1Influence of cement-fly ash-gravel pile-supported approach embankment on abutment piles in soft ground显示文摘Abutment piles in soft ground may be subjected to both vertical and horizontal soil movements resulting from approach embankment loads. To constrain the soil movements, the soft soil ground beneath the approach embankment is often improved using composite pile foundations, which aim at mitigating the bump induced by high-speed trains passing through the bridge. So far, there is limited literature on exploring the influence of the degree of ground improvement on abutment piles installed in soft soil grounds. In this paper, a series of three-dimensional(3 D) centrifuge model tests was performed on an approach embankment over a silty clay deposit improved by cement-fly ash-gravel(CFG) piles combined with geogrid. Emphasis is placed on the effects of ground replacement ratio(m) on the responses of the abutment piles induced by embankment loads. Meanwhile, a numerical study was conducted with varying ground replacement ratio of the pile-reinforced grounds. Results show that the performance of the abutment piles is significantly improved when reinforcing the ground with CFG piles beneath the approach embankment. Interestingly, there is a threshold value of the replacement ratio of around 4.9%above which the effect of CFG pile foundations is limited. 2内皮型一氧化氮合酶基因多态性与急性冠脉综合征患者尿酸的关系显示文摘目的探讨中国汉族急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者尿酸与内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)基因多态性的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应/限制性片段长度多态性方法分析58例ACS患者(ACS组)和43例对照组患者的eNOS基因Glu298→Asp变异体。结果与对照组比较,ACS组eNOS基因Glu/Glu、Glu/Asp、Asp/Asp基因型频率差异无统计学意义(43.1%、36.2%、20.7%比48.8%、34.9%、16.3%,χ^2=0.446,P=0.800)。与eNOS基因Glu298等位基因携带者比较,ACS的危险性在Asp/Asp携带者中并不增高相对比值比(OR)1.34,95%可信区间(CI)0.479~3.755,P=0.575。eNOS基因Glu298→Asp变异体与Duke积分无显著性关系Glu/Glu(48.33±19.61)分,Glu/Asp(38.19±15.12)分,Asp/Asp(46.73±19.90)分,P=0.248;但Glu298→Asp基因型与ACS组患者血清尿酸存在显著的关联Glu/Glu(298.92±87.27)μmol/L,Glu/Asp(370.80±95.80)μmol/L,Asp/Asp(346.16±93.71)μmol/L,P=0.017。结论在中国汉族人群中,eNOS基因Glu298→Asp多态性与ACS患者不相关,而与ACS组患者血清尿酸存在显著的关联。王志禄 赵永青 Joshua D.Liao 何津春 戴瑞君 石守兰 彭海平 李强 2007中国危重病急救医学2007,19,11:4

5预测急性冠状动脉综合征危险因素的候选基因多态性显示文摘目的:探讨中国汉族急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者的易感性基因。方法:采用聚合酶链式反应/限制性片段长度多态性分析中国汉族108例患者(ACS组)和90例健康者(对照组)的4个候选基因,7个多态性。结果:ACS组基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)(-1306C/T)C等位基因频率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组间3种基因型(CC、CT和TT)分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而ACS组MMP-2(-1575G/A,-790G/T和-735C/T)、基质素-1(5A6A)、G蛋白β3亚单位(825C/T)和连接蛋白37(CX37)基因多态性(1019C/T)基因型分布和等位基因频率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MMP-2基因(-1306C/T)多态性可能与中国汉族人群ACS有关,MMP-2基因-1306C等位基因可能是ACS遗传易感性的基因标志之一。王志禄 赵永青 何津春 杨斌武 戴瑞君 彭海平 Joshua D.Liao 2007临床心血管病杂志2007,23,11:0
