| 1 | 新疆望峰金矿成矿流体研究及其成因意义显示文摘新疆望峰金矿,产于中天山结晶基底中的韧性剪切带内。围岩蚀变和流体包裹体研究表明,成矿过程包括了3个阶段,从早到晚有石英黄铁矿阶段、多金属硫化物阶段和石英碳酸盐阶段,温度分别集中在360~520℃、240~360℃和120~240℃;矿化以第Ⅱ阶段为主。成矿流体的δ18O值变化于1.15‰~2.70‰之间,属于变质热液与大气降水热液的混合流体。包裹体成分表明成矿流体来源较浅,但有利于金矿化;CO2/H2O比值多大于0.026,也有利于成矿。而包裹体捕获压力表明成矿作用发生在5.6~1.2km深度范围,主要发生在1.9km左右;矿化过程与地壳抬升伸展的过程一致,自然亦与碰撞造山体制的矿化规律一致。因此,古生代末期的碰撞造山作用导致了望峰金矿的形成,冰达坂断裂两侧是寻找望峰式金矿的有利地带。石英红外光谱分析表明,CO2光密度(D2)及其与H2O光密度(D1)的比值(D2/D1)普遍较高,指示矿化较强;D2>0.55和D2/D10.26是该区富金样品的标志。 | Chen Yanjing 1) Li Xin 1) Jing Jun 2) Gao Xiuli 1) Chen Huayong 1) Wu Xidan 2) Wu Dehua 2) ( 1) Department of Geology, Peking University 2)Team 15 of Gold Headquarters, MMIC, Urumqi ) | 1998 | 地球学报(中国地质科学院院报)1998,19,2: | 18 |
| 2 | Spatial gradient distributions of thermal shock-induced damage to granite显示文摘In this study,we attempted to investigate the spatial gradient distributions of thermal shock-induced damage to granite with respect to associated deterioration mechanisms.First,thermal shock experiments were conducted on granite specimens by slowly preheating the specimens to high temperatures,followed by rapid cooling in tap water.Then,the spatial gradient distributions of thermal shock-induced damage were investigated by computed tomography(CT)and image analysis techniques.Finally,the influence of the preheating temperature on the spatial gradients of the damage was discussed.The results show that the thermal shock induced by rapid cooling can cause more damage to granite than that induced by slow cooling.The thermal shock induced by rapid cooling can cause spatial gradient distributions of the damage to granite.The damage near the specimen surface was at a maximum,while the damage inside the specimen was at a minimum.In addition,the preheating temperature can significantly influence the spatial gradient distributions of the thermal shock-induced damage.The spatial gradient distribution of damage increased as the preheating temperature increased and then decreased significantly over 600C.When the preheating temperature was sufficiently high(e.g.800C),the gradient can be ignored. | Lifeng Fan Jingwei Gao Xiuli Du Zhijun Wu | 2020 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2020,12,5: | 11 |
| 3 | A novel approach for assessing the susceptibility of Escherichia coli to antibiotics显示文摘The dynamic growth process of Escherichia coli CVCC249 under different concentrations of antibiotics was analyzed. The results suggested that the main reason that definitive results cannot be obtained by antibiotic susceptibility testing (AST) is that the ratio of drug concentration to the population of bacteria and the combined effect of drug concentration and action time cannot be completely determined with the methods used. Based on the analysis of the growth process with a series of concentrations of gentamicin acting for a certain time, and according to the forward difference method, a novel method for AST was proposed. The net increase in turbidity of the bacterial population was used to eliminate the existing effects of resting cells, and then the recurrent coefficient for a growing sequence was used to characterize the effect of antibiotics on bacterial division, and the contour plot was used to display and analyze the combined effect of drug concentration and action time. The inhibition rate of the antibiotics can be characterized as the dynamic change in the composite function of the antibiotic concentration and action time, which indicated that the inhibition rate was dependent on the combined effect of time and concentration of antibiotics. | 4 | Namib desert beetle inspired special patterned fabric with programmable and gradient wettability for efficient fog harvesting显示文摘Efficient collection of water from fog provides a potential solution to solve the global freshwater shortage problem, particularly in the desert or arid regions. In this work, a flexible and highly efficient fog collector was prepared by mimicking the back exoskeleton structure of the Namib desert beetle. The improved fog collector was constructed by a