1行距对棉花生长发育、产量及早熟性指数的影响的研究(英文)显示文摘棉花窄行密植生产是缩短棉花生长季节实现棉花早熟的主要举措,并且窄行密植对棉花的产量无显著影响。田间试验于2006年6月到2007年1月在巴基斯坦费萨拉巴德农业大学试验田进行,以确定行距对不同品系棉花的生长、生产和早熟性指数的影响。试验选取NIAB-111,CIM-496和FH-901 3个棉花品种,设置了60、75和90 cm 3种行距进行试验研究。结果表明:行距对棉花生长发育、产量和早熟性指数具有极显著影响;行距75 cm的处理产量最高达到2603 kg·hm-2,其次是行距60 cm的处理,产量为2541 kg·hm-2,但二者间差异不显著;行距60 cm的处理早熟性指数达到50.92%,显著大于其它处理;行距75 cm的处理次之。子棉产量最高的品种是FH-901,同时其早熟性指数也最高,达到54.34%。ANJUM Shakeel Ahmad SALEEM Muhammad Farrukh 王龙昌 薛兰兰 SHAH ID Muhammad Qasim ALI Shafaqat 2010棉花学报2010,22,6:11
2“一针法”连续缝合在胆肠吻合术中的应用显示文摘目的观察'一针法'连续缝合在胆肠吻合术中的应用效果。方法 214例接受胆肠吻合术患者,其中应用'一针法'连续缝合114例(观察组)、应用传统缝合100例(传统组),比较两组胆肠吻合时间并观察两组术后胆漏、胆系感染、胆肠吻合口出血、胆肠吻合口狭窄并发症发生情况。结果观察组、传统组胆肠吻合时间分别为(7.1±1.4)、(17.2±3.4)min,两组相比P<0.05。观察组术后发生胆漏1例、胆系感染1例、胆肠吻合口出血2例、胆肠吻合口狭窄0例,传统组分别为9、21、1、6例,两组胆漏、胆系感染、胆肠吻合口狭窄发生率比较P均<0.05。结论在胆肠吻合术中应用'一针法'连续缝合省时、并发症少。Farrukh Adeel 袁莉 李光兵 王晓宇 刘军 2017山东医药2017,57,22:5
3Optical wireless information transfer with nonlinear micromechanical resonators显示文摘Wireless transfer of information is the basis of modern communication.It includes cellular,WiFi,Bluetooth,and GPS systems,all of which use electromagnetic radio waves with frequencies ranging from typically 100 MHz to a few GHz.However,several long-standing challenges with standard radio-wave wireless transmission still exist,including keeping secure transmission of data from potential compromise.Here,we demonstrate wireless information transfer using a line-of-sight optical architecture with a micromechanical element.In this fundamentally new approach,a laser beam encoded with information impinges on a nonlinear micromechanical resonator located a distance from the laser.The force generated by the radiation pressure of the laser light on the nonlinear micromechanical resonator produces a sideband modulation signal,which carries the precise information encoded in the subtle changes in the radiation pressure.Using this,we demonstrate data and image transfer with one hundred percent fidelity with a single 96-by-270μm silicon resonator element in an optical frequency band.This mechanical approach relies only on the momentum of the incident photons and is therefore able to use any portion of the optical frequency band—a band that is 10000 times wider than the radio frequency band.Our line-of-sight architecture using highly scalable micromechanical resonators offers new possibilities in wireless communication.Due to their small size,these resonators can be easily arrayed while maintaining a small form factor to provide redundancy and parallelism.Joseph A.Boales Farrukh Mateen Pritiraj Mohanty 2017Microsystems & Nanoengineering2017,3,1:2
4Biodegradation of p-cresol by aerobic granules in sequencing batch reactor显示文摘The cultivation of aerobic granules in sequencing batch reactor for the biodegradation of p-cresol was studied. The reactor was started with 100 mg/L of p-cresol. Aerobic granules first appeared within one month of start up. The granules were large and strong and had a compact structure. The diameter of stable granules was in the range of 1-5 mm. The integrity coefficient and granules density was found to be 96% and 1046 kg/m3 , respectively. The settling velocity of granules was found to be in the range of 2×10-2-6×10-2m/sec. The aerobic granules were able to degrade p-cresol upto 800 mg/L at a removal efficiency of 88%. Specific p-cresol degradation rate in aerobic granules followed Haldane model for substrate inhibition. High specific p-cresol degradation rate up to 0.96 g pcresol/(g VSS·day) were sustained upto p-cresol concentration of 400 mg/L. Higher removal efficiency, good settling characteristics of aerobic granules, makes sequencing batch reactor suitable for enhancing the microorganism potential for biodegradation of inhibitory compounds.Farrukh Basheer I.H.Farooqi 2012Journal of Environmental Sciences2012,24,11:2

