2Synthesis and electrochemical performance of LiCoPO_4 micron-rods by dispersant-aided hydrothermal method for lithium ion batteries显示文摘LiCoPO4 micron-rods with an average diameter of about 500 nm and length of about 5 μm were synthesized by dispersant-aided hydrothermal method. Poly(n-vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP) was used as dispersant in the hydrothermal method. The starting solution and the concentration of dispersant have significant influences on the morphology of LiCoPO4,and the electrochemical performance is improved via controlling the particle size and morphology by the hydrothermal method. 3Mussel-inspired nanozyme catalyzed conductive and self-setting hydrogel for adhesive and antibacterial bioelectronics显示文摘Adhesive hydrogels have broad applications ranging from tissue engineering to bioelectronics;however,fabricating adhesive hydrogels with multiple functions remains a challenge.In this study,a mussel-inspired tannic acid chelated-Ag(TA-Ag)nanozyme with peroxidase(POD)-like activity was designed by the in situ reduction of ultrasmall Ag nanoparticles(NPs)with TA.The ultrasmall TA-Ag nanozyme exhibited high catalytic activity to induce hydrogel self-setting without external aid.The nanozyme retained abundant phenolic hydroxyl groups and maintained the dynamic redox balance of phenol-quinone,providing the hydrogels with long-term and repeatable adhesiveness,similar to the adhesion of mussels.The phenolic hydroxyl groups also afforded uniform distribution of the nanozyme in the hydrogel network,thereby improving its mechanical properties and conductivity.Furthermore,the nanozyme endowed the hydrogel with antibacterial activity through synergistic effects of the reactive oxygen species generated via POD-like catalytic reactions and the intrinsic bactericidal activity of Ag.Owing to these advantages,the ultrasmall TA-Ag nanozyme-catalyzed hydrogel could be effectively used as an adhesive,antibacterial,and implantable bioelectrode to detect bio-signals,and as a wound dressing to accelerate tissue regeneration while preventing infection.Therefore,this study provides a promising approach for the fabrication of adhesive hydrogel bioelectronics with multiple functions via mussel-inspired nanozyme catalysis.Zhanrong Jia Xuanhan Lv Yue Hou Kefeng Wang Fuzeng Ren Dingguo Xu Qun Wang Kelong Fan Chaoming Xie Xiong Lu 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,9:7

5Farmers' vulnerability to flood risk: A case study in the Poyang Lake Region显示文摘This paper quantitatively explores farmers' vulnerability to flood in the Poyang Lake Region (PLR) with the supports of GIS spatial functions. The analysis consists of three major steps,which is based on the spatial unit of township. Firstly,the spatial extent and charac-teristics of flood risk areas were determined using a digital elevation model (DEM) derived from the 1:50,000 topographic map. Secondly,for each of the township,six indices indicating the economic activities of local farmers were calculated. These indices are: rural population proportion,cultivated land proportion,GDP per unit area,employment proportion of primary industry,net rural income per capita and agricultural income proportion. These six indices were then normalized and used for later vulnerability assessment. Thirdly,the normalized indices (as GIS data layers) were overlaid with the flood risk areas to produce the risk coeffi-cient for each township and to calculate the overall vulnerability for each township. The analysis results show that in the PLR there are high flood risk areas where the farmers' livings are seriously influenced or threatened. About 55.56% of the total 180 townships in the flood risk areas have a high degree of flood vulnerability. 6Enabling an intrinsically safe and high-energy-density 4.5 V-class Li-ion battery with nonflammable electrolyte显示文摘Developing nonflammable electrolyte with a wide electrochemical window has become an urgent demand for high-energy-density and high-safe lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).Herein,a fluorinated nonflammable phosphate electrolyte is developed to construct a safe 4.5 V-class LIB(Si-SiC-C/0.35Li2MnO3-0.65LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2).The proposed fluorinated phosphate electrolyte,0.8 M LiPF6/tris(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)phosphate(TFEP)+5 vol%fluoroethylene carbonate(FEC)+5 vol%vinylene carbonate(VC),is not only completely nonflammable but also exhibits excellent oxidative/reductive stability on 0.35Li2MnO30.65LiNi0.5Mn0.5O2 cathode and Si-SiC-C anode.The in situ differential electrochemical mass spectrometry and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy proved that TFEP-based electrolyte does not decompose into gases but forms a high-quality electrode-electrolyte interface on cathode surface at high working potential.The 4.5 V-class LIBs using 0.8 M LiPF6 TFEP-based nonflammable electrolyte shed some light on potential application for high-safe and low-cost larger-scale energy storage.Ziqi Zeng Xingwei Liu Xiaoyu Jiang Zhenjie Liu Zhangquan Peng Xiangming Feng Weihua Chen Dingguo Xia Xinping Ai Hanxi Yang Yuliang Cao 2020InfoMat2020,2,5:6
