1Enhancement of fine particle filtration with efficient humidification显示文摘Filtration is one of the most effective methods to remove suspended fine particles from air. In filtration processes,pressure drop of compact dust cake causes problems in efficiency and economy, which has received increasing attention and still remains challenging. In this study, we developed a novel technique to intensify the filtration of fine particles with efficient humidification. Two strategies for humidification, including ultrasonic atomization and steam humidification(controlling of ambient humidity), were employed and proved to be both effective. The regeneration frequency of the filter could be reduced by 55% with ultrasonic atomization, while steam humidification could lead to a 78% reduction in regeneration frequency. The effect of operating conditions on pressure drop and the mass loading during filtration were investigated. The dust cake showed a loose and porous structure with an optimized droplet-to-particle ratio. With the ratio of 1.53 and 0.0282, the maximum mass loading was 552 g·m-2upon the ultrasonic atomization and 720 g·m-2upon the steam humidification. 2Dithiol treatments enhancing the efficiency of hybrid solar cells based on PTB7 and CdSe nanorods显示文摘We report the fabrication of polymer/inorganic hybrid solar cells (HSCs) based on CdSe nanorods (NRs) and the semiconducting polymer PTB7. The power conversion efficiency of HSCs can be significantly enhanced by engineering the polymer/nanocrystal interface with ethanedithiol (EDT) and 1,4-benzenedithiol (1,4-BDT) treatments and reached 2.58% and 2.79%, respectively. These results were preferable to that of a pyridine-coated NR-based device (1.75%). This improvement was attributed to the thiol groups of EDT and 1,4-BDT, which can tightly coordinate the Cd ions to form Cd-thialate on CdSe NR surfaces, thereby effectively passivating the NR surface and reducing the active layer defects. 5Influence of Conductivity of Slag on Decarburization Reaction显示文摘By altering the electrochemical properties of slag, the decarburization reaction of Fe3+-based slag withFe-C droplet was studied. The results showed that a lot of free electrons and holes exist in the slag containing transition metal oxides (such as TiO2 and Fe2O3). So electronic conduction in the slag increases. 6Reduction of Coercivity of Fe-N Soft Magnetic Film by Heat Treatment显示文摘200 nm thick Fe-N magnetic thin films were deposited on glass substrates by RF sputtering. The as-deposited films havehigh saturation magnetization but their coercivity is also higher than what is needed Therefore it is very important to reducecoercivity. The samples were vacuum annealed at 250℃ under 12000 A/m magnetic field. When the N content was in therange of 5~7 at. pct, the thin films consisted of α′ + α″ after heat treatment and had excellent soft magnetic properties of4rMs=2.4 T, HC <80 A/m. However, the thickness of a recording head was 2μm, andHc increased as thickness increased.In order to reduce the Hc, the sputtering power was raised from 200 W to 1000 W to reduce the grain size. 2μm Fe-N thinfilms were vacuum annealed under the same condition, when the N content was in the range of 5.9~8.5 at. pct, the thin filmskept its excellent magnetic properties of 4πMs=2.2 T, HC <80 A/m. 12Graphdiyne oxide doping for aggregation control of hole-transportnanolayer in inverted perovskite solar cells显示文摘The strong aggregation tendency of hole transport material poly[3-(4-carboxylbutyl)thiophene-K(P3CT-K)restricts its further application in inverted perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Here,we report an effective strategy to address this issue and achieve the superior performance of inverted methylammonium lead triiodide(MAPbI3)PSCs,in which graphdiyne oxide(GDYO)doped P3CT-K nanocomposites are applied as the hole transport nanolayer(HTL).It is revealed that the strongπ–πstacking interaction occurs between GDYO and P3CT-K,which is proved by the blue shift of the absorption peak of P3CT-K nanolayer.The aggregation control via GDYO contributes to the property improvement of P3CT-K HTL.Moreover,the homogeneous coverage induces the growth of perovskite grain with larger size than that based on the undoped one.As a result,the optimized surface morphology,enhanced conductivity,charge extraction as well as better crystal quality,finally improve the device performance.An optimal power conversion efficiency of 19.06%is achieved,with simultaneously improved fill factor and short circuit current density.This work presents the potential of functional graphdiyne(GDY)in the development of highly efficient photovoltaic device.Xu Cai Jin Tang Min Zhao Le Liu Zhibin Yu Jiajia Du Ling Bai Fushen Lu Tonggang Jiu Yuliang Li 2022Nano Research2022,15,11:1

