| 1 | Molecular characterization of Tomato yellow leaf curl China virus and its satellite DNA isolated from tobacco显示文摘Virus isolates, Y8, Y36 and Y38, were obtained from tobacco plants showing leaf curl symptoms in Honghe, Yunnan Province. In reactions with 14 monoclonal antibod-ies raised against Begomovirus particles, Y8, Y36 and Y38had similar antigenic reaction in TAS-ELISA as Tomato yel-low leaf curl China virus (TYLCCNV). The complete DNA-A nucleotide sequences of Y8, Y36 and Y38 were determinedand they contain 2727, 2730 and 2730 nucleotides, respec-tively. Each of the DNA-A sequences has a typical Bego-movirus genome organization encoding 6 ORFs with 2 ORFs [AV1(CP) and AV2] in virion-sense DNA and 4 ORFs (AC1to AC4) in complementary-sense DNA. Comparisons withtotal DNA-A, intergenic region and deduced amino acid se-quences of individual ORFs show that Y8, Y36 and Y38 are isolates of TYLCCNV. Satellite DNA molecules (DNAb) were found to be associated with Y8, Y36 and Y38, which consist of 1338, 1339 and 1338 nucleotides, respectively. | 2 | Identification of a novel DNA molecule associated with Tobacco leaf curl virus显示文摘A circular DNA molecule, designated as DNAp, was identified in tobacco plants infected with Tobacco leaf curl virus (TLCV) isolates Y5 and Y8 by PCR using primers based on the conserved region of the two reported DNAp sequences of whitefly-transmitted geminiviruses (WTGs). The complete nucleotide sequences of DNAβ of Y5 and Y8 (TLCV DNAβ) were determined. Y5 DNAβ comprises 1333 nucleotides encoding 8 predicted ORFs with 4 ORFs in virion-sense DNA and 4 ORFs in complementary-sense DNA; Y8 DNAP consists of 1338 nucleotides encoding 7 predicted ORFs with 4 ORFs in virion-sense DNA and 3 ORFs in complementary-sense DNA. TLCV DNAβhas little sequence homology to DNA-A of TLCV, except that it shares conserved TAATATTAC loop sequence with TLCV DNA-A. | 3 | Influence of Cr^(3+) concentration on the electrochemical behavior of the anolyte for vanadium redox flow batteries显示文摘The composition of electrolyte affects to a great extent the electrochemical performance of vanadium redox flow batteries(VRB).The effects of Cr3+ concentration in the anolyte on the electrode process of V(V)/V(IV) couple have been investigated by cyclic voltammetry(CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).It was found that Cr3+ causes no side reactions,but affects the electrochemical performance of V(V)/V(IV) redox reaction,including the reaction activity,the reversibility of electrode reaction,the diffusivity of vanadium ions,the interface film impedance,and the electrode reaction impedance.The experimental results show that Cr3+ within a certain concentration range can improve the reversibility of electrode reaction and the diffusion of vanadium ions.With the Cr3+ concentration increasing from 0 to 0.30 g L-1,the reversibility of V(V)/V(IV) reaction increases,while the diffusion resistance decreases.Correspondingly,the diffusion coefficient of vanadium ions increases from(5.48-6.77) × 10-7 to(6.82-8.44) × 10-7 cm2 s-1,an increase of ~24%.However,the diffusion resistance increases and the diffusion coefficient decreases when Cr3+ concentration is over 0.30 g L-1,while the impedances of the interface,the film as well as the charge transfer increase continuously.As a result,Cr3+ with a certain concentration improves the diffusion and mass transfer process,but the resistances of the film,the interface,and the charge transfer rise.Furthermore,Cr3+ concentration of no more than 0.10 g L-1 has few effect on the electrode reaction process,and that of no more than 0.30 g L-1 is favorable to the diffusion of vanadium ions. | HUANG Fei ZHAO Qiang LUO ChunHui WANG GuiXin YAN KangPing LUO DongMei | 2012 | Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,32: | 4 |
| 4 | Mass production of Li Fe PO_4/C energy materials using Fe–P waste slag显示文摘To effectively solve the agglomeration problems in the solid state reaction process,pre-adding glucose is adopted to the synthesis of Li Fe PO4/C energy materials using Fe–P waste slag. The average particle & grain size of Li FeP O4/C decreases,and the impurities in Li Fe PO4/C composites reduce to a great extent. It makes great sense to the mass industrial production. The optimum synthesis conditions determined in this work are based on the orthogonal experiments. The samples synthesized in a scale of 500 g exhibit high purity,excellent electrochemical performance,high reaction activity,good reversibility,and low polarization level.The discharge capacities are 145,134,117,and 102 m Ah/g at the current densities of 0.1 C,0.2 C,0.5 C and1 C,respectively. | 5 | HiAtGang:How to Mine the Gangs Hidden Behind DDoS Attacks显示文摘Identifying and determining behaviors of attack gangs is not only an advanced stage of the network security event tracing and analysis,but also a core step of large-scale combat and punishment of cyber attacks.Most of the work in the field of distributed denial of service(DDoS)attack analysis has focused on DDoS attack detection,and a part of the work involves the research of DDoS attack sourcing.We find that very little work has been done on the mining and analysis of DDoS attack gangs.DDoS attack gangs naturally have the attributes of human community relations.We propose a framework named HiAtGang,in which we define the concept of the gang detection in DDoS attacks and introduce the community analysis technology into DDoS attack gang analysis.Different attacker clustering algorithms are compared and analyzed.Based on analysis results of massive DDoS attack events that recorded by CNCERT/CC(The National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China),the effective gang mining and attribute calibration have been achieved.More than 250 DDoS attack gangs have been successfully tracked.Our research fills the gaps in the field of the DDoS attack gang detection and has supported CNCERT/CC in publishing“Analysis Report on DDoS Attack Resources”for three consecutive years and achieved a good practical effect on combating DDo S attack crimes. | ZHU Tian QIU Xiaokang RAO Yu YAN Hanbing ZHOU Yu SHI Guixin | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Electronics2022,31,2: | 2 |

| 11 | Identi cation of seed heat tolerance and its correlation with agronomic traits in Brassica napus L.显示文摘To better understand the effect of high temperature on seed viability, artificial aging treatments were implemented on 472 accessions of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) by constant high temperature at 70℃for 8h. Results showed a remarkable impact of constant heat on seed germination. After heat treatment, considerable variation was found in seed germinability, some genotypes even lost the ability to germinate. The effect of accelerated aging was highly significant. Germination parameters varied among ecotypes. Seed viability varied with different origin, and was significantly and positively correlated with seed yield per plant and dry weight of aboveground parts per plant among 14 agronomic traits.
