1LA-ICP-MS Zircon U-Pb Geochronology of Quartz Porphyry from the Niutougou Gold Deposit in Songxian County,Henan Province显示文摘The Niutougou gold deposit,located in the center of the Xiong'ershan gold district,western Henan Province,is a large gold deposit with many quartz porphyries found in the area.Based on the field geological investigation of quartz porphyry of Niutougou gold deposit and by using the cathodoluminescence(CL) images analysis and in situ LA-ICP-MS U-Pb isotope dating method of zircons,the inner structure,trace element compositions and U-Pb age of the zircons separated from quartz porphyry were analyzed and determined.Cathodoluminescence(CL) images of zircons show clear magmatic zonations.Trace element analyses of zircons reveal that all zircons show high concentrations of Th,U,and HREE,and the REE patterns of depletion in LREE,with a positive Ce anomaly.Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating results show that the quartz porphyry in the Niutougou gold deposit was formed at 159.71±0.99 Ma(about 160 Ma),belonging to the product of magmatic activity in late Middle Jurassic.Combined with the geological characteristics of the Niutougou gold deposit,the formation age of the quartz porphyry and the analysis of the formation age of the granite body exposed in the Niutougou gold deposit,the study suggests that the metallogenic epoch of the Niutougou gold deposit may be Yanshanian in age.WANG Zhongliang GONG Qingjie SUN Xiang WU Fafu WANG Weixing 2012Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2012,86,2:17
2Identification of genes associated with cotyledon senescence in upland cotton显示文摘In order to unravel the biochemical pathways and understand the molecular mechanisms involved in leaf senescence, suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) was used to generate a cDNA library enriched for transcripts differentially expressed in developmental senescence cotyledons of upland cotton. After differential screening by membrane- based hybridization and subsequent confirmation by reverse Northern blot analysis, selected 678 clones were sequenced and analyzed. Sequencing of these cDNA fragments reveals that 216 of expressed se- quence tags (ESTs) represented unique genes. Of these 216 cDNAs, 151 clones (69.9%) show signifi- cant homologies to previously known genes, while the remaining 65 do not match any known sequences. 151 unique ESTs are assigned to twelve different categories based on their putative functions gener- ated by BLAST analysis. These SAG-encoded pro- teins are likely to participate in macromolecule deg- radation, nutrient recycling, detoxification of oxidative metabolites, and signaling and regulatory events. The expression pattern of selection of genes was confirmed using northern hybridization. Northern hybridization confirmed several distinct patterns, from expression at a very early stage to the terminal phase of the senescence syndrome. 11Circularly polarized luminescence based on cholesterol-tetraphenylethylene-perylene liquid crystal显示文摘Perylene derivative with circularly polarized luminescence(CPL) at aggregated state was seldom reported due to the strong ACQ(aggregation-caused quench) effect at aggregation. In this work, a novel cholesterol-tetraphenylethylene-perylene derivative(TPE-P) was designed and synthesized in moderate yield. It exhibited liquid crystalline behavior with orderly hexagonal columnar mesophase and good fluorescence emission at long wavelength(600-700 nm) not only in solution but also at aggregated states based on the AIE(aggregation-induced emission)-FRET(fluorescence resonance energy transfer) effect between tetraphenylethylene unit and perylene moiety. Moreover, the circular dichroism(CD) and CPL studies suggested the effective chiral transfer from cholesterol unit to tetraphenylethylene unit and perylene skeleton due to the spiral liquid crystalline self-assembly. The CD and CPL signals showed the order of THF < THF-hexane < solid film < meosphase, indicating that the higher spiral orderly degree resulted in the stronger chiral transfer. The largest |glum| value for mesophase excited at 320 nm was as high as 1.5×10^(−2) based on the combining effect of AIE-FRET and chiral transfer. This research not only reported a novel CPL perylene derivative at aggregated state, but also confirmed that the combination of AIE-FRET effect and chiral transfer of liquid crytalline phase was an effective method to construct normal dye with excellent CPL property in aggregated state.Shengjie Jiang Shujuan Zhou Ying Chen Hongyu Guo Fafu Yang 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,5:1

175-22 A PMT-base for Cosmic Ray Detector显示文摘The photomultiplier tube is a vacuum electronic device widely used in spectrum analysis instrument. And itplays an important role in nuclear experiments. However, the base for the tube on the market can cost up to severalhundreds of dollars. Thus there is a need to develop a practical and economical PMT-base in our laboratory.We designed and tested a construction of a photomultiplier base used in a Cosmic Ray Detector. This PMT-baseused the so-called Cockcroft-Walton voltage multiplier circuit[1] to generate a graded series of voltages with linearadjustment from -100 to -1 200 V while the power consumption is low(50 mA current and 0.5 W power requiredunder a 12 V DC supply). Meanwhile other unique features such as simple structure, low cost, less heat dissipation,and safety are emphasized. 20EPICS在溅射离子泵控制系统中的应用和实验环控制系统改造显示文摘To establish the sputter ion pump remote control system for TR5 and TR6 of HIRFL(Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou),EPICS(Experimental Physics And Industrial Control System)is adopted to development new control system.Beckhoff PLC and self-designed hardware module have been used to build the hardware platform and the whole system structure is established based on field bus and EtherCAT(Ethernet for Control Automation Technology)technology.EtherCAT is an ideal Ethernet solution for industrial automation,characterized by outstanding performance and particularly simple handling.In the realization process of the system,IOC record device support and PV definition are achieved.At the same time,we have developed a client application in the CSS environment.In this sputter ion pump control system,we realized the basic interlocking protection function in both of hardware and software.The photo of hardware module is shown in Fig.1.The GUI interface is shown in Fig.2.The control system has being stably run since installed in Aug.2017.Zhou Detai Tian Ruixia Ni Fafu Wang Yanyu Zhang Jianchuan Chai Zhen Liu Xiaojun 2017IMP & HIRFL Annual Report2017,,1:0
