| 1 | In-situ lunar dust deposition amount induced by lander landing in Chang’E-3 mission显示文摘China first in-situ lunar dust experiment is performed by a lunar dust detector in Chang’E-3 mission. The existed dust(less than 20 μm in diameter) properties, such as levitation, transportation and adhesion, are critical constraints for future lunar exploration program and even manned lunar exploration. Based on the problems discussed above, the in-situ lunar dust detector is originally designed to characterize dust deposition properties induced by lander landing as a function of environmental temperature, solar incident angle and orbit short circuit current on the northern Mare Imbrium, aiming to study lunar dust deposition properties induced by lander landing in depth. This paper begins with a brief of introduction of Chang’E-3 lunar dust detector design,followed by a series of experimental analysis of this instrument under different influencing factors, and concludes with lunar dust mass density deposition amount observed on the first lunar day is about 0.83 mg/cm^2, which is less than that observed in Apollo 11 mission because the landing site of Chang’E-3 has the youngest mare basalts comparing with previous Apollo and lunar landing sites. | 3 | A simple way to make pre-stressed ceramics with high strength显示文摘A pre-stressing design and a simple fabrication technology to substantially improve the strength of ceramic components are presented.Residual surface compressive stress is generated in ceramic components by pressureless sintering of a green bulk coated with a thin layer of low coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE).The stress level can be controlled by changing the cross-section area ratio,Young's modulus ratio and CTE ratio of the coating.Pre-stressed ZrO_(2) ceramics coated with Al_(2)O_(3) can achieve a flexural strength of 1330±52MPa,45% higher than their uncoated counterpart.Similarly,the flexural strength of building porcelain tiles is increased by 70%,from 67±3 MPa to 114±5MPa.The damage tolerance of pre-stressed ZrO_(2) ceramics is excellent with a high residual strength of ~1200 MPa in a thermal shock test at 325℃.This simple technique can improve the mechanical performance of ceramic components with no limitation of size and shape. | Yiwang Bao Fenghua Kuang Yi Sun Yueming Li Detian Wan Zongyang Shen Delong Ma Lingfeng He | 2019 | Journal of Materiomics2019,5,4: | 7 |

| 9 | Pore Structure and Multi-Scale Fractal Characteristics of Adsorbed Pores in Marine Shale:A Case Study of the Lower Silurian Longmaxi Shale in the Sichuan Basin,China显示文摘Exploration practice indicates that free gas is the key to the large-scale development of shale gas,while adsorbed gas is also of great significance to the sustainable development of shale gas,and thus systematic researches on absorbed pores are needed.To date,researches on pore structure and multi-scale fractal characteristics of absorbed pores in marine shale are obviously insufficient,limited the understanding of gas production behavior from shale reservoir.In this study,total organic carbon(TOC),X-ray diffraction(XRD),CH_(4) adsorption,field emission electron microscopy(FE-SEM),and low temperature gas(i.e.,CO_(2)and N_(2))adsorption/desorption analyses were conducted on 10 continuously core samples from the Lower Silurian Longmaxi shale in the Fuling region of Sichuan Basin,China.The results indicate that the TOC content of marine shale samples changes from 0.95%to 4.55%with an average of 2.62%,showing an increasing trend with the increase of burial depth;moreover,quartz and clay are the dominated mineral compositions in marine shale,and they show a certain negative correlation.FE-SEM analysis indicates that almost all pore types in marine shale are related to organic matter(OM).Hysteresis loops of marine shale samples mainly belong to Type H2,further indicating that the pores in marine shale are mainly ink-bottle pores(i.e.,OM pores);moreover,adsorption isotherms obtained from CO_(2)adsorption data all belong to typeⅠ,indicating microporous properties for all shale samples.Comprehensive analysis indicates that pore volume and pore surface area of adsorbed pores(<300 nm)is mainly provided by the pores within the pore range of 0.6–0.7,0.80–0.85,and 1.7–5.0 nm.Based on the micropore filling model and the Frenkel-Halsey-Hill(FHH)model,multiscale fractal dimensions(D1,D2,and D3)are calculated from gas adsorption data(i.e.,CO_(2)and N_(2)),corresponding to part of micropore(0.6–1.1 nm),small-mesopore(1.7–5.0 nm),big-mespore and part of macropore(5.0–300 nm),respectively.Relationships between shale compositions,pore structure,and fractal dimensions(D1,D2,and D3)indicate that pore structure and multi-scale fractal characteristics of absorbed pores in marine shale are obviously influenced by the contents of TOC and quartz,while clay minerals have little effect on them.Comprehensive analysis indicates that the complexity of marine shale pores within the range of 0.6–1.1 and 1.7–5.0 nm has significant effects on CH_(4) adsorbability,while the larger pores(5.0–300 nm)almost have no effect. | Haijiao Fu Detian Yan Chenpeng Yao Xianbo Su Xiaoming Wang Hu Wang Yueguo Li | 2022 | Journal of Earth Science2022,33,5: | 1 |