6In-situ Protection Management and Conservation Study of Some Medicinal Plants显示文摘In-situ study on eleven commercially important species viz; Adiantum capillus-veneris L, Bergenia ciliata (Haw) Sternb, Colchicum luteum Baker, Polygonum amplexicaule D.Den, Cuminum cyminum L, Dioscorea deltoidea Wall Kunth,L Morchella esculenta L, Paeonia emodi Wall ex H Kf, Podophyllum hexandrum (Royle) Chatt & Mukh, Valeriana wallichii DC and Viola serpens Wall ex Roxb was conducted in four locations viz; Malam (1 400 to 2 000?m),Bargin (1 700 to 2 300?m),Biakand (1 500 to 2 100?m) and Shinko (2 100 to 2 700?m).The data was recorded from both protected and unprotected sites of each site.Each site had 3 altitudinal sampling point.The density, herbage coverage and fresh biomass were determined in each locations for every species.All the investigated parameters generally showed an increase of 3 to 6 times over unprotected sites in each locations. Morchella esculenta,Dioscorea deltoidea,Colchicum luteum and Podophyllum hexandrum were absent in all unprotected sites while other species had low values in these sites.The investigated parameters of Colchicum luteum,Bergenia ciliata,Paeonioa emodi,Dioscorea deltoidea and Podophyllum hexandrum generally increased with the increasing elevation.Soil analysis,soil and air temperatures were recorded for each site.The air and soil temperature were slightly higher in open areas than in the protected site and showed decrease with increasing elevation.While the soil fertility was relatively high in protected sites as compared to unprotected area.The study shows that protection promotes the growth, distribution and occurrence of medicinal plants.It is possible with the participation of local communities to conserve these resources.Hassan SHER Z.D.KHAN A.U.KHAN Farrukh HUSSAIN 2005云南植物研究2005,27,1:2
7Ethnobotanical studies of plants of Charkotli Hills, Batkhela District, Malakand, Pakistan显示文摘A survey was conducted with the aim to document the indigenous information of Charkotli Hills,Batkhela District,Malakand,Pakistan.The area has rich vegetation and a high potential for ethnobotanical utiliza-tion.Information was collected on various traditional uses of 100 plants distributed over 49 families,of which 43 families were of dicot,2 of monocot,2 of pteridophyta,and 1 of gymnosperms.Most plants have more than one local use.Sixty-six plants were found to be medicinal species,21 fruit and edible seed species,11 furniture species,18 fodder or forage species,12 vegetable species,12 fuel species,11 thatching and building species,5 hedge or fencing species,5 timber wood species,5 poisonous plants,3 species used in ketchup,2 fixed oil yielding species,2 miswak species,2 species for making sticks for cattle and defense purposes,2 species cultivated for ornamental purposes,2 species used as mehindi by girls,1 irritant species,1 species for the making of Salai(a little stick for applying‘surma’to the eyes),1 species for tanning,1 species used as refresher in milk pots,1 species giving gum used as chewing gum,and 1 species used as insect repellent.The area is under heavy pressure of deforestation and overgrazing,which have reduced the regeneration of woody plants.Proper ecological manage-ment is required to protect the wildlife and ethnobotanical resources for the coming generations.BARKATULLAH Muhammad IBRAR Farrukh HUSSAIN 2009Frontiers in Biology2009,4,4:2

9bla_(CTX-M),bla_(TEM),and bla_(SHV) in Enterobacteriaceae from North-Indian tertiary hospital:high occurrence of combination genes显示文摘Objective:To delineate the frequency of occurrence of blaCTX-M,blaTEM,and blaSHV in Enterobacteriaceae from North-Indian tertiary hospital.Methods:A random collection of a subset of 45 Escherichia coli(E.coli) and 28 Klebsiella pneumoniae(K.pneumoniae) that was resistant to a third generation cephalosporin and obtained during 2007-2008 was selected for detailed screening for blaCTX-M,blaTEM,and blaSHV by monoplex PCRs.The isolates demonstrating the presence of blaCTX-M alleles were characterized for the specific CTX-M-genogroup by using a multiplex PCR.Results:Resistance to cefoperazone,ceftazidime,ceftriaxone,cefotaxime, cefoxitin and piperacillin was 100%each in K.pneumoniae isolates,whereas these resistancerates for E.coli isolates were 93.1%,83.8%,91.9%,93.6%,97.3%and 97.1%,respectively. Concomitant resistance to aminoglycosides,quinolones and aztreonam was also noticed.Presence of any of the bla genes(blaCTX-M,blaTEM,and blaSHV) was noticed in a total of 28(38.4%) isolates of the 73 isolates studied.Many isolates demonstrated occurrence of these genes in various combinations.blaCTX-M,blaTEM,and blaSHV were noticed in 28.8%,10.9%and 13.7%isolates, respectively.Multiplex PCR in blaCTX-M harboring isolates demonstrated the presence of CTX-MGenogroup -1 and sequencing for the specific CTX-M-type revealed presence of CTX-M-15 type.