7Preparation, characterization and electrochemical properties of mesoporous LiFe_(0.99)Mo_(0.01)PO_4/C显示文摘A mesoporous LiFe0.99Mo0.01PO4/C composite was synthesized by the sol-gel method using (NH4)2MoO4 as a doping starting material. The formation of conductive carbon, metal doping and mesopores was achieved simultaneously in the prepared material. The characterizations of crystal structures and microstructures were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), extended X-ray-absorption fine-structure (EXAFS) and X-ray-absorption near-structure spectroscopy (XANES), while the surface area was determined using N2 adsorption techniques. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and charge-discharge cycling performance were used to characterize its electrochemical properties. The sample possessed uniformly distributed mesopores with an average pore size of 4 nm, and the specific surface area was about 69.368 m2/g. The results show that the reversible capacity of mesoporous LiFe0.99Mo0.01PO4/C is about 160 mAh/g at 0.1C, 135 mAh/g at 1C and 90 mAh/g at 5C, respectively. 8De-farming and Ecological Restoration in the Loess Hilly-gully Region in Northern China显示文摘De-farming has been a powerful measure taken by the central and local governments of China for ecological restoration in the loess hilly-gully region since 2000. In years past, aid-based de-farming pattern was far and wide popularized in the region and terrace-based de-farming pattern demonstrated in a few small watersheds was also rather effective for ecological restoration. After summing up the features of three patterns (aid-based de-farming slope farmland more than 25°(AD25), aid-based de-farming slope farmland more than 15° (AD15) and terrace-based de-farming (TD)), this paper analyzed the regional difference of these patterns in de-farming area, ecological restoration, investment demand and so on. 10All boron-based 2D material as anode material in Li-ion batteries显示文摘To design the high-energy-density Li-ion batteries, the anode materials with high specific capacity have attracted much attention. In this work, we adopt the first principles calculations to investigate the possibility of a new two dimensional boron material, named BG, as anode material for Li-ion batteries. The calculated results show that the maximum theoretical specific capacity of B_G is 1653 m Ah g^(-1)(LiB1.5).Additionally, the energy barriers of Li ion and Li vacancy diffusion are 330 meV and 110 meV, respectively, which imply fast charge and discharge ability for BGas an anode material. 11Failure mechanisms of bolted flanges in aero-engine casings subjected to impact loading显示文摘In this paper,a failure evaluation criterion was proposed for the bolted casing-flange structure under impact loading.Subsequently,ballistic tests with eighteen bolted casing-flange structure specimens were conducted to validate the failure evaluation criterion.Parameter studies were then carried out using the validated FE models.Both the experimental and numerical results demonstrated the accuracy of the failure evaluation criterion.The failure evaluation criterion provided a quick and easy way to determine the failure mode of the casing connection area by using the materials and dimensions of the structure.Based on the failure evaluation criterion,designing the structural failure mode of the bolted casing-flange structure to be between flange failure and bolt failure can improve the impact resistance of the connection area of the aero-engine casings.This investigation revealed that the impact failure is not the unique criterion in evaluating the containment of the casing connection area,structural failure should also be involved in the evaluation criteria.Zhenzhong CAO Fan ZHANG Dingguo ZHANG Yi YU Liang LI Xian GUO 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,12:3
12Identification of reversible insertion-type lithium storage reaction of manganese oxide with long cycle lifespan显示文摘Recently,MnO2 has gained attention as an electrode material because of its very high theoretical capacity and abundant availability.However,the very high volumetric change caused by its conversion-type reaction results in bad reversibility of charge-discharge.In this study,δ-MnO2 of thickness 8 nm anchored on the surface of carbon nanotubes(CNT)by Mn-O-C chemical bonding is synthesized via a facile hydrothermal method.Numerous ex-situ characterizations of the lithium storage process were performed.Furthermore,density functional theory(DFT)calculations indicated thatδ-MnO2(012)thermodynamically prefers bonding with CNTs.Moreover,the interfacial interaction reinforces the connection of Mn-O and reduces the bond strength of Li-O in lithiated MnO2,which could facilitate an intercalation-type lithium storage reaction.Consequently,the as-synthesizedδ-MnO2 retains an excellent reversible capacity of 577.5 mAh g-1 in 1000 cycles at a high rate of 2 A g-1 between 0.1 V and 3.0 V.The results of this study demonstrate the possibility of employing the cost-effective transition metal oxides as intercalation lithium storage dominant electrodes for advanced rechargeable batteries.Yuxuan Zhang Fang Lian Jianhao Lu Laijun Ma Ning Chen Yanan Chen Dingguo Xia 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,7:3

