2Notch signaling pathway mediates the immunomodulatory mechanism of Yangfei Huoxue decoction alleviating bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the immunomodulatory mechanism by which Yangfei Huoxue decoction(YHD) alleviates bleomycin(BLM)-induced pulmonary fibrosis(PF) in rats.METHODS: Rats were randomly divided into two time-point groups(day 14 and 28), and each timepoint group comprised the following six subgroups: control, BLM, dexamethasone(DXM), YHD high dose(YHD-H), YHD middle dose(YHD-M), and YHD low dose(YHD-L). Haematoxylin and eosin and Masson staining, flow cytometry, enzymelinked immunosorbent assay, Western blotting and UPLC-QT of analyses were examined.RESULTS: The results showed that YHD reduced the degree of alveolar inflammation and fibrosis;downregulated the expression of CD28, CD80,CD86, Delta-like 1, Notch2, and Notch3;and upregulated the proportions of Th1/Th2 and Tc1/Tc2. 4Structure and property of metal melt Ⅳ——Evolution of titanium melt residual bond structure and its effect on dynamic viscosity显示文摘Based on the concept of melt residual bonds, a calculating model quantitatively describing the evolution of the residual bond structure of titanium melt at the melting point or in a certain range above the melting point was established; i.e., both the size dS and the bond number n of the residual bond structure decrease monotonously with the increase of temperature. 5Multiple α sub-variants and anisotropic mechanical properties of an additively-manufactured Ti-6Al-4V alloy显示文摘Additive manu facturing(AM)is a promising material processing method which gains significant momentum in the aerospace and biomedical industries.However,the anisotropy in the mechanical properties of additively-manufactured materials is still poorly understood.This study was aimed at elucidating crystallographic feature-anisotropy-mechanical property relationship for a Ti-6Al-4V alloy manufactured via selective electron beam melting(SEBM).Abundantαlamellae with six variants were present inside the columnar prior-βgrains with a<100>fiber texture duringβ→αphase transformation.The sixαvariants followed the Burgers orientation relationship of{110}_(β)//{0001}_(α)and<1-11>_(β)//<11-20>_(α).Multiple sub-variants in eachαvariant were observed for the first time.The anisotropy in the mechanical properties was mainly related to the relative amount of sixαvariants.While the horizontally-oriented samples had a lower yield strength,they exhibited a higher ductility and longer fatigue life than the vertically-oriented samples.Cyclic softening occurred at higher strain amplitudes,and cyclic stabilization sustained at lower strain amplitudes.Fatigue crack mainly initiated from the specimen surface at lower strain amplitudes,while multiple crack initiation tended to occur at higher strain amplitudes.Crack propagation was characterized by fatigue striations along with some secondary cracks.Yinling Zhang Zhuo Chen Shoujiang Qu Aihan Feng Guangbao Mi Jun Shen Xu Huang Daolun Chen 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,11:2

8The Improved Simulated Annealing Algorithm and Application in the Surface Wave Dispersion Inversion显示文摘The velocity distribution of layers from surface wave dispersion curve is a severely nonlinear program. Base on the Metropolis rule,we improved the simulated annealing algorithm to simultaneously inverse the velocities and thicknesses using the dispersion data and identified the Moho and the bottom of lithosphere. The application to the numerical examples with 5% noise shows the velocity RMS is 1. 56% between the non-linear results and the original models when the condition of selecting method for temperature parameters and initial temperature are satisfied. Using the pure dispersions of Rayleigh wave,the nonlinear inversion has been carried out for S-wave velocities and thicknesses of the vertical profile crossing the Indian Plate,the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau,and the Tarim Basin. 9An anisotropic thermal-stress model for through-silicon via显示文摘A two-dimensional thermal-stress model of through-silicon via(TSV) is proposed considering the anisotropic elastic property of the silicon substrate. By using the complex variable approach, the distribution of thermalstress in the substrate can be characterized more accurately. TCAD 3-D simulations are used to verify the model accuracy and well agree with analytical results(< ±5%). 11Improvement of a highly sensitive and specific whole-cell biosensor by adding a positive feedback amplifier显示文摘In this study,we designed a Cd^(2+)whole-cell biosensor with both positive and negative feedback cascade am-plifiers in Pseudomonas putida KT2440(LTCM)based on our previous design with only a negative feedback amplifier(TCM).The results showed that the newly developed biosensor LTCM was greatly improved compared to TCM.Firstly,the linear response range of LTCM was expanded while the maximum linear response range was raised from 0.05 to 0.1μM.Meanwhile,adding a positive feedback amplifier further increased the fluorescence output signal of LTCM 1.11–2.64 times under the same culture conditions.Moreover,the response time of LTCM for detection of practical samples was reduced from 6 to 4 h.At the same time,LTCM still retained very high sensitivity and specificity,while its lowest detection limit was 0.1 nM Cd^(2+)and the specificity was 23.29(compared to 0.1 nM and 17.55 in TCM,respectively).In summary,the positive and negative feedback cascade amplifiers effectively improved the performance of the biosensor LTCM,resulting in a greater linear response range,higher output signal intensity,and shorter response time than TCM while retaining comparable sensitivity and specificity,indicating better potential for practical applications.Shuting Hu Guangbao Zhang Xiaoqiang Jia 2023Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology2023,8,2:0