superhydrophobic-superhydrophilic patterned fabric via a simple weaving method, followed by in-situ deposition of copper particles. Compared with the conventional fog collector with a plane structure, the fabric has shown a higher water-harvesting rate at 1432.7 mg/h/cm2,owing to the biomimetic three-dimensional structure, its enhanced condensation performance enabled by the copper coating and the rational distribution of wetting units. | 5 | Pharmacokinetic investigation on nteraction between hydrophilic lithospermic acid B and lipophilic tanshinone IIA in rats:an experimental study显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To elucidate the interaction between hydrophilic lithospermic acid B and lipophilic tanshinone Ⅱ A in rats.METHODS:A reliable high-performance liquid chromatography method was adopted for simultaneous determination of lithospermic acid B and tanshinone Ⅱ A in rat plasma,through which the pharmacokinetic interaction between lithospermic acid B and tanshinone Ⅱ A by intravenous injection was investigated.RESULTS:The simultaneous intravenous injection of tanshinone Ⅱ A and lithospermic acid B significantly altered the pharmacokinetic parameters of both compounds when compared with the individual intravenous administration of each compound.The area under the concentration-time curve of tanshinone Ⅱ A and lithospermic acid B increased by 18.35 and 59.31%,respectively.The mean retention time of tanshinone Ⅱ A and lithospermic acid B increased,respectively,from 9.3 to 32.8 h and20.2 to 49.1 h.The concomitant use of tanshinoneⅡ A magnified the volume of distribution at steady state(V_(ss)) and time for the drug in the plasma to reduce the highest concentration by half(t_(1/2)) of lithospermic acid B,while at the same time the V_(ss) and t_(1/2)of tanshinone Ⅱ A changed significantly in the presence of lithospermic acid B.CONCLUSION:Lithospermic acid B and tanshinone D A interact with each other following simultaneous intravenous injection in rats and this observation may expand the clinical use of Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae). | Wang Xiuli Gao Wei Sun Mao | 2015 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2015,35,2: | 3 |

| 16 | Recombinant adenovirus-mediated overexpression of 3β-hydroxysteroid-Δ24 reductase显示文摘3β-Hydroxysteroid-Δ24 reductase(DHCR24) is a multifunctional enzyme that localizes to the endoplasmic reticulum and has neuroprotective and cholesterol-synthesizing activities. DHCR24 overexpression confers neuroprotection against apoptosis caused by amyloid β deposition. The present study aimed to construct two recombinant adenoviruses driving DHCR24 expression specifically in neurons. Two SYN1 promoter DNA fragments were obtained from human(h) and rat(r). Recombinant Ad-r(h)SYN1-DHCR24 was transfected into AD-293, N2A(mouse neuroblastoma), and MIN6(mouse pancreatic carcinoma) cells. Western blot analysis showed DHCR24 was specially expressed in 293 and N2A cells, but no specific band was found in MIN6 cells. This demonstrates that the recombinant adenoviruses successfully express DHCR24, and no expression is observed in non-neuronal cells. TUNEL assay results showed apoptosis was inhibited in adenovirus-transfected neurons. Detecting reactive oxygen species by immunofluorescence, we found that adenovirus transfection inhibits apoptosis through scavenging excess reactive oxygen species. | 17 | SIRT7 orchestrates melanoma progression by simultaneously promoting cell survival and immune evasion via UPR activation显示文摘Melanoma is the most lethal type of skin cancer,originating from the malignant transformation of melanocyte.While the development of targeted therapy and immunotherapy has gained revolutionary advances in potentiating the therapeutic effect,the prognosis of patients with melanoma is still suboptimal.During tumor progression,melanoma frequently encounters stress from both endogenous and exogenous sources in tumor microenvironment.SIRT7 is a nuclear-localized deacetylase of which the activity is highly dependent on