2Co-doped IT-M0S2 nanosheets embedded in N,S-doped carbon nanobowls for high-rate and ultra-stable sodium-ion batteries显示文摘Despite various 2H-MoS/carbon hybrid nanostructures have been constructed and committed to improve the performance for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs),they still show the limited cycle stability due to the relatively large volumetric expansion during the charge-discharge process Herein,we report the construction of cobalt-doped few-layered 1T-MoS2 nanosheets embedded in N,S-doped carbon(CMS/NSC)nanobowls derived from metal-organic framework(MOF)precursor via a simple in situ sulfurization process.This unique hierarchical structure enables the uniformly dispersed Co-doped 1T-MoS2 nanosheets intimately couple with the highly conductive carbon nanobowls,thus efficiently preventing the aggregation.In particular,the Co-doping plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of structure for MoS2 during cycling tests,confirmed by first-principles calculations.Compared with pristine MoS2,the volume deformation of Co-doped MoS2 can be shrunk by a prominent value of 52%during cycling.Furthermore,the few-layered MoS2 nanosheets with 1T metalic phase endow higher conductivity,and thus can surpass its counterpart 2H semiconducting phase in battery performance.By virtue of the synergistic effect of stable structure,appropriate doping and high conductivity,the resulting CMS/NSC hybrid shows superior rate capability and cycle stability.The capacity of CMS/NSC can still be 235.9 mAh·g^-1 even at 25 A·g^-1,which is 51.3%of the capacity at 0.2 A·g^-1.Moreover,the capacity can still remain 218.6 mAh·g^-1 even over 8,240 cycles at 5 Ag·g^-1 with a low decay of 0.0044%per cycle,one of the best performances among the reportec MoS2-based anode materials for SIBs.Peihao Li Yong Yang Sheng Gong Fan Lv Wei Wang Yiju Li Mingchuan Luo Yi Xing Qian Wang Shaojun Guo 2019Nano Research2019,12,9:6
3Comparison of viral RNA-host protein interactomes across pathogenic RNA viruses informs rapid antiviral drug discovery for SARS-CoV-2显示文摘In contrast to the extensive research about viral protein–host protein interactions that has revealed major insights about how RNA viruses engage with host cells during infection,few studies have examined interactions between host factors and viral RNAs(vRNAs).Here,we profiled vRNA–host protein interactomes for three RNA virus pathogens(SARS-CoV-2,Zika,and Ebola viruses)using ChIRP-MS.Comparative interactome analyses discovered both common and virus-specific host responses and vRNA-associated proteins that variously promote or restrict viral infection.In particular,SARS-CoV-2 binds and hijacks the host factor IGF2BP1 to stabilize vRNA and augment viral translation.Our interactome-informed drug repurposing efforts identified several FDA-approved drugs(e.g.,Cepharanthine)as broad-spectrum antivirals in cells and hACE2 transgenic mice.A co-treatment comprising Cepharanthine and Trifluoperazine was highly potent against the newly emerged SARS-CoV-2 B.1.351 variant.Thus,our study illustrates the scientific and medical discovery utility of adopting a comparative vRNA-host protein interactome perspective.Shaojun Zhang Wenze Huang Lili Ren Xiaohui Ju Mingli Gong Jian Rao Lei Sun Pan Li Qiang Ding Jianwei Wang Qiangfeng Cliff Zhang 2022Cell Research2022,32,1:5
4Mass transport deposits and processes in the north slope of the Xisha Trough,northern South China Sea显示文摘Triple mass-transport deposits(MTDs) with areas of 625, 494 and 902 km2, respectively, have been identified on the north slope of the Xisha Trough, northern South China Sea margin. Based on high-resolution seismic reflection data and multi-beam bathymetric data, the Quaternary MTDs are characterized by typical geometric shapes and internal structures. Results of slope analysis showed that they are developed in a steep slope ranging from 5° to 35°. The head wall scarps of the MTDs arrived to 50 km in length(from headwall to termination). Their inner structures include well developed basal shear surface, growth faults, stepping lateral scarps, erosion grooves, and frontal thrust deformation. From seismic images, the central deepwater channel system of the Xisha Trough has been filled by interbedded channel-levee deposits and thick MTDs. Therefore, we inferred that the MTDs in the deepwater channel system could be dominated by far-travelled slope failure deposits even though there are local collapses of the trough walls. And then, we drew the two-dimensional process model and threedimensional structure model diagram of the MTDs. 5Characterization of H3 methylation in regulating oocyte development in cyprinid fish显示文摘Histone post-modifications are important epigenetic markers involved in multiple cellular processes via regulation of gene transcription or remodeling of chromatin structure. Oocyte development is a critical process under rigorous control to prevent the generation of aberrant gametes. However, the regulatory mechanism of oocyte early development is not well-understood due to the tiny size and poor distinguishability of the gonad in juvenile stages. Here, two cyprinid hybrid fishes, a sterile allotriploid fish and a gynogenetic hybrid fish with delayed oocyte development, provided research models to investigate the mechanisms involved. We used cytogenetic and molecular methods to confirm the pachytene arrest of oocytes in allotriploid fish and gynogenetic hybrid fish. On the basis of these developmental differences, we screened 21 different histone H3 modifications by ELISA and found that four modifications(H3 K4 me3, H3 K9 me3, H3 K79 me, and H3 K79 me3) differed significantly in the two cyprinid hybrid fishes. Changes in histone methylation at the three residues(H3 K4, K9, K79) were caused by specific methyltransferases and demethylases. 8An improved hybrid bream derived from a hybrid lineage of Megalobrama amblycephala(♀)×Culter alburnus(♂)显示文摘Distant hybridization is an important technique in fish genetic breeding.In this study,based on the establishment of an allodiploid fish lineage(BT,2n=48,F_(1)–F_(6))derived from distant hybridization between female Megalobrama amblycephala(BSB,2n=48)and male Culter alburnus(TC,2n=48),and the backcross progeny(BTB,2n=48)derived by backcrossing female F_(1) of BT to male BSB,an improved hybrid bream(BTBB,2n=48)was obtained by backcrossing BTB(♀)to BSB(♂).Moreover,the morphological and genetic characteristics of BTBB individuals were investigated;BTBB was similar to BSB in appearance but had a higher body height than BSB.The study results regarding chromosome numbers and DNA content indicated that BTBB is a diploid hybrid fish.The 5S rDNA and Hox gene of BTBB were inherited from the original parents.Gonadal development in BTBB was normal.On the other hand,BTBB had a faster growth rate,higher muscle protein level,and lower muscle carbohydrate level than BSB.Hence,bisexual fertile BTBB is promoted and can be applied as a high-quality fish,and it can also be used as a new fish germplasm resource to develop high-quality fish further.Thus,this study is of great significance for fish genetic breeding.Dingbin Gong Min Tao Lihui Xu Fangzhou Hu Zehong Wei Shi Wang Yude Wang Qingfeng Liu Chang Wu Kaikun Luo Chenchen Tang Rong Zhou Chun Zhang Yuequn Wang Shaojun Liu 2022Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,6:0