15Electrochemical Characteristic of Decarburization Reaction显示文摘The electrochemical mechanism of the reaction between Fe-C melts and CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-FeOx slag systems has been carried out. The experimental results suggest that the final content of carbon in melt increases as the partial oxygen pressure of gas decreases no matter whether there is electronic conductor or not. However, the final content of carbon in the system with electronic conductor is much lower than that without electronic conductor. It can be deduced that the transfer ability of oxygen in slag is dominated by electrons. 16The clinical trial research of preoperative induced hypertension chemotherapy on the III staging cardia or fundus of stomach carcinoma显示文摘Objective: To observation the therapeutic effect and the adverse reaction of preoperative induced hypertension chemotherapy (IHC) on the III staging cardia or fundus of stomach carcinoma. Methods: 49 cases of the III staging cardia or fundus of stomach carcinoma were divided into two groups at random. The observation group included 19 cases and the control group included 30 cases. Every case used one cycle chemotherapy. The observation group (IHC group) used chemotherapy and AT II. The control group (simple chemotherapy group) used simple chemotherapy. All cases of the two groups operated after 3 weeks rest. The specimen’s DNA was analyzed by flow cytometry. Results: The effective power of observation group was 63.2% (12/19), exairesis ratio was 84.2% (16/19). The effective power of control group was 30% (9/30), exairesis ratio was 63.3% (19/30). DNA ploid determination: 13 cases were diploid and 5 cases were heteroploid in the observation group, 9 cases were diploid and 16 cases were heteroploid in the control group. The operative complications and risks of the two groups did not increase. Conclusion: IHC can increase the therapeutic effect of III staging cardia or fundus of stomach carcinoma obviously. IHC is one of the chemotherapy methods that have good future. 20Improved hydrogen storage kinetics of MgH_(2) using TiFe_(0.92)Mn_(0.04)Co_(0.04) with in-situ generated α-Fe as catalyst显示文摘While TiFe alloy has recently attracted attention as the efficient catalyst to enhance de/hydrogenation rates of Mg/MgH_(2),the difficulty of its activation characteristics has hindered further improvement of reaction kinetics.Herein,we report that the TiFe_(0.92)Mn_(0.04)Co_(0.04) catalyst can overcome the abovementioned challenges.The synthesized MgH_(2)-30 wt% TiFe_(0.92)Mn_(0.04)Co_(0.04) can release 4.5 wt%of hydrogen in 16 min at 250℃,three times as fast as MgH_(2).The activation energy of dehydrogenation was as low as 84.6 kJ mol^(-1),which is 46.8%reduced from pure MgH_(2).No clear degradation of reaction rates and hydrogen storage capacity was observed for at least 30 cycles.Structural studies reveal that TiFe_(0.92)Mn_(0.04)Co_(0.04) partially decomposes to in-situ generatedα-Fe particles dispersed on TiFe_(0.92)Mn_(0.04)Co_(0.04).The presence ofα-Fe reduces the formation of an oxide layer on TiFe_(0.92)Mn_(0.04)Co_(0.04),enabling the activation processes.At the same time,the hydrogen incorporation capabilities of TiFe_(0.92)Mn_(0.04)Co_(0.04) can provide more hydrogen diffusion paths,which promote hydrogen dissociation and diffusion.These discoveries demonstrate the advanced nature and importance of combining the in-situ generatedα-Fe with TiFe_(0.92)Mn_(0.04)Co_(0.04).It provides a new strategy for designing highly efficient and stable catalysts for Mg-based hydrogen storage materials.Zefeng Li Yangfan Lu Jingfeng Wang Yu'an Chen Qian Li Fushen Pan 2024Materials Reports(Energy)2024,4,1:0
