4Deformation analysis of the flexspline of harmonic drive gears considering the driving speed effect using laser sensors显示文摘Accurate description of the elastic deformation of the flexsphne is the foundation for optimization design of the structure and conjugate profiles of the harmonic drive gear.This paper proposed an experimental method to investigate the effect of the driving speed on the deformation characteristics of the flexspline.First,an experimental apparatus that integrates a special-fabricated micro-displacement platform and a pair of laser displacement sensors is developed,and the radial displacement of the flexsphne is measured in vertical and horizontal directions.Next,the deformation analyses of the flexsphne at different driving speeds are performed with our method and the conventional method,and the comparison results reveal that the radial displacement of the flexsphne is actually composed of both harmonic and random components,and the amplitude decreases and tends to zero with the increase of the driving speed,especially near the closed end of the flexsphne.Last,the mechanisms of the inherent multi-frequency and amplitude attenuation characteristics of the radial displacement of the flexsphne are discussed.It is indicated that the impact and friction existing in the flexible bearing of the wave generator is likely responsible for the existence of the random component,and the assumption of linear distribution of the flexsphne deformation along the rotating axis is invalid under high speed condition.Our research promotes the further study on the contact-impact problem of the flexible bearing of the wave generator and the transfer characteristic of the elastic deformation of the flexsphne.MA DongHui WU JiaNing LIU Tao YAN ShaoZe 2017Science China(Technological Sciences)2017,60,8:8
5A method for detection and quantification of meshing characteristics of harmonic drive gears using computer vision显示文摘A lack of accurate description of the meshing characteristics and the corresponding frictional mechanism of the harmonic drive gear has limited progress toward modeling the hysteresis stiffness. This paper presents a method for detection and quantification of the meshing characteristics of the harmonic drive gear based on computer vision. First, an experimental set-up that integrates a high speed camera system with a lighting system is developed, and the image processing is adopted to extract and polish the tooth profiles of the meshed teeth pairs in each acquired video sequence. Next, a physical-mathematical model is established to determine the relative positions of the selected tooth pair in the process of the gear engagement, and the combined standard uncertainty is utilized to evaluate the accuracy of the calculated kinematics parameters. Last, the kinematics analysis of the gear engagement under the ultra-low speed condition is performed with our method and previous method, and the influence of the input rotational speed on the results is examined. The results validate the effectiveness of our method, and indicate that the conventional method is not available in the future friction analysis. It is also shown that the engaging-in phase is approximately a uniform motion process, the engaging-out phase is a variable motion process, and these characteristics remain unchanged with the variation of the input rotational speed. 6Alleviation of mycotoxin biodegradation agent on zearalenone and deoxynivalenol toxicosis in immature gilts显示文摘Background: The current study was carried out to evaluate the effects of mycotoxin biodegradation agent(MBA, composed of Bacillus subtilis ANSB01 G and Devosia sp. ANSB714) on relieving zearalenone(ZEA) and deoxynivalenol(DON) toxicosis in immature gilts.Methods: A total of forty pre-pubertal female gilts(61.42 ± 1.18 kg) were randomly allocated to four diet treatments: CO(positive control); MO(negative control, ZEA 596.86 μg/kg feed and DON 796 μg/kg feed);COA(CO + 2 g MBA/kg feed); MOA(MO + 2 g MBA/kg feed). Each treatment contained 10 replicates with 1 gilt per replicate. Gilts were housed in an environmentally controlled room with the partially slatted floor.Results: During the entire experimental period of 28 d, average daily gain(ADG) and average daily feed intake(ADFI)of gilts in MO group was significantly reduced compared with those in CO group. The vulva size of gilts was significantly higher in MO group than CO group. In addition, significant increases in the plasma levels of Ig A,Ig G, IL-8, IL-10 and PRL were determined in MO group compared with that in CO group. ZEA and DON in the diet upregulated apoptotic caspase-3 in ovaries and uteri, along with down-regulated the anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2 in ovaries. The supplementation of MBA into diets co-contaminated with ZEA and DON significantly increased ADG, decreased the vulva sizes, reduced the levels of Ig G, IL-8 and PRL in plasma, and regulated apoptosis in ovaries and uteri of gilts.Conclusions: The present results indicated that feeding diet contaminated with ZEA and DON simultaneously(596.86 μg/kg + 796 μg/kg) had detrimental effects on growth performance, plasma immune function and reproductive status of gilts. 