1氯痤疮:病因、诊断及治疗显示文摘氯痤疮是一种由于多卤化芳香化合物全身中毒所引起的伴有严重症状的少见病。由于职业性的接触——通常为工业事故造成。氯痤疮的主要皮损表现为黑头粉刺,有时伴有炎症性皮损。这种损害大多数能准确地反映全身中毒的程度。肝毒、神经病变、血脂异常也可发生。皮损对多数常规的痤疮治疗方法抵抗。外用全反式维甲酸对黑头粉刺可能有一定的疗效。光烧灼对黑头粉刺的治疗是成功的。有限的经验表明口服13-顺维甲酸对氯痤疮并非很有效。氯痤疮的流行需要对工业生产过程进行详细地调查,以便制止进一步的污染。如果停止接触致氯痤疮的物质,轻型氯痤疮的预后是良好的。Gawkrodger DJ 周展超 1992国外医学(皮肤性病学分册)1992,18,4:4