14Analysis of dynamic stress intensity factors of thick-walled cylinder under internal impulsive pressure显示文摘Dynamic stress intensity factors are evaluated forthick-walled cylinder with a radial edge crack under internalimpulsive pressure. Firstly, the equation for stress intensityfactors under static uniform pressure is used as the referencecase, and then the weight function for a thick-walled cylindercontaining a radial edge crack can be worked out. Secondly,the dynamic stresses in uncracked thick-walled cylindersare solved under internal impulsive pressure by using modeshape function method. The solution consists of a quasi-staticsolution satisfying inhomogeneous boundary conditions anda dynamic solution satisfying homogeneous boundary conditions,and the history and distribution of dynamic stresses inthick-walled cylinders are derived in terms of Fourier-Besselseries. Finally, the dynamic stress intensity factor equationsfor thick-walled cylinder containing a radial edge crack subjectedto internal impulsive pressure are given by dynamicweight function method. 15Bridge the Gap Between Full-Reference and No-Reference:A Totally Full-Reference Induced Blind Image Quality Assessment via Deep Neural Networks显示文摘Blind image quality assessment(BIQA)is of fundamental importance in low-level computer vision community.Increasing interest has been drawn in exploiting deep neural networks for BIQA.Despite of the notable success achieved,there is a broad consensus that training deep convolutional neural networks(DCNN)heavily relies on massive annotated data.Unfortunately,BIQA is typically a small sample problem,resulting the generalization ability of BIQA severely restricted.In order to improve the accuracy and generalization ability of BIQA metrics,this work proposed a totally opinion-unaware BIQA in which no subjective annotations are involved in the training stage.Multiple full-reference image quality assessment(FR-IQA)metrics are employed to label the distorted image as a substitution of subjective quality annotation.A deep neural network(DNN)is trained to blindly predict the multiple FR-IQA score in absence of corresponding pristine image.In the end,a selfsupervised FR-IQA score aggregator implemented by adversarial auto-encoder pools the predictions of multiple FR-IQA scores into the final quality predicting score.Even though none of subjective scores are involved in the training stage,experimental results indicate that our proposed full reference induced BIQA framework is as competitive as state-of-the-art BIQA metrics.Xiaoyu Ma Suiyu Zhang Chang Liu Dingguo Yu 2023China Communications2023,20,6:2
16Spinel Li Mn_(2)O_(4)integrated with coating and doping by Sn self-segregation显示文摘The development of high-performance and low-cost cathode materials is of great significance for the progress in lithium-ion batteries.The use of Co and even Ni is not conducive to the sustainable and healthy development of the power battery industry owing to their high cost and limited resources.Here,we report LiMn_(2)O_(4)integrated with coating and doping by Sn self-segregation.Auger electron energy spectrum and soft X-ray absorption spectrum show that the coating is Sn-rich LiMn_(2)O_(4),with a small Sn doping in the bulk phase.The integration strategy can not only mitigate the Jahn–Teller distortion but also effectively avoid the dissolution of manganese.The as-obtained product demonstrates superior high initial capacities of 124 mAh·g^(-1)and 120 mAh·g^(-1)with the capacity retention of 91.1%and 90.2%at 25℃and55℃after 50 cycles,respectively.This novel material-processing method highlights a new development direction for the progress of cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries.Huaifang Shang Dingguo Xia 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,5:2
17Wood Properties of Poplar from Stand Affected by Acid Rain显示文摘Wood properties from 28 trees (Populus euramericana) selected from healthy and acid rain damaged forest were measured to evaluate the possible impacts on wood quality and utilization. On the heavily damaged location, the pH value of precipitation ranged from 3.7-5.0, and sulfate loading ranged from 20-40 kg·ha-2.y-1.
