| 1 | Real-time control for fuel-optimal Moon landing based on an interactive deep reinforcement learning algorithm显示文摘In this study,a real-time optimal control approach is proposed using an interactive deep reinforcement learning algorithm for the Moon fuel-optimal landing problem.Considering the remote communication restrictions and environmental uncertainties,advanced landing control techniques are demanded to meet the high requirements of real-time performance and autonomy in the Moon landing missions.Deep reinforcement learning(DRL)algorithms have been recently developed for real-time optimal control but suffer the obstacles of slow convergence and difficult reward function design.To address these problems,a DRL algorithm is developed using an actor-indirect method architecture to achieve the optimal control of the Moon landing mission.In this DRL algorithm,an indirect method is employed to generate the optimal control actions for the deep neural network(DNN)learning,while the trained DNNs provide good initial guesses for the indirect method to promote the efficiency of training data generation.Through sufficient learning of the state-action relationship,the trained DNNs can approximate the optimal actions and steer the spacecraft to the target in real time.Additionally,a nonlinear feedback controller is developed to improve the terminal landing accuracy.Numerical simulations are given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed DRL algorithm and demonstrate the performance of the developed optimal landing controller. | Lin Cheng Zhenbo Wang Fanghua Jiang | 2019 | Astrodynamics2019,3,4: | 8 |
| 2 | Simulation of CO_2 variations at Chinese background atmospheric monitoring stations between 2000 and 2009: Applying a CarbonTracker model显示文摘We carried out a downscaling treatment over China using the CarbonTracker numerical model,which was applied using double grid nesting technology(3°×2°over the whole globe,1°×1°over China),simulating and analyzing atmospheric CO2concentrations over 10 recent years(2000–2009).The simulation results agreed very well with observed data from four background atmospheric monitoring stations in China(The periods for which the simulation results and observed values be compared were January2000 to December 2009 for the WLG station and June 2006 to December 2009 for the SDZ,LFS,and LAN stations),giving correlation coefficients of>0.7.The high-resolution simulation data correlated slightly better than the low resolution simulation data with the observed data for three of the regions’atmospheric background stations.Further analysis of the annual,seasonal CO2concentration variations at the background stations showed that the CO2concentration increased each year over the study period,with an average annual increase of more than 5%,and annual increases of more than 7%at the Shangdianzi and Lin’an stations.Seasonal CO2variations were greater at the Longfengshan station than at the Shangdianzi or Lin’an stations.However,the CO2concentrations were higher at the Shangdianzi and Lin’an stations because they are greatly affected by human activities in the Jingjinji and Changjiang Delta economic zones.Spatial distribution in CO2concentrations and fluxes were higher in eastern than in western China. | CHENG YanLi AN XingQin YUN FangHua ZHOU LingXi LIU LiXin FANG ShuangXi XU Lin | 2013 | Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,32: | 8 |
| 3 | FGF1^(△HBS) prevents diabetic cardiomyopathy by maintaining mitochondrial homeostasis and reducing oxidative stress via AMPK/Nur77 suppression显示文摘As a classically known mitogen,fibroblast growth factor 1(FGF1)has been found to exert other pleiotropic functions such as metabolic regulation and myocardial protection.Here,we show that serum levels of FGF1 were decreased and positively correlated with fraction shortening in diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM)patients,indicating that FGF1 is a potential therapeutic target for DCM.We found that treatment with a FGF1 variant(FGF1^(△HBS))with reduced proliferative potency prevented diabetes-induced cardiac injury and remodeling and restored cardiac function.RNA-Seq results obtained from the cardiac tissues of db/db mice showed significant increase in the expression levels of anti-oxidative genes and decrease of Nur77 by FGF1AHBS treatment.Both in vivo and in vitro studies indicate that FGF1^(△HBS) exerted these beneficial effects by markedly reducing mitochondrial fragmentation,reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation and cytochrome c leakage and enhancing mitochondrial respiration rate and β-oxidation in a 5;AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)/Nur77-dependent manner,all of which were not observed in the AMPK null mice.The favorable metabolic activity and reduced proliferative properties of FGF1^(△HBS) testify to its promising potential for use in the treatment of DCM and other metabolic disorders. | Dezhong Wang Yuan Yin Shuyi Wang Tianyang Zhao Fanghua Gong Yushuo Zhao Beibei Wang Yuli Huang Zizhao Cheng Guanghui Zhu Zengshou Wang Yang Wang Jun Ren Guang Liang Xiaokun Li Zhifeng Huang | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,4: | 6 |
