1Mapping coalmine goaf using transient electromagnetic method and high density resistivity method in Ordos City, China显示文摘The research about subsurface characteristics by using transient electromagnetic method(TEM) and high density resistivity method(HDRM) were already conducted in Ordos. The objective of this research is to detect coalmine goaf areas based on rock resistivity. The data processing using wavelet transform, three point smoothing, RES2 DINV and Maxwell processing software to obtain 2D resistivity structure. The results showed that the layers with maximum resistivity values(30e33 U m on Line 1, 30e31 U m on Line 2, 32e40 U m on Line3) are founded at station 1e7, and 14e20 on Line 1,13e18 on Line 2, and 8e13 and 16e20 on Line 3 which is predicted as goaf layer, and the minimum resistivity values(20e26 U m of TEM, 45e75 U m of HDRM) at the other layers. This resistivity difference was caused by the geology and characteristics of the study area which is located close by the cleugh with rich coal, so the goaf area distinguishable with aquifer layer and coal seam. 2Influence of luteolin on the apoptosis of esophageal cancer Eca109 cells and its mechanism of action显示文摘The present study was conducted to verify the influence of luteolin on apoptosis of Eca109 cells and to further investigate the possible mechanisms underlying its effect on apoptosis.The cells were exposed to different concentrations of luteolin(0,40,80,120,160,200,240M)for 24,48,and 72 h respectively.The influence of luteolin on proliferation of Eca109 cells was detected using MTT assay.Eca109 cells were then treated with luteolin(0,40,160,240M)for 24 h.The effect of luteolin on cell cycle progression and apoptosis was assayed by using flow cytometry(FCM).Expression of caspase9 and caspase3 mRNA and protein was analyzed by real-time PCR and Western blot respectively.The results showed that luteolin could inhibit the proliferation of Eca109 cells at all concentrations in a time-dependent manner and the relative inhibition rate showed an inverted U-shaped association with the concentration of luteolin.Further,the cell cycle was arrested in the S phase following treatment with luteolin.Apoptosis analysis indicated that luteolin could induce the apoptosis of Eca109 cells across the three concentration groups,which exhibited a trend of first promotional and then inhibitory with the increases in luteolin concentration.The effect of luteolin on the mRNA and protein expression of caspase 9 and caspase3 first manifested as promotion,then inhibition.Therefore,luteolin may serve a role in promoting cell apoptosis by inducing Eca109 cell apoptosis that involves the expression of caspase3,caspase9 mRNA and protein.This study provides theoretical basis for further study and clinical application of luteolin.The specific mechanism has not yet been clarified and the other activation pathways inducing apoptosis need to be further studied.Shaokang Wang Lingmeng Fu Yi Wu Hongmei Xiao Jing Wang Guiju Sun 2019Food Science and Human Wellness2019,8,2:6

4Alkaline diagenesis and its genetic mechanism in the Triassic coal measure strata in the Western Sichuan Foreland Basin,China显示文摘The reservoir of the upper Triassic Xujiahe Formation(T3x) in the Western Sichuan Foreland Basin is a set of terrigenous clastic rocks in an environment of coal measure sediments.Diagenesis greatly controls the physical properties of the reservoir through different responses of minerals to acidic and alkaline diagenetic environment.The dissolution of unstable components such as feldspar,rock fragments,carbonate cement,and clay minerals is the major source of secondary pores under acidic diagenesis,while the dissolution of quartz increases the reservoir space in the fault-fold zone of Longmen Mountain and Leikoupo paleo-hills.The dissolution of quartz is a result of cross-formation flow of fluid in the Himalaya epoch and the invasion of alkaline formation water from the Triassic Leikoupo and Jialingjiang formations through fault and fracture systems.In the vertical succession,acidic dissolution occurs at a shallow depth of less than 2,180 m,and alkaline dissolution occurs at a greater depth of more than 2,280 m.The reservoir space is formed by the influence of both acidic and alkaline dissolution in the depth interval of 2,180-2,280 m.Jiang Zaixing Qiu Longwei Chen Guiju 2009Petroleum Science2009,6,4:5
