melting and solidification occurred during nano brazing by femtosecond laser. 8Targeting EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations in non-small cell lung cancer显示文摘Inframe insertions of three or more base pairs in exon 20 of the epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)gene were among the first EGFR mutations to be identified as oncogenic drivers in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).However,unlike the classical EGFR L858R point mutation or exon 19 deletions,which represent the majority of EGFR mutations in NSCLC,low frequency EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations are associated with de novo resistance to targeted EGFR inhibitors and correlate with a poor patient prognosis.Here,we review the developments over the last 5 years in which pre-clinical studies,including elucidation of the crystal structure of an EGFR exon 20 insertion mutant kinase,have revealed a unique mechanism of kinase activation and steric conformation that define the lack of response of these EGFR mutations to clinically approved EGFR inhibitors.The recent development of several novel small molecule compounds that selectively inhibit EGFR exon 20 insertions holds promise for future therapeutic options that will be effective for patients with this molecular subtype of NSCLC.Simon Vyse Paul H.Huang 2019Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2019,4,1:3

10Spray granulation of Fe and C nanoparticles and their impedance match for microwave absorption显示文摘The microwave absorbents of Fe and C nanoparticles as magnetic loss and dielectric loss material respectively were composited with the polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) as binder by spray granulation method. The electromagnetic parameters of Fe and C composite particles were analyzed by vector network. The complex permittivity and magnetic permeability of Fe and C composite particles matched well with increasing C nanoparticle content, and then the microwave loss property was improved.
