| 1 | 白芨应用于大鼠实验性肝细胞癌介入治疗的研究显示文摘目的比较白芨和免疫反应调节剂、抗血管生成药物在介入经肝动脉化疗栓塞术(transarterialchemoembolization,TACE)治疗ACI大鼠肝细胞癌实验中的疗效。方法在70只♂ACI大鼠肝包膜下植入MorrisHepatom3924A肝癌瘤块(2mm3),移植术后13d进行磁共振(MRI)检查,测量肿瘤体积V1,第14天时,经腹部切开术及胃十二指肠动脉逆行插管至肝动脉而采取以下介入治疗方案(A)丝裂霉素+碘油+肿瘤坏死因子(TNFα)+白介素2(IL2)(n=10);(B)丝裂霉素+碘油+链球菌提取物(OK432)+IL2(n=10);(C)丝裂霉素+碘油+烟曲霉素(TNP470)(n=10);(D)丝裂霉素+碘油+血管内皮抑素+endostatin)(n=10);(E)丝裂霉素+碘油+白芨(n=10);(F)丝裂霉素+碘油+白芨+肝动脉结扎(n=10);(G)丝裂霉素+碘油(对照组,n=10)。13d后再次进行MRI检查以确定肿瘤体积V2变化,比较肝肿瘤体积生长率V2/V1。结果介入治疗后肿瘤体积与治疗前肿瘤体积之比(V2/V1)分别为A组7.30、B组6.53、C组4.01、D组7.78、E组6.28、F组1.53、G组9.14。与对照组相比,采取B、C、E、F组的治疗方案能有效抑制肝肿瘤的生长(P<0.05),而采取A、D组的治疗方案在肿瘤生长率方面与对照组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。其中,F组的疗效最佳且未见肝内肿瘤转移。结论白芨作为肝动脉栓塞剂并结合化疗药和肝动脉结扎? | 钱骏 郑传胜 吴汉平 Daryusch Vossoughi Elsie Oppermann Vogl Thomas 冯敢生 | 2005 | 中国医院药学杂志2005，25，5： | 20 |

| 7 | Manipulating Bloch surface waves in 2D: a platform concept-based flat lens显示文摘At the end of the 1970s,it was confirmed that dielectric multilayers can sustain Bloch surface waves(BSWs).However,BSWs were not widely studied until more recently.Taking advantage of their high-quality factor,sensing applications have focused on BSWs.Thus far,no work has been performed to manipulate and control the natural surface propagations in terms of defined functions with two-dimensional(2D)components,targeting the realization of a 2D system.In this study,we demonstrate that 2D photonic components can be implemented by coating an in-plane shaped ultrathin(l/15)polymer layer on the dielectric multilayer.The presence of the polymer modifies the local effective refractive index,enabling direct manipulation of the BSW.By locally shaping the geometries of the 2D components,the BSW can be deflected,diffracted,focused and coupled with 2D freedom.Enabling BSW manipulation in 2D,the dielectric multilayer can play a new role as a robust platform for 2D optics,which can pave the way for integration in photonic chips.Multiheterodyne near-field measurements are used to study light propagation through micro-and nano-optical components.We demonstrate that a lens-shaped polymer layer can be considered as a 2D component based on the agreement between near-field measurements and theoretical calculations.Both the focal shift and the resolution of a 2D BSW lens are measured for the first time.The proposed platform enables the design of 2D all-optical integrated systems,which have numerous potential applications,including molecular sensing and photonic circuits. | Libo Yu Elsie Barakat Tristan Sfez Lubos Hvozdara Joab Di Francesco Hans Peter Herzig | 2014 | Light(Science & Applications)2014，3，1： | 3 |
| 8 | Descemet's membrane detachments post cataract surgery:a management paradigm显示文摘Descemet's membrane detachments(DMD) are relatively common after cataract surgery and most do not require any treatment. However, if large DMD are not treated appropriately, significant visual morbidity can ensue. We aim to develop a guideline for the management of DMD post cataract surgery based on a retrospective review of all cases encountered at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital, Melbourne,Australia over a 4-year period from 2010 to 2014. We suggest conservative management if the visual axis is not involved; however, after 3mo surgical intervention may be warranted to prevent corneal sequelae. In cases where the visual axis is involved we suggest early intervention with air tamponade. | 9 | Therapeutic efficacy and effects of artemisinin-based combination treatments on uncomplicated Plasmodium falciparum malaria-associated anaemia in Nigerian children during seven years of adoption as first-line treatments显示文摘Background:Artemisinin-based combination treatments(ACTs)are the first-line treatments of uncomplicated Plasmodium falciparum malaria in many endemic areas but there are few evaluation of their efficacy in anaemic malarious children.Methods:Therapeutic efficacy of 3-day regimens of artesunate-amodiaquine and artemether-lumefantrine was evaluated in 437 anaemic and 909 non-anaemic malarious children following treatment during a seven-year period(2008-2014).Patterns