5Gravity distribution characteristics and their relationship with the distribution of earthquakes and tectonic units in the Northe South seismic belt, China显示文摘The Northe South Seismic Belt(NSSB) is a Chinese tectonic boundary with a very complex structure, showing a sharp change in several geophysical field characteristics. To study these characteristics and their relationship with the distribution of earthquakes and faults in the study area, we first analyze the spatial gravity anomaly to achieve the Bouguer gravity anomaly(EGM2008 BGA) and the regional gravity survey Bouguer gravity anomaly.Next, we ascertain the Moho depth and crustal thickness of the study area using interface inversion with the control points derived from the seismic and magnetotelluric sounding profiles achieved in recent years. In this paper, we summarize the relief, trend, Moho gradient, and crustal nature, in addition to their relationship with the distribution of earthquakes and faults in the study area. The findings show that earthquakes with magnitudes greater than Ms7.0 are mainly distributed in the Moho Bouguer anomaly variation belt and faults. 6Color image detail enhancement based on quaternion guided filter显示文摘Color image enhancement is an active research field in image processing. Currently, many image enhancement methods are capable of enhancing the details of the color image. However, these methods only process the red, green and blue(RGB) color channels separately, which leads to color distortion easily. In order to overcome this problem, the paper presents an approach to integrate the quaternion theory into the traditional guided filter to obtain a quaternion guided filter(QGF). This method makes full use of the color information of an image to realize the holistic processing of RGB color channels. So as to preserve color information while enhancing details, this paper proposes a color image detail enhancement algorithm based on the QGF. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is effective in the applications of the color image detail enhancement, and enables image's edges to be more prominent and texture clearer while avoiding color distortion. 7Milled flaxseed-added diets ameliorated hepatic inflammation by reducing gene expression of TLR4/NF-κB pathway and altered gut microbiota in STZ-induced type 1 diabetic mice显示文摘Flaxseed has displayed the potential beneficial as functional foods.However,most studies focused on effects of flaxseed extracts or ingredients in flaxseed.Besides,few studies showed that flaxseed extracts contributed to anti-type 1 diabetes(T1D),yet the underlying mechanism is still unknown.In the present study,16.7% of milled flaxseed(MF)-added diet was given to diabetic mice induced by streptozocin for 6 weeks.The results showed that MF feeding 1)slightly decreased blood glucose levels and improved the ability of glucose tolerance by oral glucose tolerance test,2)decreased liver tumor necrosis factor-αlevels and increased liver glycogen levels with significance via down-regulating TLR4/NF-κB pathways,3)and significantly altered some beneficial bacteria in gut microbiota.In conclusion,the present study showed that milled flaxseed showed the potential on anti-T1D through anti-inflammation via TLR4/NF-κB and altering the gut microbiota in STZ-induced diabetic mice.Hui Xia Xiangling Shi Beijia Zhou Jing Sui Chao Yang Hechun Liu Ligang Yang Shaokang Wang Guiju Sun 2022Food Science and Human Wellness2022,11,1:3
8Trends in gravity changes from 2009 to 2013 derived from ground-based gravimetry and GRACE data in North China显示文摘North China is a key region for studying geophysical progress. In this study, ground-based and Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment(GRACE) gravity data from 2009 to 2013 are used to calculate the gravity change rate(GCR) using the polynomial fitting method. In general, the study area was divided into the Shanxi rift, Jing-Jin-Ji(Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Province), and Bohai Bay Basin(BBB) regions. Results of the distribution of the GCR determined from ground-based gravimetry show that the GCR appears to be 'negativepositive-negative' from west to east, which indicates that different geophysical mechanisms are involved in the tectonic activities of these regions. 9Fabrication and near-infrared optical responses of 2D periodical Au/ITO nanocomposite arrays显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D) periodical Au and indium tin oxide(ITO) nanocomposite arrays have been fabricated based on a self-assembled nanosphere lithography technique. A button-shaped Au nanoparticle was formed on each hollow hemisphere-shaped ITO shell. Importantly, the underlying formation mechanism during the thermal treatment has been thoroughly explored by comparing structures resulting from different deposition conditions in detail. Compared to the Au nanoparticle arrays without ITO shells, the Au/ITO nanocomposite arrays showed a stronger localized surface plasmon resonance effect and higher absorption in the near-infrared(NIR) region, benefiting from the free-electron interaction enhancement between Au and ITO. The nonlinear optical properties were investigated using a modified femtosecond intensity-scan system, and the results demonstrated Au/ITO nanocomposite arrays with a remarkable two-photon absorption saturation effect for femtosecond pulses at 1030 nm. 11Distribution and spectral characteristics of chromophoric dissolved organic matter in a coastal bay in northern China显示文摘The absorption spectra of chromophoric dissolved organic matter(CDOM),along with general physical,chemical and biological variables,were determined in the Bohai Bay,China,in the springs of 2011 and 2012. The absorption coefficient of CDOM at 350 