| 2 | INVESTIGATION OF SOFTENING AGENT PREPARATION AND PERFORMANCE OF HANDMADE ECOCOMPOSITES WITH CONIFEROUS WOOD AND BASALT FIBERS显示文摘In this investigation, basalt mineral fiber softening agent was prepared in order to obtain desirable flexible performance. Stability and physical chemistry natures of softening agent were evaluated by particle size distribution, dilution, storage and folding endurance etc. Constitutes of basalt and wood fibers were determined by energy dispersion analysis X-ray which served as an accessory of scanning electron microscopy (SEM-EDAX). Naturally degradable ecocomposite was prepared by basalt and wood fibers. The results of SEM observation illustrated that the wood and basalt fibers were blended uniformly. The impact factors of beating degree, content of wood fibers and adhesive etc. were discussed. The structure of the naturally degradable ecocomposite was contrasted with that of pure wood fibers and the cause of excellent filtration performance was analyzed. Compared with traditional methods, it was of saving wood resource, a large amount of water and reducing second pollution. As a consequence, the ecocomposite harmonized with environment and accorded with requirement of benignly friendly environment. | Guangjian Wang1,2 , Deku Shang1 ,Kailiang Zhang1 , Linna Hu1 ,Zhenhua Guo11.P.O.Box 493, the School of Material Science and Engineering, Hebei University of Technology, 300130 Tianjin, P.R. | 4 | Nickel-coated Steel Stud to Aluminum Alloy Joints Made by High Frequency Induction Brazing显示文摘Nickel-coated 45 steel studs and 6061 aluminum alloy with 4047 Al alloy foil as filler metal were joined by using high frequency induction brazing. The microstructure of Fe/Al brazed joint was studied by means of optical microscopy(OM), scanning electron microscope(SEM), energy dispersive X-ray(EDX), and X-ray diffraction(XRD). Results showed that 45 steel stud and 6061 aluminum alloy could be successfully joined by high frequency induction brazing with proper processing parameters. The bonding strength of the joint was of the order of 88 MPa. Ni coating on steel stud successfully avoided the generation of Fe-Al intermetallic compound which is brittle by blocking the contact between Al and Fe. Intermetallic compounds, i e, Al3Ni2, Al1.1Ni0.9 and Al0.3Fe3Si0.7 presented in Al side, FeNi and Fe-Al-Ni ternary eutectic structure were formed in Fe side. The micro-hardness in intermetallic compound layer was 313 HV. The joint was brittle fractured in the intermetallic compounds layer of Al side, where plenty of Al3Ni2 intermetallic compounds were distributed continuously. | 葛佳棋 王克鸿 ZHANG Deku WANG Jian | 2015 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2015,30,3: | 1 |
| 5 | Diffusion Bonding of Tungsten to Copper and Its Alloy with Ti Foil and Ti/Ni/Ti Multiple Interlayers显示文摘Ti foil and Ti/Ni/Ti multiple interlayers were selected for the bonding of tungsten to copper and CuCrZr alloy. Theeffects of processing conditions on the microstructures and shear strength of the joints were investigated. When Tifoil is used for bonding of tungsten to pure copper but not transformed into liquid solution during the holding time, the strength of the joints is relatively low because of the multiple compound layers with brittleness formed in thebonding zone. The strength of the joints increases significantly if the Ti foil is transformed into liquid solution and ismostly extruded out of the bonding zone. The same phenomena are found in the case when Ti/Ni/Ti multi-interlayersare used for bonding tungsten to CuCrZr alloy. | Guisheng ZOU Jun YANG Aaiping WU Genghua HUANG Deku ZHANG Jialie REN Qing WANG | 2003 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2003,19,z1: | 1 |
| 6 | Mechanism of laser beam welding for SiC_P/6063Al composite显示文摘The laser beam welding technique was used to process SiC particles /6063Al alloy matrix composite, the influence of laser power and welding speed on the properties of joint was studied. Decreasing the laser beam power with same welding speed can make the quantity and size of Al4C3 decreased, and the interactive mechanism of the reinforcing particles and the matrix in the joint and the causes for joint strength reduction were analyzed.Increasing welding speed properly can improve the distribution of energy and restrain the interfacial reaction in the molten pool, and measures for improving were proposed. | NIU Jitai, ZHANG Deku, and JI GuojuanNational Key Laboratory of Advanced Welding Production Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin 150001, China | 2002 | Rare Metals2002,21,2: | 1 |