of temporal changes in haematocrit were classified based on haematocrit values<30%and≥30%.Kinetics of the disposition of the deficit in haematocrit from 30%following treatment were evaluated using a non-compartment model.Results:PCR-corrected parasitological efficacy 28 days after start of treatment was significantly higher in artesunateamodiaquine-compared to artemether-lumefantrine-treated children[97%(95%CI:92.8-100)versus 96.4%(95%CI:91.3-99.4),P=0.02],but it was similar in non-anaemic and anaemic children.Fall in haematocrit/1000 asexual parasites cleared from peripheral blood was significantly greater at lower compared to higher parasitaemias(P<0.0001),and in non-anaemic compared to anaemic children(P=0.007).In anaemic children at presentation,mean anaemia recovery time(AnRT)was 15.4 days(95%CI:13.3-17.4)and it did not change over the years.Declines in haematocrit deficits from 30%were monoexponential with mean estimated half-time of 1.4 days(95%CI:1.2-1.6).Anaemia half-time(t_(1/2anaemia))correlated positively with AnRT in the same patients(r=0.69,P<0.0001).Bland-Altman analysis of 10 multiples of t_(1/2anaemia) and AnRT showed narrow limit of agreement with insignificant bias(P=0.07)suggesting both can be used interchangeably in the same patients.Conclusions:Artesunate-amodiaquine and artemether-lumefantrine remain efficacious treatments of uncomplicated P.falciparum infections in non-anaemic and anaemic Nigerian children in the last 7 years of adoption as first-line treatments.These ACTs may also conserve haematocrit at high parasitaemias and in anaemic children.Trials registration:Pan African Clinical Trial Registry PACTR201508001188143,3 July 2015;PACTR201510001189370,3 July 2015;PACTR201508001191898,7 July 2015 and PACTR201508001193368,8 July 2015. | Akintunde Sowunmi Kazeem Akano Godwin Ntadom Adejumoke I.Ayede Folasade O.Ibironke Temitope Aderoyeje Elsie O.Adewoye Bayo Fatunmbi Stephen Oguche Henrietta U.Okafor Ismaila Watila Martin Meremikwu Philip Agomo William Ogala Chimere Agomo Onikepe A.Folarin Grace O.Gbotosho Christian T.Happi | 2017 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2017，6，1： | 2 |

| 11 | Transarterial administration of integrin inhibitor loaded nanoparticles combined with transarterial chemoembolization for treating hepatocellular carcinoma in a rat model显示文摘AIM: To compare the effect of transarterial chemoembolization(TACE) plus GRGDSP(Gly-Arg-Gly-Asp-SerPro, integrin-inhibitor) loaded nanoparticles with TACE alone or TACE + GRGDSP in a rat model of liver tumor. METHODS: Morris hepatoma 3924 A tumors were implanted in the livers of 30 ACI rats. The ACI rats were divided randomly into three groups(10 animals each). Tumor volume before treatment(V1) was examined by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI), and then, after laparotomy and placement of a PE-10 catheter into the hepatic artery, the following interventional protocols were performed: TACE(mitomycin C + lipiodol + degradable starch microspheres) + GRGDSP loaded nanoparticles for group A; TACE + GRGDSP for group B(control group 1); TACE alone for group C(control group 2). Tumor volume(V2) was assessed by MRI and the mean ratio of the post-treatment to pretreatment tumor volumes(V2/V1) was calculated. Immunohistochemical analysis was performed to assess the quantification of matrix metalloprotein 9(MMP-9) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) positive tumor cells in each treatment group.RESULTS: The mean tumor growth ratios(V2/V1) were 1.3649 ± 0.1194 in group A, 2.0770 ± 0.1595 in group B, and 3.2148 ± 0.1075 in group C. Compared with groups B and C, group A showed a significant reduction in tumor volume. Lower expression of MMP-9 and VEGF in hepatocellular carcinoma was observed in group A than in groups B and C. The angiogenesis of tumor was evaluated using anti-VEGF antibodies, and the metastasis of tumor was assessed using antiMMP-9 antibody. MMP-9 and VEGF were expressed in all specimens. The immunoexpression of these proteins was confirmed by the presence of red cytoplasmic staining in tumor cells.