nm(a350) in surface water ranged from 1.00 to 1.83 m-1(mean: 1.35 m-1) in May 2011 and from 0.78 to 1.92 m-1(mean:1.19 m-1) in April 2012. Little surface-bottom difference was observed due to strong vertical mixing. The a350 was weakly anti-correlated to salinity but positively correlated to chlorophyll a(Chl-a) concentration. A shoulder over 260–290 nm,suggestive of biogenic molecules,superimposed the overall pattern of exponentially decreasing CDOM absorption with wavelength. The wavelength distribution of the absorption spectral slope manifested a pronounced peak at ca. 300 nm characteristic of algal-derived CDOM. All a250/a365 ratios exceeded 6,corresponding to CDOM molecular weights(Mw) of less than 1 kDa. Spectroscopically,CDOM in the Bohai Bay differed substantively from that in the Haihe River,the bay's dominant source of land runoff; photobleaching of the riverine CDOM enlarged the difference.Results point to marine biological production being the principal source of CDOM in the Bohai Bay during the sampling seasons. 13Research on the relationship between geophysical structural features and earthquakes in Mid-Yunnan and the surrounding area显示文摘In this study,we analyzed the gravity and,magnetic characteristics,and the occurrence of a fault zone and discussed the relationships between the two locations.The results reveal that the subsurface structures strikes are different compared with those in the research region.In other words,the geophysical advantageous directions from the gravity and magnetic anomalies are not the same as those caused by the surface structures.The local horizontal gradient results from the gravity and magnetic anomalies show that the majority of earthquakes occur along an intense fault zone,which is a zone of abrupt gravity and negative magnetic change,where the shapes match very well.From the distribution of earthquakes in this area,we find that it has experienced more than 11 earthquake events with magnitude larger than Ms7.0.In addition,water development sites such as Jinshajiang,Lancangjiang,and the Red River and Pearl River watersheds have been hit ten times by earthquakes of this magnitude.It is observed that strong earthquakes occur frequently in the Holocene active fault zone.Wu Guiju Tan Hongbo Yang Guangliang Shen Chongyang 2015Geodesy and Geodynamics2015,6,5:1
14Wenchuan Ms8.0 earthquake coseismic slip distribution inversion显示文摘By using GPS and gravity data before and after the Wenchuan Ms8.0 earthquake and combining data from geological surveys and geophysical inversion studies, an initial coseismic fault model is constructed. The dip angle changes of the fault slip distribution on the fault plane are inversed, and the inversion results show that the shape of the fault resembles a double-shovel. The Yingxiue Beichuan Fault is approximately 330 km long, the surface fault dip angle is 65.1, which gradually reduces with increasing depth to 0 at the detachment layer at a depth of 19.62 km. The Guanxiane Jiangyou Fault is approximately90 km long, and its dip angle at the surface is 55.3, which gradually reduces with increasing depth; the fault joins the Yingxiue Beichuan Fault at 13.75 km. Coseismic slip mainly occurs above a depth of 19 km. There are five concentrated rupture areas, Yingxiu,Wenchuan, Hanwang, Beichuan, and Pingwu, which are consistent with geological survey results and analyses of the aftershock distribution. The rupture mainly has a thrust component with a small dextral strikeeslip component. The maximum slip was more than10 m, which occurred near Beichuan and Hanwang. 18Gravity anomaly and crustal density structure in Jilantai rift zone and its adjacent region显示文摘This paper deals with the interpretation of Bouguer gravity anomalies measured along a 250 km long Suhaitu-Etuokeqi gravity profile located at the transitional zone of the Alxa and Ordos blocks where geophysical characteristics are very complex. The analysis is carried out in terms of the ratio of elevation and Bouguer gravity anomaly, the normalized full gradient of a section of the Bouguer gravity anomaly(Gh) and the crustal density structure reveal that(1) the ratio of highs and lows of elevation and Bouguer gravity anomaly is large between Zhengyiguan fault(F4) and Helandonglu fault(F6), which can be explained due to crustal inhomogeneities related to the uplift of the Qinghai-Tibet block in the northeast;(2)the main active faults correspond to the Ghcontour strip or cut the local region, and generally show strong deformation characteristics, for example the Bayanwulashan mountain front fault(F1) or the southeast boundary of Alxa block is in accord with the western change belt of Gh, a belt about10 km wide that extends to about 30 km;(3) YinchuanPingluo fault(F8) is the seismogenic structure of the Pingluo M earthquake, and its focal depth is about 15 km;(4)the Moho depth trend and Bouguer gravity anomaly variation indicates that the regional gravity field is strongly correlated with the Moho discontinuity.Guiju Wu Chongyang Shen Hongbo Tan Guangliang Yang 2016Earthquake Science2016,29,4:1