| 12 | Raw material of water-washed hydrochar was critical for the mitigation of GHGI in infertile paddy soil:a column experiment显示文摘Water washing is a meaningful method to improve the surface’characteristic of hydrochar produced using hydrothermal carbonization and minimize the negative effect on crop growth.However,the greenhouse effect resulting from water-washed hydrochar application was unclear in agricultural ecosystems.Hence,the effect of water-washed hydrochar on methane and nitrous oxide emissions was analyzed in an infertile paddy soil based on a soil-column experiment.Sawdust-derived hydro-char(WSH)and wheat straw-derived hydrochar(WWH)after water washing were selected and applied with low(5‰,w/w;8.5 t ha^(−1))or high addition rate(15‰,w/w;25.5 t ha^(−1)).The study indicated that water-washed hydrochar could increase the grain yield;the difference between WWH with 5‰application rate and CKU treatments was significant.WSH signifi-cantly decreased CH4 and N2O emissions in comparison with WWH addition treatments.For the same material,there were trends in reducing greenhouse gas(GHG)emissions at low application rate,although the differences were not significant.Compared with all treatments,WSH with 5‰application rate achieved the lowest seasonal emissions for both GHGs.The mcrA gene was the critical factor affecting CH4 emission;soil NO_(3)^(−)-N concentration and the copy numbers of nirK,nirS,and nosZ jointly affected N2O emissions.Benefits from the high yield and low global warming potential,GHG emission intensity(GHGI)at low application rate was lower than at high application rate for WSH.Overall,the response of GHG emissions to water-washed hydrochar varies with the derived feedstock;WSH is a good additive for the mitigation of GHGI. | Yuanyuan Wu Pengfu Hou Zhi Guo Haijun Sun Detian Li Lihong Xue Yanfang Feng Shan Yu Linzhang Yang Baoshan Xing | 2021 | Biochar2021,3,3: | 0 |

| 14 | Combining indicators analysis and chemometrics to trace the geographical origin of crude oil显示文摘Geographic traceability is crucial to global oil trade security.This study discusses the possibility of using multivariate statistical methods combined with multi-indicator analysis to identify samples of crude oil imports from five major countries to China.The physicochemical properties and trace elements of crude oil were detected by Petroleum product standards and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).Eight indexes(moisture,density,sulfur content,acid value,organochlorine,carbon residual,V,and Ni)were analyzed.Principal component analysis(PCA),hierarchical clustering analysis(HCA),Orthogonal projections to lateen structures-discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA),and other multivariate data analysis methods were used to determine the geographical origin of crude oil samples.Satisfying results have been obtained using PCA to reduce the dimensions of the indicators of crude oil from different origins.It allows the reduction of 8 variables to 3 principal components and accounts for 80.06%of the total variance.The HCA shows five clusters corresponding to five sources of crude oil.This will help to improve the utilization rate of crude oil with different characteristics,improve the quality of crude oil trade,and ensure the high quality of crude oil trade.For the sample set used for modeling,the model's accuracy was 97.19%after OPLS-DA optimization.These results show that the combination of multi-index analysis and stoichiometry is an effective tool for identifying crude oil origin,which fills the technical gap in the rapid identification of crude oil origin. | Tong Li Detian Yan Wenjie Liang Xiaosong Wei | 2023 | Petroleum Research2023,8,4: | 0 |
| 15 | Comparative DNA-methylome and transcriptome analysis reveals heterosis-and polyploidy-associated epigenetic changes in rice显示文摘Heterosis and polyploidy have an overwhelming influence on plant evolution.Recently,polyploid rice hybrids have been used to breed new rice varieties because they combine the advantages of both heterosis and polyploidy.In this study,we generated six rice lines:autotetraploid rice hybrids and their autotetraploid parents,diploid donors,and hybrids of the diploid donors.To investigate the molecular mechanism controlling the effects of both hybridization and polyploidization,we performed bisulfite and RNA sequencing on young panicles at the pollen meiosis stage to compare the DNA metabolomes and transcriptomes among the six rice lines.The hybrids lines were hypermethylated compared to their corresponding parents and the autotetraploid lines showed globally increased DNA methylation of their transposable elements compared to the diploid donors.The alteration in DNA methylation level corresponded to the differential gene expressions among the rice genotypes,suggesting that methylation changes induced by polyploidization and hybridization may affect gene expression.Groups of gene candidates were identified that may be associated with heterosis and polyploidy.Our results provide DNA information that can be used to investigate epigenetic modification during heterosis and polyploidy in rice. | Xiaolan Rao Jun Ren Wei Wang Rongrong Chen Qian Xie Yanqing Xu Dongmei Li Zhaojian Song Yuchi He Detian Cai Pingfang Yang Shiyou Lyu Li Li Wei Liu Xianhua Zhang | 2023 | The Crop Journal2023,11,2: | 0 |
