2THE APPROXIMATE ANALYTICAL SOLUTIONS OF PARABOLIC DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS FOR A FINITE-CONDUCTIVITY VERTICAL FRACTURE IN A RESERVOIR WITH DOUBLE-POROSITY:NON-NEWTONIAN POWER-LAW FLUIDS显示文摘By using the concept of disturbed extent for elliptical flow and the weighted average method,this paper pre-sents the approximate analytical solutions of transient pressure of Non-Newtonian Power-Law fluids for a finite-conductivity vertical fracture in a reservoir with double-porosity.The log-log diagnosis graph of the pressures cal-culated by approximate formulae may be divided into an early hi-linear flow stage i.e.the dimensionless well pres-sure difference pWDis proportional to dimensionless time tD1/4;an interporosity-flow stage and a late pseudo-radialflow stage i.e.PWDproportional to t(1-n)/(-n).The agreements between the presented solutions for special case and the is-sued works are good.The structure and meaning of the approximate formulae for vertically fractured well test inreservoir with double-porosity is simple and obvious.Liu Ci-qun Institute of Poroue Flow and Fluid Mechanics,Langfang Hebei 102801,P.R.China 1991Journal of Hydrodynamics1991,3,4:2

7THEORY OF FLUID-SOLID COUPLED FLOW THROUGH FRACTURED LOW-PERMEABILITY OIL RESERVOIR AND ITS APPLICATIONS显示文摘During the development of low permeability reservoirs. the interaction between fluid flow and rock mass deformation is obvious. On the basis of fluid mechanics in porous media and elasto plastic theory. the author presents an equivalent continuum model to simulate fluid flow in fractured low permeability oil reservoir coupled with geo stress. The model not only reflects the porosity change of matrix, but also the permeability change due to the opening and closing of fracture. 10Control of LP Turbine Rotor Blade Underloading Using Stator Blade Compound Lean at Root显示文摘Due to a large gradient of reaction, LP rotor blades remain underloaded at the root over some range of volumetric flow rates. An interesting design to control the flow through the root passage of the overloaded stator and underloaded moving blade row is compound lean at the root of stator blades. The paper describes results of numerical investigations from a 3D NS solver FlowER conducted for several configurations of stator blade compound lean. The computations are carried out for a wide range of volumetric flow rates, accounting for the nominal operating regime as well as low and high load. It is found that compound lean induces additional blade force, streamwise curvature and redistribution of flow parameters in the stage, including pressure and mass flow rate spanwise that can improve the flow conditions in both the stator and the rotor.
