| 2 | ILC3-derived OX40L is essential for homeostasis of intestinal Tregs in immunodeficient mice显示文摘OX40L is one of the co-stimulatory molecules that can be expressed by splenic lymphoid tissue inducer(Lti)cells,a subset of group 3 innate lymphoid cells(ILC3s).OX40L expression in subsets of intestinal ILC3s and the molecular regulation of OX40L expression in ILC3s are unknown.Here,we showed intestinal ILC3s marked as an OX40L high population among all the intestinal leukocytes and were the dominant source of OX40L in Rag1–/–mice.All ILC3 subsets expressed OX40L,and NCR–ILC3s were the most abundant source of OX40L.The expression of OX40L in ILC3s could be upregulated during inflammation.In addition to tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-like cytokine 1A(TL1A),which has been known as a trigger for OX40L,we found that Poly(I:C)representing viral stimulus promoted OX40L expression in ILC3s via a cell-autonomous manner.Furthermore,we demonstrated that IL-7-STAT5 signaling sustained OX40L expression by ILC3s.Intestinal regulatory T cells(Tregs),most of which expressed OX40,had defective expansion in chimeric mice,in which ILC3s were specifically deficient for OX40L expression.Consistently,co-localization of Tregs and ILC3s was found in the cryptopatches of the intestine,which suggests the close interaction between ILC3s and Tregs.Our study has unveiled the crosstalk between Tregs and ILC3s in mucosal tissues through OX40–OX40L signaling,which is crucial for the homeostasis of intestinal Tregs. | Tian Deng Caixia Suo Jiali Chang Rui Yang Jingyu Li Ting Cai Ju Qiu | 2020 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2020,17,2: | 3 |

| 5 | Ten-mega-pixel snapshot compressive imaging with a hybrid coded aperture显示文摘High-resolution images are widely used in our everyday life;however,high-speed video capture is more challenging due to the low frame rate of cameras working at the high-resolution mode.The main bottleneck lies in the low throughput of existing imaging systems.Toward this end,snapshot compressive imaging(SCI)was proposed as a promising solution to improve the throughput of imaging systems by compressive sampling and computational reconstruction.During acquisition,multiple high-speed images are encoded and collapsed to a single measurement.Then,algorithms are employed to retrieve the video frames from the coded snapshot.Recently developed plug-and-play algorithms made the SCI reconstruction possible in large-scale problems.However,the lack of high-resolution encoding systems still precludes SCI’s wide application.Thus,in this paper,we build,to the best of our knowledge,a novel hybrid coded aperture snapshot compressive imaging(HCA-SCI)system by incorporating a dynamic liquid crystal on silicon and a high-resolution lithography mask.We further implement a Pn P reconstruction algorithm with cascaded denoisers for high-quality reconstruction.Based on the proposed HCA-SCI system and algorithm,we obtain a 10-mega-pixel SCI system to capture high-speed scenes,leading to a high throughput of 4.6×10^(9) voxels per second.Both simulation and real-data experiments verify the feasibility and performance of our proposed HCA-SCI scheme. | ZHIHONG ZHANG CHAO DENG YANG LIU XIN YUAN JINLI SUO QIONGHAI DAI | 2021 | Photonics Research2021,9,11: | 1 |

| 7 | Study on temperature characteristics of organic light-emitting diodes based on tris-(8-hydroxylquinoline)-aluminum显示文摘Both single-layer and double-layer organic light-emitting devices based on tris-(8-hydroxylquinoline)-aluminum(Alq3) as emitter are fabricated by thermal vacuum deposition.The electroluminescent characteristics of these devices at various temperatures are measured,and the temperature characteristics of device performance are studied.The effect of temperature on device current conduction regime is analyzed in detail.The results show that the current-voltage(I-V) characteristics of devices are in good agreement with the theoretical prediction of trapped charge limited current(TCLC).In addition,both the charge carrier mobility and charge carrier concentration in the organic layer increase with the rise of temperature,which results in the monotonous increase of Alq3 device current.The current conduction mechanisms of two devices at different temperatures are identical,but the exponent m in current-voltage equation changes randomly with temperature.The device luminance increases slightly and the efficiency decreases monotonously due to the aging of Alq3 luminescent properties caused by high temperature.A tiny blue shift can be observed in the electroluminescent(EL) spectra as the temperature increases,and the reduction of device monochromaticity is caused by the intrinsic characteristics of organic semiconductor energy levels. | SUO Fan YU JunSheng LI WeiZhi LOU ShuangLing DENG Jing JIANG YaDong | 2008 | Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,4: | 1 |

| 16 | High genetic variation and recombination events in the vicinity of non-autonomous transposable elements from ‘Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus'显示文摘Two miniature inverted-repeat transposable elements(MITEs), MCLas-A and MCLas-B, were recently identified from ‘Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus' known to be associated with citrus Huanglongbing(HLB, yellow shoot disease). MCLas-A was suggested as an active MITE because of its mobility. The immediate upstream gene of the two MITEs was predicted to be a putative transposase. The goal of this study is to analyze the sequence variation in the upstream putative transposase of MITEs and explore the possible correlation between sequence variation of transposase gene and MITE activity. PCR and sequence analysis showed that 12 sequence types were found in six major amplicon types from 43 representative ‘Ca. L. asiaticus' isolates from China, the United States and Brazil. Out of the 12 sequence types, three(T4, T5-2, T6) were reported for the first time. Recombination events were found in the two unique sequence types(T5-2 and T6) which were detected in all Brazilian isolates. Notably, no sequence variation or recombination events were detected in the upstream putative transposase gene of MCLas-A, suggesting the conservation of the transposase gene might be closely related with the MITE activity.
