2高能聚束微波热疗联合沙培林胸腔注射治疗恶性胸水(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of the study was to evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of high power focused-beam microwave hyperthermia with intrapleural injection of Shapeilin for patients with malignant hydrothorax.Methods:Fifty-eight patients with malignant hydrothorax were divided into group A and group B randomly.All patients underwent indwelling pleural catheter and were treated by intrapleural injection of Shapeilin once three days.Treatment was composed of 3 times injection.Patients of group B received high power focused-beam microwave hyperthermia after injection of Shapeilin.Results:The response rate of group B(79.3%) was higher than that of group A(48.3%)(P < 0.05).Incidence of main adverse reactions,associated with Shapeilin,of two groups including fever and thoracodynia were similar(P > 0.05).Patients of group B didn't encounter severe toxicities of microwave hyperthermia.Conclusion:High power focused-beam microwave hyperthermia combined with intrapleural injection of Shapeilin is effective and tolerable for patients with malignant hydrothorax.Lingqin Song Jianjun He Xijing Wang Hongbing Ma Shuqun Zhang Zhijun Dai Baofeng Wang Xiaobin Ma 2011The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,2:2

4Entropy-driven self-assembly of tethered Janus nanoparticles on a sphere显示文摘Understanding the effect of curvature and topological frustration on self-assembly yields insight into the mechanistic details of the ordering of identical subunits in curved spaces,such as the assembly of viral capsids,growth of solid domains on vesicles,and the self-assembly of molecular monolayers.However,the self-assembly of nanoparticles with anisotropic surface topology and compartmentalization on curved surfaces remains elusive.By combining large-scale molecular simulations as well as theoretical analysis,we demonstrate here that the interplay among anisotropy,curvature,and chain conformation induces tethered Janus nanoparticles to self-assemble into diverse novel structures on a sphere,including binary nanocluster(C_(B)),trinary nanocluster(C_(T)),nanoribbon(R_(N))and hexagon with centered reverse(HR),which are mapped on a phase diagram related to the length asymmetry of tethered chains and Janus balance of the nanoparticles.The dynamical mechanism for the formation of these structure states is analyzed by examining the detailed kinetic pathways as well as free energy.We also show that the centered-reverse state is more prone to emerging around the topological defects,indicating the defect-enhanced entropy effect on a curved surface.Finally,the analytical model that rationalizes the regimes of these structure states is developed and fits simulations reasonably well,resulting in a mechanistic interpretation based on the order through entropy.Our findings shed light on curvature engineering as a versatile strategy to tailor the superstructures formed by anisotropic building blocks toward unique properties.Guolong Zhu Yuming Wang Lijuan Gao Ziyang Xu Xuanyu Zhang Xiaobin Dai Lijun Dai Cuiling Hou Li-Tang Yan 2021Fundamental Research2021,1,5:0

6Dissolution-regrowth synthesis of SiO_2 nanoplates and embedment into two carbon shells for enhanced lithium-ion storage显示文摘In this work, SiO_2 nanoplates with opened macroporous structure on carbon layer(C-mSiO_2) have been obtained by dissolving and subsequent regrowing the outer solid SiO_2 layer of the aerosol-based C-SiO_2 double-shell hollow spheres. Subsequently, triple-shell C-mSiO_2-C hollow spheres were successfully prepared after coating the Cm SiO_2 templates by the carbon layer from the carbonization of sucrose. When being applied as the anode material for lithium-ion batteries, the C-mSiO_2-C triple-shell hollow spheres deliver a high capacity of 501 mA ·h·g^(-1) after100 cycles at 500 m A·g^(-1)(based on the total mass of silica and the two carbon shells), which is higher than those of C-mSiO-12(391 m A·h·g^(-1)) spheres with an outer porous SiO_2 layer, C-SiO_2-C(370 m A·h·g) hollow spheres with a middle solid SiO_2 layer, and C-SiO_2(319.8 m A·h·g^(-1)) spheres with an outer solid SiO_2 layer. In addition,the battery still delivers a high capacity of 403 m A·h·g^(-1) at a current density of 1000 m A·g^(-1) after 400 cycles.The good electrochemical performance can be attributed to the high surface area(246.7 m^2·g^(-1)) and pore volume(0.441 cm^3·g^(-1)) of the anode materials, as well as the unique structure of the outer and inner carbon layer which not only enhances electrical conductivity, structural stability, but buffers volume change of the intermediate SiO_2 layer during repeated charge–discharge processes. 7不同分子亚型局部晚期乳腺癌的新辅化疗反应率的临床研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of different molecular subtypes defined by immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining on the response rate for patients with locally advanced breast cancer received neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Methods: One hundred and seven breast cancer patients admitted from 2007 to 2011 who received 4 cycles of docetaxel/epirubicin-combined (TE) neoadjuvant chemotherapy were retrospectively reviewed, the patients were classified into 4 subtypes: luminal A, luminal B, HER-2 and triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) according to different combination patterns of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and human epidermal growth factor-2 (HER-2) expression defined by IHC method. The correlation between response rate and the molecular subtypes were analyzed. Results: The pathological complete response (PCR), clinical complete response (CCR), clinical partial response (CPR), and clinical stable disease (CSD) rate of whole group was 15.89% (17/107), 22.43% (24/107), 63.55% (68/107), 14.02% (15/107), respectively, and the overall response rate (ORR) was 85.98% (92/107). The PCR rate and ORR of luminal A, luminal B, HER-2 and TNBC subtypes was 4.76% and 73.81%; 16.67% and 83.33%;17.65% and 100.00%; 30.00% and 96.67%, respectively. The PCR and ORR rate of HER-2/TNBC subtypes was higher than that of luminal A/B subtypes (P = 0.019, P = 0.002, respectively). 