| 1 | 涡轮叶栅前缘上游端壁气膜冷却的流场实验研究显示文摘对前缘上游端壁有单排和双排孔冷却的大尺寸低速涡轮导向叶栅进行了气动测量、热示踪和端壁流场显示 ,在吹风比 1~ 3范围获得了叶栅内的详细流场、冷气的空间分布和端壁上的流动图案。结合先前测得的没有冷却时的流场数据 ,这些结果表明端壁气膜冷却对叶栅流场结构有重大影响 ,吹风比是主宰射流与二次流间相互作用的主要因素 ,双排孔喷射使冷气比单排孔喷射更贴近端壁。低吹风比喷射冷气不能到达压力面并被二次流逐渐卷离端壁 ;中吹风比喷射有效的抑制了二次流的形成 ,并使端壁流线偏向于无粘流流线 ,冷气很均匀的覆盖在端壁上 ;高吹风比喷射可将冷气抛射到压力面上 ,双排孔情况下甚至使二次流反向 。 | 刘高文 刘松龄 许都纯 Lapw orth B L Forest A E | 2001 | 航空动力学报2001，16，2： | 20 |
| 2 | 涡轮叶栅前缘上游端壁气膜冷却的传热实验研究显示文摘对前缘上游有单排和双排孔冷却的涡轮导向叶栅端壁进行了详细的传热实验 ,在吹风比 1 ,2 ,3下获得了当地气膜冷却效率和换热系数 ,结合流场测量结果分析了端壁冷却和换热规律。结果表明端壁气膜冷却在很大程度上受二次流的影响 ,冷却效果主要由吹风比决定 ,低吹风比喷射时 ,压力面附近的一个三角形区域没有冷气的覆盖 ,中、高吹风比喷射可以大幅度提高平均冷却效率并使冷气很均匀的覆盖在端壁上 ,双排孔喷射比单排孔喷射平均效率提高 1倍左右。结果还表明尽管冷气喷射使端壁换热系数随吹风比的增大而显著增大 ,气膜冷却还是能有效的降低端壁的热负荷 ,其中以中吹风比双排孔喷射的效果最为显著。 | 刘高文 刘松龄 朱惠人 Lapworth B L Forest A E | 2001 | 航空动力学报2001，16，3： | 15 |
