| 1 | Environmental magnetic studies of lacustrine sediments显示文摘In recent decades, environmental magnetism has become an important method for studying past global climatic and environmental changes. For an environmental magnetic study, it is important to understand the magnetic properties of various magnetic minerals in lacustrine sediments and the processes involved in the formation, transport, and preservation of these magnetic minerals. The magnetic response of lacustrine sediments to climatic change may vary widely from lake to lake. To reconstruct the processes contributing to paleoclimatic and paleoenvironmental change, it is, therefore, necessary to derive a complete understanding of the potential origin of the magnetic signal observed. | HU Shouyun, DENG Chenglong, E. | 2 | SYNTHESIS OF ULTRAFINE PLZT POWDER BY A SIMPLE CO-PRECIPITATION METHOD显示文摘Starting from cheap inorganic salts , ultrafine P L Z T po w ders were synthesized by a co pre cipitation m ethod . The results show that the precursor precipitate obtained by the co precipita tion method transfor ms co m pletely to P L Z T phase by calcining at 420 ℃ for 4 hours , about300 ℃low er than the nor m al transform ation te m perature of P L Z T obtained by m ixed oxidemethod . The effect of residual N H4 N O3 in the precursor precipitate on transfor m ation te m perature of the P L Z Tpow der w as investigated . The residual N H4 N O3 in the precursor po w der can reduce further the P L Z Ttransfor m ation tem perature to about 300 ℃, but a sm alla mount of Zr O2 and Pb Ti O3 re m ained . | 5 | Winds and buoyancy-driven circulation in the Tampa Bay显示文摘The present study is concentrated on the empirical studies on the circulation in the Tampa Bay by analyzing velocity data at the Skyway Bridge Station in the Tampa Bay. Analyses focus on three factors responsible for the circulation: tides, winds and buoyancy gradients. The analysis of the current data obtained at the Skyway Bridge Station shows these three components of the circulation: the tidal currents are nearly uniform with depth; a vigorous and persistent buoyancy-driven mean now is directed into the bay at this location with speed of about 6 -- 8 cm/s; and synoptic scale wind fluctuations result in similarly large current fluctuations with winds blowing into the bay causing currents to flow out of the bay, and the versa. | Li Zhen Robert H. | 8 | Free Boundary Problem of Non-steady State Seepage Flow显示文摘Along with the vigorous developing construction, the number of various underground engineerings is greatly increasing. Such as: the foundations of dams and high- rise multistoried houses, subways and tunnels, water and oil wells etc., where the close attention is always payed to the seepage behaviour in the media around the structures. The Variational inequality formulation and its FEM solution for the free boundary problem of 2D steady state seepage flow was given by the authors.In this paper a further investigation is made on the non-steady state seepage problem, taken the seepage flow of wells as an example. Conclusions: Thefindings of thisstudy suggestthatpatientsw ith POFhaveincreased Th1 cellactivation, w hich m ay be related to the pathogenesisof POF.
