| 2 | WONCA研究论文摘要汇编——脑卒中后使用依他普仑和促进认知康复显示文摘背景脑卒中后几个月为自主恢复的最大限度期,实施康复疗法以减少脑卒中后明显失能病人的数目。目的调查依他普仑对认知结果的作用。我们假设与接受安慰剂或实施解决问题疗法的病人相比,用依他普仑的病人可更好地完成用于评估记忆力和执行功能的神经心理测试。设计随机试验。设施脑卒中中心。参试者脑卒中后3个月内接受治疗的129例病人。12个月试验包括3种方法:双盲安慰剂对照试验,用依他普仑(n=43)与安慰剂(n=45)对照、解决问题疗法(n=41)非盲法。结果测量评估神经心理状况的重复成套量表(RepeatableBatteryfortheAssessmentofNeuropsychologicalStatus,RBANS)和轨迹描绘、口头语言流畅、Wechsler氏成人智力量表第三版和Stroop测试从基线水平到治疗末的分数变化。结果3组RBANS总分(P<0.01)和RBANS延迟记忆分(P<0.01)存在差异。对可能混杂的成分进行校正后,依他普仑对改变RBANS总分作用明显(P<0.01,校正均数分:依他普仑组10.0;而非依他普仑组3.1),RBANS延迟记忆分改变(P<0.01,校正均数分:依他普仑组11.3;而非依他普仑组2.5)。对其他神经心理测量我们未做治疗效果的观察。结论与用安慰剂或解决问题疗法比较,用依他普仑的脑卒中病人总体认知功能得到了改善,特别是言语和视觉记忆功能。依他普仑的这种良好作用不依赖于其抗抑郁作用。关于脑卒中后抗抑郁有效性应做进一步研究。 | Ricardo E. | 3 | Pseudo-science in the Chinese linguistics circle:A brief summary of the ongoing academic dispute between XuDejiang (徐德江 )andWuTieping (伍铁平 )显示文摘1995年 1 1月 ,北京师范大学教授伍铁平与《汉字文化》主编徐德江之间的一场论争 ,因伍氏指斥徐氏为“学术骗子”、徐氏状告伍氏和《外语教学》杂志 (西安外国语学院学报 )“侵害名誉”而骤变为一场官司。在几番听证之后 ,1 998年此案以法庭退还诉状而不了了之。这场争论和诉讼不但震动了中国学界 ,而且引起一些西文学者的关注。时过三年 ,此事似乎已为学界淡忘。然而对这样一件事情 ,三年来很少有人从思想层面入手予以评判。本文反映了一位在华美国学者的看法。文章回顾了伍、徐之争的经过 ,重点在于分析徐氏的观点 ,认为徐氏一派所谓“汉字比拼音文字易学”、“学习汉字可以提高儿童的智商”、“汉字优于拼音文字”、“汉字应当成为世界通用文字”之类说法均无科学根据。作者莫大伟先生曾任教于北京外国语大学英语系 ,开设过心理语言学等课程。其博士论文主攻中西古代哲学比较。我们感谢他惠撰此文 ,使中国读者得以了解一位西方学者的态度和认识。 | David Moser | 2001 | 外语教学与研究2001，33，6： | 1 |