| 4 | Simulation analysis of environmental risk accident and management of high-sulfur gas field development in complex terrain显示文摘Environmental risk of high sulfur gas field exploitation has become one of the hot spots of environmental management studies.Severe gas H_(2)S blowout accidents in recent years have shown that poor understanding and estimates of the poisonous gas movement could lead to dangerous evacuation delays.It is important to evaluate the real concentration of H_(2)S,especially in complex terrain.Traditional experiential models are not valid in the case of rough terrain,especially in low-lying areas where the gas accumulates.This study,using high sulfur content gas field of Sichuan“Pu Guang gas field”as study object and adopting objective diagnosis of wind field of land following coordinate three dimensions,applied Lagrangian Puff Model and breaking up technique of puffs to simulate the H_(2)S diffusion condition of blowout accidents produced in the high sulfur content gas field of complex terrain area.The results showed that the H_(2)S distribution did not occur mainly in low wind direction,and due to the obstruction of the mountain’s body,it accumulated in front of mountain on produced turn over,flowed around submitted jumping type distribution.The mountain waist near the hilltop and low hollow river valley site rapture points simulating contrast showed that the higher the rapture point,the better the diffusing condition of pollutant,the distribution of risk sensitive point decided piping rupture environmental risk size combining the H_(2)S diffusion result and residential area dispersing in the study area,synthetic judge located in the high rapture point environmental risk was smaller than the low hollow point,thus it was suggested to carryout laying of lining build of equal high line of higher terrain.According to simulation results,the environmental risk management measures aimed at putting down adverse effects were worked out. | Xiao WANG Fanghua HAO Xuan ZHANG Wen SUN Hongguang CHENG | 2008 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2008,2,3: | 3 |
| 5 | Expression Profiles of SIRT1 and APP Genes in Human Neuroblastoma SK-N-SH Cells Treated with Two Epigenetic Agents显示文摘In our previous studies, significant hypermethylation of the sirtuin 1(SIRT1) gene and demethylation of the b-amyloid precursor protein(APP) gene were found in patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD) compared with the normal population. Moreover, the expression of SIRT1 was significantly decreased while that of APP was increased in AD patients. These results indicated a correlation of DNA methylation with gene expression levels in AD patients. To further investigate the epigenetic mechanism of gene modulation in AD, we used two epigenetic drugs, the DNA methylation inhibitor 5-aza-20-deoxycytidine(DAC) and the histone deacetylase inhibitor trichostatin A(TSA), to treat human neuroblastoma SK-N-SH cells in the presence of amyloid b-peptide Ab25–35(Ab25–35). We found that DAC and TSA had different effects on the expression trends of SIRT1 and APP in the cell model of amyloid toxicity. Although other genes, such as microtubule-associated protein s, presenilin 1, presenilin 2, and apolipoprotein E, were up-regulated after Ab25–35treatment, no significant differences were found after DAC and/or TSA treatment. | 10 | Strain engineering of anisotropic light-matter interactions in onedimensional P-P chain of SiP_(2)显示文摘Strain engineering can serve as a powerful technique for modulating the exotic properties arising from the atomic structure of materials.Examples have been demonstrated that one-dimensional(1D)structure can serve as a great platform for modulating electronic band structure and phonon dispersion via strain control.Particularly,in a van der Waals material silicon diphosphide(SiP_(2)),quasi-1D zigzag phosphorus–phosphorus(P–P)chains are embedded inside the crystal structure,and can show unique phonon vibration modes and realize quasi-1D excitons.Manipulating those optical properties by the atom displacements via strain engineering is of great interest in understanding underlying mechanism of such P–P chains,however,which remains elusive.Herein,we demonstrate the strain engineering of Raman and photoluminescence(PL)spectra in quasi-1D P–P chains and resulting in anisotropic manipulation in SiP_(2).We find that the phonon frequencies of SiP_(2)in Raman spectra linearly evolve with a uniaxial strain along/perpendicular to the quasi-1D P–P chain directions.Interestingly,by applying tensile strain along the P–P chains,the band gap energy of strained SiP_(2)can significantly decrease with a tunable value of~55 meV.Based on arsenic(As)element doping into SiP_(2),the strain-induced redshifts of phonon frequencies decrease,indicating the stiffening of the phonon vibration with the increased arsenic doping level.Such results provide an opportunity for strain engineering of the light–matter interactions in the quasi-1D P–P chains of SiP_(2)crystal for potential optical applications. | Fanghua Cheng Junwei Huang Feng Qin Ling Zhou Xueting Dai Xiangyu Bi Caorong Zhang Zeya Li Ming Tang Caiyu Qiu Yangfan Lu Huiyang Gou Hongtao Yuan | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,8: | 0 |

| 12 | An identifier-actor-optimizer policy learning architecture for optimal control of continuous-time nonlinear systems显示文摘An intelligent solution method is proposed to achieve real-time optimal control for continuous-time nonlinear systems using a novel identifier-actor-optimizer(IAO)policy learning architecture.In this IAO-based policy learning approach,a dynamical identifier is developed to approximate the unknown part of system dynamics using deep neural networks(DNNs).Then,an indirect-method-based optimizer is proposed to generate high-quality optimal actions for system control considering both the constraints and performance index.Furthermore,a DNN-based actor is developed to approximate the obtained optimal actions and return good initial guesses to the optimizer.In this way,the traditional optimal control methods and state-of-the-art DNN techniques are combined in the IAO-based optimal policy learning method.Compared to the reinforcement learning algorithms with actor-critic architectures that suffer hard reward design and low computational efficiency,the IAO-based optimal policy learning algorithm enjoys fewer user-defined parameters,higher learning speeds,and steadier convergence properties in solving complex continuous-time optimal control problems(OCPs).Simulation results of three space flight control missions are given to substantiate the effectiveness of this IAO-based policy learning strategy and to illustrate the performance of the developed DNN-based optimal control method for continuous-time OCPs. | Lin Cheng ZhenBo Wang FangHua Jiang JunFeng Li | 2020 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2020,63,6: | 0 |