8Engineered nitrogen doping on VO_(2)(B)enables fast and reversible zinc-ion storage capability for aqueous zinc-ion batteries显示文摘Vanadium-based compounds with high theoretical capacities and relatively stable crystal structures are potential cathodes for aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs).Nevertheless,their low electronic conductivity and sluggish zinc-ion diffusion kinetics in the crystal lattice are greatly obstructing their practical application.Herein,a general and simple nitrogen doping strategy is proposed to construct nitrogen-doped VO_(2)(B)nanobelts(denoted as VO_(2)-N)by the ammonia heat treatment.Compared with pure VO_(2)(B),VO_(2)-N shows an expanded lattice,reduced grain size,and disordered structure,which facilitates ion transport,provides additional ion storage sites,and improves structural durability,thus presenting much-enhanced zinc-ion storage performance.Density functional theory calculations demonstrate that nitrogen doping in VO_(2)(B)improves its electronic properties and reduces the zinc-ion diffusion barrier.The optimal VO_(2)-N400 electrode exhibits a high specific capacity of 373.7 mA h g^(-1)after 100 cycles at 0.1 A g^(-1)and stable cycling performance after 2000 cycles at 5 A g^(-1).The zinc-ion storage mechanism of VO_(2)-N is identified as a typical intercalation/de-intercalation process.Xin Gu Juntao Wang Xiaobin Zhao Xin Jin Yuzhe Jiang Pengcheng Dai Nana Wang Zhongchao Bai Mengdi Zhang Mingbo Wu 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,10:0
9Analysis of Temperature Rise Characteristics and Fatigue Damage Degree of ACSR Broken Strand显示文摘In this paper,the research on ACSR temperature of broken strand and fatigue damage after broken strand is carried out.Conduct modeling and Analysis on the conductor through AnsoftMaxwell software.The distribution of magnetic force lines in the cross section of the conductor after strand breaking and the temperature change law of the conductor with the number of broken strands are analyzed.A model based on electromagnetic theory is established to analyze the distribution of magnetic lines of force in the cross section of the conductor after strand breaking and the temperature variation law of the conductor with the number of broken strands.The finite element analysis results show that with the increase in the number of broken strands,the cross-sectional area of the conductor decreases,the magnetic line of force of the inner conductor at the broken strand becomes denser and denser,and the electromagnetic loss of the conductor becomes larger and larger.Therefore,the temperature of the conductor at the broken strand becomes higher and higher.Then,the current carrying experiment of conductor is carried out for LGJ-240/30 conductor.It is found that the temperature rise at the junction of inner and outer layers at the broken strand is particularly obvious,and the temperature of inner aluminumconductor at the broken strand also increases with the increase of broken strand.According to the analysis of experimental data,with the increase of broken strands,the antivibration ability and service life of the conductor decrease.At the same time,under certain conditions of broken strand,the fatigue life of conductor increases with the increase of temperature.Jun Zhang Xiaobin Li Long Zhao Zixin Li Shuo Wang Pan Yao Pengfei Dai 2023Energy Engineering2023,120,3:0
10Comparison of Three Methods for Determination of Ammonia Nitrogen in Surface Water显示文摘Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry,gas phase molecular absorption spectrometry and ion chromatography were respectively used to determine ammonia nitrogen in surface water.The detection limit,precision,accuracy and recovery rate of the three methods were compared,and the determination results of the actual water samples were analyzed by t test.The results showed that the three methods all could meet the requirement of the laboratory quality control,and there was no significant difference in the determination results.Compared with Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry,the operation of gas phase molecular absorption spectrometry and ion chromatography operation was more convenient and fast and has no pollution,which can be used for the determination of ammonia nitrogen content in a large quantity of surface water samples.Zuo Jia Dai Shuhao Wei Baomei Qiu Lan Tu Xiaobin 2019Meteorological and Environmental Research2019,10,3:0
11The accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasound in evaluating the size of early-stage breast neoplasms显示文摘Objective Breast cancer is the most frequently diagnosed cancer in women. Accurate evaluation of the size and extent of the tumor is crucial in selecting a suitable surgical method for patients with breast cancer. Both overestimation and underestimation have important adverse effects on patient care. This study aimed to evaluate the accuracy of breast magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) and ultrasound(US) examination for measuring the size and extent of early-stage breast neoplasms.Methods The longest diameter of breast tumors in patients with T_(1–2)N_(0–1)M_0 invasive breast cancer preparing for breast-conserving surgery(BCS) was measured preoperatively by using both MRI and US and their accuracy was compared with that of postoperative pathologic examination. If the diameter difference was within 2 mm, it was considered to be consistent with pathologic examination.Results A total of 36 patients were imaged using both MRI and US. The mean longest diameter of the tumors on MRI, US, and postoperative pathologic examination was 20.86 mm ± 4.09 mm(range: 11–27 mm), 16.14 mm ± 4.91 mm(range: 6–26 mm), and 18.36 mm ± 3.88 mm(range: 9–24 mm). US examination underestimated the size of the tumor compared to that determined using pathologic examination(t = 3.49, P < 0.01), while MRI overestimated it(t =-6.35, P < 0.01). The linear correlation coefficients between the image measurements and pathologic tumor size were r = 0.826(P < 0.01) for MRI and r = 0.645(P < 0.01) for US. The rate of consistency of MRI and US compared to that with pathologic examination was 88.89% and 80.65%, respectively, and there was no statistically significant difference between them(χ~2 = 0.80, P > 0.05).Conclusion MRI and US are both effective methods to assess the size of breast tumors, and they maintain good consistency with pathologic examination. MRI has a better correlation with pathology.
