1Phase boundary engineering of metal-organic-framework-derived carbonaceous nickel selenides for sodium-ion batteries显示文摘Nano Research volume 13,pages2289–2298(2020)Cite this article 347 Accesses 1 Altmetric Metrics details Abstract Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)are promising power sources due to the low cost and abundance of battery-grade sodium resources,while practical SIBs suffer from intrinsically sluggish diffusion kinetics and severe volume changes of electrode materials.Metal-organic framework(MOFs)derived carbonaceous metal compound offer promising applications in electrode materials due to their tailorable composition,nanostructure,chemical and physical properties.Here,we fabricated hierarchical MOF-derived carbonaceous nickel selenides with bi-phase composition for enhanced sodium storage capability.As MOF formation time increases,the pyrolyzed and selenized products gradually transform from a single-phase Ni3Se4 into bi-phase NiSex then single-phase NiSe2,with concomitant morphological evolution from solid spheres into hierarchical urchin-like yolk-shell structures.As SIBs anodes,bi-phase NiSex@C/CNT-10h(10 h of hydrothermal synthesis time)exhibits a high specific capacity of 387.1 mAh/g at 0.1 A/g,long cycling stability of 306.3 mAh/g at a moderately high current density of 1 A/g after 2,000 cycles.Computational simulation further proves the lattice mismatch at the phase boundary facilitates more interstitial space for sodium storage.Our understanding of the phase boundary engineering of transformed MOFs and their morphological evolution is conducive to fabricate novel composites/hybrids for applications in batteries,catalysis,sensors,and environmental remediation.Shiyao Lu Hu Wu Jingwei Hou Limin Liu Jiao Li Chris J.Harris Cheng-Yen Lao Yuzheng Guo Kai Xi Shujiang Ding Guoxin Gao Anthony K.Cheetham R.Vasant Kumar 2020Nano Research2020,13,8:4
2Vorolanib,an oral VEGFR/PDGFR dual tyrosine kinase inhibitor for treatment of patients with advanced solid tumors:An open-label,phaseⅠdose escalation and dose expansion trial显示文摘Objective:This study evaluated the safety and preliminary efficacy of vorolanib,a novel tyrosine kinase inhibitor,for treatment of patients with advanced solid tumors.Methods:During dose escalation,patients received increasing doses of oral vorolanib(50-250 mg once daily)in cycles of four weeks for up to one year.During dose expansion,patients received recommended doses(100 and 200 mg)in 4-week cycles.The primary endpoint was to determine the safety and maximum tolerated dose and/or the recommended phase II dose(RP2 D).The severity and type of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)were assessed using the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events version 4.0.The second endpoint was preliminary efficacy in terms of objective response and progression-free survival(PFS).Results:No dose-limiting toxicity occurred during dose escalation(50-250 mg).Five(26.3%)patients in the escalation cohort(n=19)and 12(48.0%)in the expansion cohort(n=25)experienced grade 3 ADRs.The most common ADRs were hair color changes,fatigue,portal hypertension,hypertriglyceridemia,and proteinuria.During dose expansion,the patients treated with 200 mg and 100 mg(once daily)showed an objective response rate of 22.2%and 5.9%,respectively;the disease control rate was 88.9%and 73.3%,respectively;the median PFS was9.9[95%confidence interval(95%CI):7.4-not reached]months and 3.8(95%CI:1.9-not reached)months,respectively.Conclusions:Oral vorolanib at a dose of 200 mg(once daily)exhibited an acceptable safety profile and favorable clinical benefit for patients with advanced solid tumors.The RP2 D for vorolanib was determined to be 200 mg as a daily regimen.Yan Song Jinwan Wang Xiubao Ren Jie Jin Li Mao Chris Liang Lieming Ding Lin Yang 2021Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2021,33,1:2