7Electrical transport properties of Fe Se single crystal under high magnetic field显示文摘Understanding the normal electronic state is crucial for unveiling the mechanism of unconventional superconductivity(SC). In this paper, by applying a magnetic field of up to 37T on FeSe single crystals, we could reveal the normal-state transport properties after SC was completely suppressed. The normal-state resistivity exhibited a Fermi liquid behavior at low temperatures. Large orbital magnetoresistance(MR) was observed in the nematic state with H//c, whereas MR was negligible with H//ab. The magnitude of the orbital MR showed an unusual reduction, and Kohler’s rule was severely violated below 10-25 K;these were attributable to spin fluctuations. 8Form Gene Clustering Method about Pan-Ethnic-Group Products Based on Emotional Semantic显示文摘The use of pan-ethnic-group products form knowledge primarily depends on a designer's subjective experience without user participation. The majority of studies primarily focus on the detection of the perceptual demands of consumers from the target product category. A pan-ethnic-group products form gene clustering method based on emotional semantic is constructed. Consumers' perceptual images of the pan-ethnic-group products are obtained by means of product form gene extraction and coding and computer aided product form clustering technology. A case of form gene clustering about the typical pan-ethnic-group products is investigated which indicates that the method is feasible. 9Enhanced Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface Assisted mmWave Communication: A Federated Learning显示文摘Reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)has been proposed as a potential solution to improve the coverage and spectrum efficiency for future wireless communication.However,the privacy of users’data is often ignored in previous works,such as the user’s location information during channel estimation.In this paper,we propose a privacy-preserving design paradigm combining federated learning(FL)with RIS in the mmWave communication system.Based on FL,the local models are trained and encrypted using the private data managed on each local device.Following this,a global model is generated by aggregating them at the central server.The optimal model is trained for establishing the mapping function between channel state information(CSI)and RIS’configuration matrix in order to maximize the achievable rate of the received signal.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme can effectively approach to the theoretical value generated by centralized machine learning(ML),while protecting user’privacy.Lixin Li Donghui Ma Huan Ren Dawei Wang Xiao Tang Wei Liang Tong Bai 2020China Communications2020,17,10:6

12Dynamic prediction of building subsidence deformation with data-based mechanistic self-memory model显示文摘This paper describes a building subsidence deformation prediction model with the self-memorization principle.According to the non-linear specificity and monotonic growth characteristics of the time series of building subsidence deformation,a data-based mechanistic self-memory model considering randomness and dynamic features of building subsidence deformation is established based on the dynamic data retrieved method and the self-memorization equation.This model first deduces the differential equation of the building subsidence deformation system using the dynamic retrieved method,which treats the monitored time series data as particular solutions of the nonlinear dynamic system.Then,the differential equation is evolved into a difference-integral equation by the self-memory function to establish the self-memory model of dynamic system for predicting nonlinear building subsidence deformation.As the memory coefficients of the proposed model are calculated with historical data,which contain useful information for the prediction and overcome the shortcomings of the average prediction,the model can predict extreme values of a system and provide higher fitting precision and prediction accuracy than deterministic or random statistical prediction methods.The model was applied to subsidence deformation prediction of a building in Xi'an.It was shown that the model is valid and feasible in predicting building subsidence deformation with good accuracy.WANG Wei SU JingYu HOU BenWei TIAN Jie MA DongHui 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,26:5
