1Synthesis and evaluation of an oil-soluble viscosity reducer for heavy oil显示文摘To reduce the viscosity of highly-viscous oil of the Tahe oilfield (Xinjiang,China),an oilsoluble polybasic copolymer viscosity reducer for heavy oil was synthesized using the orthogonal method.The optimum reaction conditions are obtained as follows:under the protection of nitrogen,a reaction time of 9 h,monomer mole ratio of reaction materials of 3:2:2 (The monomers are 2-propenoic acid,docosyl ester,maleic anhydride and styrene,respectively),initiator amount of 0.8% (mass percent of the sum of all the monomers) and reaction temperature of 80 oC.This synthesized viscosity reducer is more effective than commercial viscosity reducers.The rate of viscosity reduction reached 95.5% at 50 oC.Infrared spectra (IR) and interfacial tensions of heavy oil with and without viscosity reducer were investigated to understand the viscosity reduction mechanism.When viscosity reducer is added,the molecules of the viscosity reducer are inserted amongst the molecules of crude oil,altering the original intermolecular structure of crude oil and weakening its ability to form hydrogen bonds with hydroxyl or carboxyl groups,so the viscosity of crude oil is reduced.Field tests of the newly developed oil-soluble viscosity reducer was carried out in the Tahe Oilfield,and the results showed that 44.5% less light oil was needed to dilute the heavy oil to achieve the needed viscosity.Guo Jixiang Wang Heyi Chen Chaogang Chen Yun Xie Xiaohai 2010Petroleum Science2010,7,4:24
2Gate-tunable large-scale flexible monolayer MoS_(2)devices for photodetectors and optoelectronic synapses显示文摘Photodetectors and optoelectronic synapses are vital for construction of artificial visual perception system.However,the hardware implementations of optoelectronic-neuromorphic devices based on conventional architecture usually suffer from poor scalability,light response range,and limited functionalities.Here,large-scale flexible monolayer MoS_(2)devices integrating photodetectors and optoelectronic synapses over the entire visible spectrum in one device have been realized,which can be used in photodetection,optical communication,artificial visual perception system,and optical artificial neural network.By modulating gate voltages,we enable MoS_(2)-based devices to be photodetectors and also optoelectronic synapses.Importantly,the MoS_(2)-based optoelectronic synapses could implement many synaptic functions and neuromorphic characteristics,such as short-term memory(STM),long-term memory(LTM),paired-pulse facilitation(PPF),long-term potentiation(LTP)/long-term depression(LTD),and“learning-experience”behavior.Furthermore,an associative learning behavior(the classical conditioning Pavlov’s dog experiment)was emulated using paired stimulation of optical and voltage pulses.These results facilitate the development of MoS_(2)-based multifunctional optoelectronic devices with a simple device structure,showing great potential for photodetection,optoelectronic neuromorphic computing,human visual systems mimicking,as well as wearable and implantable electronics.Na Li Congli He Qinqin Wang Jianshi Tang Qingtian Zhang Cheng Shen Jian Tang Heyi Huang Shuopei Wang Jiawei Li Biying Huang Zheng Wei Yutuo Guo Jiahao Yuan Wei Yang Rong Yang Dongxia Shi Guangyu Zhang 2022Nano Research2022,15,6:1

6Electrolyte-gated transistors for neuromorphic applications显示文摘Von Neumann computers are currently failing to follow Moore’s law and are limited by the von Neumann bottleneck.To enhance computing performance,neuromorphic computing systems that can simulate the function of the human brain are being developed.Artificial synapses are essential electronic devices for neuromorphic architectures,which have the ability to perform signal processing and storage between neighboring artificial neurons.In recent years,electrolyte-gated transistors(EGTs)have been seen as promising devices in imitating synaptic dynamic plasticity and neuromorphic applications.Among the various electronic devices,EGT-based artificial synapses offer the benefits of good stability,ultra-high linearity and repeated cyclic symmetry,and can be constructed from a variety of materials.They also spatially separate“read”and“write”operations.In this article,we provide a review of the recent progress and major trends in the field of electrolyte-gated transistors for neuromorphic applications.We introduce the operation mechanisms of electric-double-layer and the structure of EGT-based artificial synapses.Then,we review different types of channels and electrolyte materials for EGT-based artificial synapses.Finally,we review the potential applications in biological functions.Heyi Huang Chen Ge Zhuohui Liu Hai Zhong Erjia Guo Meng He Can Wang Guozhen Yang Kuijuan Jin 2021Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,1:0
