1Theoretical analysis of flamelet model for supersonic turbulent combustion显示文摘Being physically intuitionistic and computationally efficient,the flamelet model has obtained increasing attention and becomes popular in numerical simulations of supersonic combustion.However,the flamelet model was firstly built for simulations of the low-speed flows.Therefore it is still unclear whether the assumption of the flamelet model is reasonable in supersonic combustion.This paper tries to identify the existence of the flamelet mode in supersonic combustion.Firstly,the interaction of the turbulent fluctuation and the flame is discussed,based on which the combustion regime is distinguished.Then the charac-teristic length scale of the turbulent flows and the combustion inside the scramjet combustor are calculated and compared,which are used to identify whether the assumption of the flamelet model is reasonable in supersonic flows.The results show that for premixed combustion,due to the low fluctuation velocity in the recirculation zone and the shear layer,the assumption of the flamelet model is established for all the flight Mach numbers,while for non-premixed combustion the assumption is also established for most of the flight Mach numbers except for very high Mach number under which the slow reaction mode dominates the combustion.In order to quantitatively examine the combustion mode,numerical calculations are performed to simulate the strut-injection supersonic combustion which has been experimentally investigated in German Aerospace Center.The results show that the supersonic combustion occurs in the fully-developed turbulent regions and the assumption of the flamelet model is established in the whole flow field.FAN ZhouQin LIU WeuDong SUN MingBo WANG ZhenGuo ZHUANG FengChen LUO WenLei 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,1:7

3Spatiotemporal variation of land surface temperature and its driving factors in Xinjiang,China显示文摘Land surface temperature(LST) directly affects the energy balance of terrestrial surface systems and impacts regional resources, ecosystem evolution, and ecosystem structures. Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is located at the arid Northwest China and is extremely sensitive to climate change. There is an urgent need to understand the distribution patterns of LST in this area and quantitatively measure the nature and intensity of the impacts of the major driving factors from a spatial perspective, as well as elucidate the formation mechanisms. In this study, we used the MOD11C3 LST product developed on the basis of Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS) to conduct regression analysis and determine the spatiotemporal variation and differentiation pattern of LST in Xinjiang from 2000 to 2020. We analyzed the driving mechanisms of spatial heterogeneity of LST in Xinjiang and the six geomorphic zones(the Altay Mountains, Junggar Basin, Tianshan Mountains, Tarim Basin, Turpan-Hami(Tuha) Basin, and Pakakuna Mountain Group) using geographical detector(Geodetector) and geographically weighted regression(GWR) models. The warming rate of LST in Xinjiang during the study period was 0.24℃/10a, and the spatial distribution pattern of LST had obvious topographic imprints, with 87.20% of the warming zone located in the Gobi desert and areas with frequent human activities, and the cooling zone mainly located in the mountainous areas. The seasonal LST in Xinjiang was at a cooling rate of 0.09℃/10a in autumn, and showed a warming trend in other seasons. Digital elevation model(DEM), latitude, wind speed, precipitation, normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI), and sunshine duration in the single-factor and interactive detections were the key factors driving the LST changes. The direction and intensity of each major driving factor on the spatial variations of LST in the study area were heterogeneous. The negative feedback effect of DEM on the spatial differentiation of LST was the strongest. Lower latitudes, lower vegetation coverage, lower levels of precipitation, and longer sunshine duration increased LST. Unused land was the main heat source landscape, water body was the most important heat sink landscape, grassland and forest land were the land use and land cover(LULC) types with the most prominent heat sink effect, and there were significant differences in different geomorphic zones due to the influences of their vegetation types, climatic conditions, soil types, and human activities. 4Spatial distribution of leprosy in India:an ecological study显示文摘Background:As leprosy elimination becomes an increasingly realistic goal,it is essential to determine the factors that contribute to its persistence.We evaluate social and economic factors as predictors of leprosy annual new case detection rates within India,where the majority of leprosy cases occur.Methods:We used correlation and linear mixed effect regressions to assess whether poverty,illiteracy,nighttime satellite radiance(an index of development),and other covariates can explain district-wise annual new case detection rate and Grade 2 disability diagnoses.Results:We find only weak evidence of an association between poverty and annual new case detection rates at the district level,though illiteracy and satellite radiance are statistically significant predictors of leprosy at the district level.We find no evidence of rapid decline over the period 2008-2015 in either new case detection or new Grade 2 disability.Conclusions:Our findings suggest a somewhat higher rate of leprosy detection,on average,in poorer districts;the overall effect is weak.The divide between leprosy case detection and true incidence of clinical leprosy complicates these results,particularly given that the detection rate is likely disproportionately lower in impoverished settings.Additional information is needed to distinguish the determinants of leprosy case detection and transmission during the elimination epoch.Kyra H.Grantz Winnie Chabaari Ramolotja Kagiso Samuel Buri Gershom Laura Blum Lee Worden Sarah Ackley Fengchen Liu Thomas M.Lietman Alison P.Galvani Lalitha Prajna Travis C.Porco 2018Infectious Diseases of Poverty2018,7,1:0
5U-Pb geochronology and geochemical characteristics of Liudaogou granodiorite in Linjiang,Jilin Province显示文摘The Liudaogou area underwent multiple large-scale tectonic movements since Archean. Little studies have been carried out on the age of Mesozoic magmatism and petrogenesis in the area. Zircon U-Pb geochronology and geochemistry of the Liudaogougranodiorite were undertaken in this study to determine the forming-age of the granodiorite and to understand its petrogenesis and tectonic background of diagenesis. Zircon in the rock samples show good idiomorphic and obvious rhythmic growth girdle zone,belonging to typical magmatic zircon.Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating results show that the emplacement of rock mass occurred in late Early Cretaceous( 125 ± 1 Ma,MSWD = 0. 53). The geochemical data show that the rock belongs to quasi-aluminous granite of type I which has the properties of high potassium calc-alkaline adakite,with A/CNK ratio of 0. 82--0. 98( < 1. 1). The rock shows obvious enrichment of LILE and LREE but depletion of HFSE,and is characterized by high Sr( 374. 9 × 10^(-6)--777. 6 × 10^(-6)) and low Y( 8. 84 × 10^(-6)--12. 4 × 10^(-6)). The samples are rich in Si,and the K_2 O/Na_2 O ratio( 0. 99--1. 30) is very high,indicating that magma might have originated from melting upper crust. The high content of Mg~#( 49. 68--56. 92) in the samples implies that mantle-derived materials might have involved in magma. It can be concluded that in the process of delamination,the lower crust sank,and was heated by asthenosphere mantle,and partially melted. The primitive magma should be the mixture of the mantle-derived magma and the partially melting lower crust.