13Chemical formation and source apportionment of PM_(2.5) at an urban site at the southern foot of the Taihang mountains显示文摘The region along the Taihang Mountains in the North China Plain(NCP) is characterized by serious fine particle pollution. To clarify the formation mechanism and controlling factors, an observational study was conducted to investigate the physical and chemical properties of the fine particulate matter in Jiaozuo city, China. Mass concentrations of the water-soluble ions(WSIs) in PM_(2.5) and gaseous pollutant precursors were measured on an hourly basis from December 1, 2017, to February 27, 2018. The positive matrix factorization(PMF) method and the FLEXible PARTicle(FLEXPART) model were employed to identify the sources of PM_(2.5). The results showed that the average mass concentration of PM_(2.5) was 111 μg/m^(3) during the observation period. Among the major WSIs, sulfate, nitrate, and ammonium(SNA) constituted 62% of the total PM_(2.5) mass, and NO_(3)^(-) ranked the highest with an average contribution of 24.6%. NH_(4)^(+) was abundant in most cases in Jiaozuo. According to chemical balance analysis, SO_(2)-4, NO_(3)^(-), and Cl^(-) might be present in the form of(NH_4)_(2)SO_4, NH_4NO_3, NH_4Cl, and KCl. The liquid-phase oxidation of SO_(2) and NO_(2) was severe during the haze period. The relative humidity and pH were the key factors influencing SO_(4)^(2-) formation. We found that NO_(3)^(-) mainly stemmed from homogeneous gas-phase reactions in the daytime and originated from the hydrolysis of N_(2)O_5 in the nighttime, which was inconsistent with previous studies. 15The Tibetan Plateau Surface–Atmosphere Coupling System and Its Weather and Climate Effects: The Third Tibetan Plateau Atmospheric Science Experiment显示文摘The Tibetan Plateau(TP) is a key area affecting forecasts of weather and climate in China and occurrences of extreme weather and climate events over the world. The China Meteorological Administration, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences jointly initiated the Third Tibetan Plateau Atmospheric Science Experiment(TIPEX-Ⅲ) in 2013, with an 8–10-yr implementation plan. Since its preliminary field measurements conducted in 2013, routine automatic sounding systems have been deployed at Shiquanhe, Gaize, and Shenzha stations in western TP, where no routine sounding observations were available previously. The observational networks for soil temperature and soil moisture in the central and western TP have also been established. Meanwhile, the plateau-scale and regional-scale boundary layer observations, cloud–precipitation microphysical observations with multiple radars and aircraft campaigns, and tropospheric–stratospheric air composition observations at multiple sites, were performed. The results so far show that the turbulent heat exchange coefficient and sensible heat flux are remarkably lower than the earlier estimations at grassland, meadow, and bare soil surfaces of the central and western TP. Climatologically, cumulus clouds over the main body of the TP might develop locally instead of originating from the cumulus clouds that propagate northward from South Asia. The TIPEX-Ⅲ observations up to now also reveal diurnal variations, macro-and microphysical characteristics, and water-phase transition mechanisms, of cumulus clouds at Naqu station. Moreover, TIPEX-Ⅲ related studies have proposed a maintenance mechanism responsible for the Asian 'atmospheric water tower' and demonstrated the effects of the TP heating anomalies on African, Asian, and North American climates. Additionally, numerical modeling studies show that the Γ distribution of raindrop size is more suitable for depicting the TP raindrop characteristics compared to the M–P distribution, the overestimation of sensible heat flux can be reduced via modifying the heat transfer parameterization over the TP, and considering climatic signals in some key areas of the TP can improve the skill for rainfall forecast in the central and eastern parts of China. 16Integrated risk assessment of complex disaster system based on a non-linear information dynamics model显示文摘This paper describes a non-linear information dynamics model for integrated risk assessment of complex disaster system from an evolution perspective. According to the occurrence and evolution of natural disaster system with complicated and nonlinear characteristics, a non-linear information dynamics mode is introduced based on the maximum flux principle during modeling process to study the integrated risk assessment of complex disaster system. Based on the non-equilibrium statistical mechanics method, a stochastic evolution equation of this system is established. The integrated risk assessment of complex disaster system can be achieved by giving reasonable weights of each evaluation index to stabilize the system. The new model reveals the formation pattern of risk grade and the dynamics law of evolution. Meanwhile, a method is developed to solve the dynamics evolution equations of complex system through the self-organization feature map algorithm. The proposed method has been used in complex disaster integrated risk assessment for 31 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in China mainland. 