intracellular nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD+),with versatile biological functions in maintaining cell homeostasis.Nevertheless,whether SIRT7 regulates tumor cell biology and tumor immunology in melanoma under stressful tumor microenvironment remains elusive.Herein,we reported that SIRT7 orchestrates melanoma progression by simultaneously promoting tumor cell survival and immune evasion via the activation of unfolded protein response.We first identified that SIRT7 expression was the most significantly increased one in sirtuins family upon stress.Then,we proved that the deficiency of SIRT7 potentiated tumor cell death under stress in vitro and suppressed melanoma growth in vivo.Mechanistically,SIRT7 selectively activated the IRE1α-XBP1 axis to potentiate the pro-survival ERK signal pathway and the secretion of tumorpromoting cytokines.SIRT7 directly de-acetylated SMAD4 to antagonize the TGF-β-SMAD4 signal,which relieved the transcriptional repression on IRE1αand induced the activation of the IRE1α-XBP1 axis.Moreover,SIRT7 up-regulation eradicated anti-tumor immunity by promoting PD-L1 expression via the IRE1α-XBP1 axis.Additionally,the synergized therapeutic effect of SIRT7 suppression and anti-PD-1 immune checkpoint blockade was also investigated.Taken together,SIRT7 can be employed as a promising target to restrain tumor growth and increase the effect of melanoma immunotherapy. | Xiuli Yi Huina Wang Yuqi Yang Hao Wang Hengxiang Zhang Sen Guo Jianru Chen Juan Du Yangzi Tian Jingjing Ma Baolu Zhang Lili Wu Qiong Shi Tianwen Gao Weinan Guo Chunying | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,4: | 1 |
| 18 | Effects of deposition parameters on the properties of VO_2 thin films显示文摘The vanadium oxide thin films are deposited for microbolometers by radio frequency reactive sputtering method at room temperature. The effects of the oxygen partial pressure on the deposition rate, electrical properties and compositions of the films are discussed. The as-deposited VOx thin films with x value of nearly 2 are deposited by adjusting the oxygen partial pressure. After oxidation annealing of these films in air, the VO2 films with high temperature coefficients of resistivity (about -4%/℃) and low resistivity can be obtained. The square resistances of the films are in the range of 100 kΩ/squ—300 kΩ/squ. | 19 | The pinhole SPECT for animal model of bone metastasis with SPC-A-1BM human pulmonary adenocarcinoma bone metastasis cell line显示文摘The study was to investigate the role of pinhole single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), the human pulmonary adenocarcinoma bone-seeking metastasis cell line SPC-A-1BM was used.These cells form typical osteolytic bone metastases when inoculated into the arterial circulation of NIH-Beige-Nude-XD (BNX) mice via the left ventricle.In order to evaluate the irradiation impact of ^(99m)Tc-MDP versus X-ray on cells growth,we used six groups of SPC-A-1BM cells in our imaging scheme and irradiated by various doses of ^(99m)Tc-MDP (37,74,111, 370,740 MBq) and X-ray(40 kV,2 mA,6 s) respectively.The cell's number of each group was well recorded in different exposure time(4,8,12,24,48,72,96 hours).After that,SPC-A-1BM cells(1×106) were inoculated into the mice via left ventricle.We compared the results obtained with those different doses of ^(99m)Tc-MDP using pinhole SPECT and conventional X-ray skeletal surveys.The data show that the cell-survival number of 111 MBq group has insignificant difference with that of X-ray and the dose is adequate to have an ideal image.Besides,it is important that the chromosome of the cells in the group of 111 MBq showed no irradiation-related damages in our test.These results implied that ^(99m)Tc-MDP pinhole SPECT may provide another way other than conventional X-ray skeletal surveys in detecting bone metastasis of pulmonary adenocarcinoma in BNX mice. | GAO Xiuli YANG Shunfang YU Yongli SHI Meiping ZHAO Lanxiang YE Jianding LU Jianying | 2008 | Nuclear Science and Techniques2008,19,5: | 1 |