12The essential role of jasmonate signaling in Solanum habrochaites rootstock-mediated cold tolerance in tomato grafts显示文摘Tomato(Solanum lycopersicum)is among the most important vegetables across the world,but cold stress usually affects its yield and quality.The wild tomato species Solanum habrochaites is commonly utilized as rootstock for enhancing resistance against abiotic stresses in cultivated tomato,especially cold resistance.However,the underlying molecular mechanism remains unclear.In this research,we confirmed that S.habrochaites rootstock can improve the cold tolerance of cultivated tomato scions,as revealed by growth,physiological,and biochemical indicators.Furthermore,transcriptome profiling indicated significant differences in the scion of homo-and heterografted seedlings,including substantial changes in jasmonic acid(JA)biosynthesis and signaling,which were validated by RT–qPCR analysis.S.habrochaites plants had a high basal level of jasmonate,and cold stress caused a greater amount of active JA-isoleucine in S.habrochaites heterografts.Moreover,exogenous JA enhanced while JA inhibitor decreased the cold tolerance of tomato grafts.The JA biosynthesis-defective mutant spr8 also showed increased sensitivity to cold stress.All of these results demonstrated the significance of JA in the cold tolerance of grafted tomato seedlings with S.habrochaites rootstock,suggesting a future direction for the characterization of the natural variation involved in S.habrochaites rootstock-mediated cold tolerance.Lihui Wang Bo Wu Guoyu Chen Hui Chen Yuquan Peng Hamza Sohail Shouyu Geng Guangbao Luo Dandi Xu Bo Ouyang Zhilong Bie 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,1:0
13Molecular dispersion enhances photovoltaic efficiency and thermal stability in quasi-bilayer organic solar cells显示文摘In comparison to widely adopted bulk heterojunction(BHJ)structures for organic solar cells(OSC),exploiting the sequential deposition to form planar heterojunction(PHJ)structures enables to realize the favorable vertical phase separation to facilitate charge extraction and reduce charge recombination in OSCs.However,effective tunings on the power conversion efficiency(PCE)in PHJ-OSCs are still restrained by the currently available methods.Based on a polymeric donor PBDBT-2 F(PBDBT=Poly[[4,8-bis[5-(2-ethylhexyl)-4-fluoro-2-thienyl]benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b′]dithiophene-2,6-diyl]-2,5-thiophenediyl[5,7-bis(2-ethylhexyl)-4,8-dioxo-4 H,8 H-benzo[1,2-c:4,5-c′]dithiophene-1,3-diyl]-2,5-thiophenediyl])and a non-fullerene(NF)acceptor Y6,we proposed a strategy to improve the properties of photovoltaic performances in PHJ-based OSCs through dilute dispersions of the PBDBT-2 F donor into the acceptor-dominant phase with the sequential film deposition.With the control of donor dispersions,the charge transport balance in the PHJ-OSCs is improved,leading to the expedited photocarrier sweep-out with reduced bimolecular charge recombination.As a result,a PCE of 15.4%is achieved in the PHJ-OSCs.Importantly,the PHJ solar cells with donor dispersions exhibit better thermal stability than corresponding BHJ devices,which is related to the better film morphology robustness and less affected charge sweep-out during the thermal aging.Xuning Zhang Yanxun Li Dongyang Zhang Guangbao Wu Hong Zhang Jiyu Zhou Xing Li Saud-uz-Zafar Jianqi Zhang Zhixiang Wei Huiqiong Zhou Yuan Zhang 2021Science China Chemistry2021,64,1:0

16Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of the TiC/CM247LC Nickel-Based Composite Fabricated by Selective Laser Melting:Effect of Heat Treatment显示文摘In this study,TiC/CM247LC nickel-based composite was successfully prepared by selective laser melting,then was heat treated at a solid solution temperature of 1260℃and different aging temperature of 840℃,870℃,900℃and 930℃respectively.Effects of aging temperatures on the microstructures and mechanical properties were systematically studied.The results show that the microstructures of all the heat treated samples are composed ofγmatrix,carbides andγ′phase.Theγgrains remain a columnar shape after treatments,but the size ofγ′phase grows up gradually with the increasing aging temperature.The composite treated at an aging temperature of 870℃exhibits the best mechanical properties with the tensile strength of 1073 MPa,yield strength of 1004 MPa and elongation of 7.57%.The plastic deformation and strengthening mechanisms of heat treated composite were systematically investigated.Yuting Lv Yaojie Liu Zhe Zhang Qiang Zhang Hongyao Yu Rui Wang Guangbao Sun Guijiang Wei 2023Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2023,36,12:0