17Preparation and flexural properties of biomimetic laminated boards made from starch and maize stalk fiber显示文摘In this study,maize stalk tegument separated from the maize pith was crushed to obtain the fiber.The cross-linking maize starch adhesives considering four main factors(water content,gelatinization temperature,NaOH as gelatinization agent and Na2B4O7·10H2O as cross-linking agent)with three levels were prepared based on an orthogonal test scheme L9(34)in order to increase the water-resisting property and the bonding strength of the common maize starch adhesives.The bonding properties of maize starch adhesives were characterized using shearing strength under compression loading.Physical models of fiber reinforced composites were established according to the microstructure analysis of the four species of insects’elytra including Protaetia orentalis,Copris ochus Motschulsky,Anoplophora chinensis and Cytister bengalensis Aube,which will provide the biomimetic models for the biomimetic laminated boards.The maize stalk fiber biomimetic laminated boards were prepared based on the structural models of the elytra material.The flexural strength and flexural elastic modulus of the biomimetic boards were examined.The results showed that the flexural strengths of the single layer jute fiber,-reinforced maize stalk fiber boards and the dual layer jute fiber reinforced maize stalk fiber boards are higher than those of the common maize stalk fiber boards and the other three groups of jute fiber hybrid reinforced stalk fiber boards because of the biomimetic laminated design.Zhang Fu Wu Na Tong Jin Zhou Jiang Yang Xin Ma Yunhai Chen Donghui Sun Jiyu 2009International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2009,2,2:3
18Amorphous TiO_2-supported Keggin-type ionic liquid catalyst catalytic oxidation of dibenzothiophene in diesel显示文摘Supported ionic liquid(IL) catalysts [C_nmim]_3PMo_(12)O_(40)/Am TiO_2(amorphous TiO_2) were synthesized through a one-step method for extraction coupled catalytic oxidative desulfurization(ECODS) system. Characterizations such as FTIR, DRS,wide-angle XRD, N_2 adsorption–desorption and XPS were applied to analyze the morphology and Keggin structure of the catalysts. In ECODS with hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant, it was found that ILs with longer alkyl chains in the cationic moiety had a better effect on the removal of dibenzothiophene. The desulfurization could reach 100% under optimal conditions, and GC–MS analysis was employed to detect the oxidized product after the reaction. Factors affecting the desulfurization efficiencies were discussed, and a possible mechanism was proposed. In addition, cyclic experiments were also conducted to investigate the recyclability of the supported catalyst. 19High-efficient solar-driven hydrogen production by full-spectrum synergistic photo-thermo-catalytic methanol steam reforming with in-situ photoreduced Pt-CuO_(x) catalyst显示文摘Synergy between the intrinsic photon and thermal effects from full-spectrum sunlight for H_(2) production is considered to be central to further improve solar-driven H_(2) production.To that end,the photo-thermocatalyst that demonstrates both photoelectronic and photothermal conversion capabilities have drawn much attention recently.Here,we propose a novel synergistic full-spectrum photo-thermo-catalysis technique for high-efficient H_(2) production by solar-driven methanol steam reforming(MSR),along with the Pt-Cu Oxphoto-thermo-catalyst featuring Pt-Cu/Cu_(2)O/CuO heterojunctions by Pt-mediated in-situ photoreduction of Cu O.The results show that the H_(2) production performance rises superlinearly with increasing light intensity.The optimal H_(2) production rate of 1.6 mol g^(-1) h^(-1) with the corresponding solar-to-hydrogen conversion efficiency of 7%and the CO selectivity of 5%is achieved under 15×sun full-spectrum irradiance(1×sun=1 k W m^(-2))at 180°C,which is much more efficient than the previously-reported Cu-based thermo-catalysts for MSR normally operating at 250~350°C.These attractive performances result from the optimized reaction kinetics in terms of intensified intermediate adsorption and accelerated carrier transfer by long-wave photothermal effect,and reduced activation barrier by short-wave photoelectronic effect,due to the broadened full-spectrum absorbability of catalyst.This work has brought us into the innovative technology of full-spectrum synergistic photothermo-catalysis,which is envisioned to expand the application fields of high-efficient solar fuel production.Donghui Li Jie Sun Rong Ma Jinjia Wei 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,8:3
