1Effects of CeO_2 doping on the structure and properties of PSN-PZN-PMS-PZT piezoelectric ceramics显示文摘Quinary system piezoelectric ceramics PSN-PZN-PMS-PZT were prepared by using a two-step method. The ef-fects of CeO2 doping on piezoelectric and dielectric properties of the system were investigated at morphotropic phaseboundary (MPB). The results reveal that the relative dielectric constant εT33 /ε0,the Curie temperature Tc ,the piezoelectricconstant d33, the mechanical quality factor Qm,, and the electromechanical coupling coefficient Kp are changed with the in-crease of CeO2 content. On the other hand, the effects of CeO2 doping on the dielectric properties of PSN-PZN-PMS-PZTpiezoelectric ceramics at high electric field are consistent with the change at weak electric field. 2Exposure to Prorocentrum minimum Induces Oxidative Stress and Apoptosis in the Ridgetail White Prawn, Exopalaemon carinicauda显示文摘Prorocentrum minimum is a bloom-forming, planktonic mixotrophic dinoflagellate, and can cause stress in shrimp ponds. In this study, healthy Exopalaemon carinicauda were exposed to 5 × 10^4 cells mL^-1 P. minimum for 72 hours to investigate the adverse effect of P. minimum on shrimps. Elevated superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and malondialdehyde(MDA) content, reduced total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) and catalase(CAT) activity, and regulatory glutathione peroxidase(GPX) activity were found in the hemolymph of E. carinicauda after exposure to P. minimum. In this study, P. minimum exposure induced oxidative stress and caused significant oxidative damage to E. carinicauda. P. minimum exposure increased the expression of HSP70 gene in the hemocyte, gills and hepatopancreas. Compared with the enhanced level of caspase-3 gene mR NA in the hemocyte and gills, the up-regulation of caspase-3 gene in the hepatopancreas was only observed from 3 to 6 h, and then the mRNA level of glutathione-S-transferase(GST) gene increased. These results indicated that GST might be involved in the shrimp hepatopancreas’ defense against P. minimum exposure. The present study demonstrates that exposure to P. minimum could induce oxidative stress and apoptosis in E. carinicauda. The SOD activity, HSP70 and GST(in the hepatopancreas) were evoked to protect cells from oxidative stress and apoptosis. 3Antioxidant Response of Ridgetail White Prawn Exopalaemon carinicauda to Harmful Dinoflagellate Prorocentrum minimum Exposure and Its Histological Change显示文摘The dinoflagellate Prorocentrum minimum,one of the most widespread red tide causing species,affects marine aquaculture and ecosystems worldwide.In this study,ridgetail white prawn Exopalaemon carinicauda were exposed to P.minimum cells(5 × 104 cells mL-1) to investigate its harmful effects on the shrimp.Antioxidant activities and histological changes were used as indicators of health status of the shrimp.In 72 hours,the mortality of E.carinicauda was not affected,but its antioxidant response and histology were statistically different from those of control.Elevated superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GPX) activities and depressed catalase(CAT) activity were observed in gill;while increased SOD,glutathione S-transferase(GST),CAT activities and modulated GPX activity were observed in hepatopancreas.Thus,antioxidant activities in gill and hepatopancreas seem to respond differentially to harmful alga exposure.Increased malondialdehyde(MDA) content in early a few hours indicates the damage of the antioxidant defense system.Although MDA content recovered to a low level thereafter,a series of histological abnormalities including accumulation or infiltration of hemocytes,tissue lesions and necrosis were discovered in gill and hepatopancreas.Exposure to P.minimum induced sublethal effects on E.carinicauda,including temporary oxidative damage and histological injury.MU Cuimin REN Xianyun GE Qianqian WANG Jiajia LI Jian 2017Journal of Ocean University of China2017,16,2:2

5DBT parameters and dynamic monitoring during reservoir development, and distribution region prediction of remaining oil:A case study on the Sha-3~3 oil reservoir in the Liubei region, Nanpu sag显示文摘In this study, compositional characteristics of crude oil, including the variation of aliphatic, aromatic and pyrrolic nitrogen compounds, were systematically monitored and investigated in a high water-cut oil reservoir over a short time.The results showed that among the widely used parameters indicative of oil maturity and migration, tetramethyl/monomethyl DBT and tricyclic terpane/(tricyclic terpane+C30 hopanoid) varied remarkably, and a positive correlation was observed between these two parameters.The variation of each of these parameters during waterflooding development was correlated with the flow effect of crude promoted by the water drive in oil reservoirs.A solid consistency was observed among the results of numerical simulation and development; the direction and pathway of waterflooding crude was indicated by Tetramethyl/monomethyl DBT, and the distribution region prediction of remaining oil hereby obtained.Therefore, these two parameters could be used as molecular tracers for the oil during waterflooding.This study would be of practical significance for geochemical dynamic monitoring and reservoir development.XU YaoHui WANG TieGuan CHEN NengXue YANG CuiMin WANG QiaoLi 2012Science China Earth Sciences2012,55,12:1
6Immune Response of the Ridgetail White Prawn Exopalaemon carinicauda After Exposure to the Dinoflagellate Prorocentrum minimum显示文摘The dinoflagellate Prorocentrum minimum is known to affect the normal physiological function of Exopalaemon carinicauda by inducing oxidative stress,apoptosis,and cellular injury.To study the effects of P.minimum on the immune defense system of shrimp,E.carinicauda were exposed to 5×10^(3)cells mL^(-1)and 5×10^(4)cells mL^(-1)of P.minimum for 336 h in treatment groups,while E.carinicauda cultured in filtered seawater was employed as control.The total hemocyte counts(THC),hemocyanin concentration(HEM),and the activity of alkaline phosphatase(AKP)in hemolymph serum,as well as expressions of six immunity-related genes in hemocytes,hepatopancreases and gills were determined.The exposure of P.minimum significantly reduced the THC,HEM concentration and AKP activity in hemolymph serum.Immunity-related genes expressed differently in hemocytes,hepatopancreases and gills.Compared with the control group,the expressions of Crustin and pro PO in hemocytes were significantly up-regulated in the treatment groups,while the up-regulated expressions of LGBP,Lysozyme and Serpin were only found in the group exposed to 5×10^(4)cells mL^(-1)of P.minimum.In the gills of E.carinicauda exposed to P.minimum,the down-regulation of ALF,proPO and Serpin,up-regulation of LGBP and Lysozyme,as well as unaffected Crustin were observed.In hepatopancreases,the up-regulated expressions of LGBP,Crustin,Lysozyme,Serpin and proPO(only in 5×10^(3)cells mL^(-1)of P.minimum group)were found in the treatment groups.After exposure to P.minimum for 336 h,shrimps were injected with Vibrio parahaemolyticus and WSSV.The results showed that the mortality rates of shrimp in the treatment groups were significantly increased with a dose-dependent effect,which suggests that exposure to P.minimum may reduce the immunity of E.carinicauda.The research indicates that hemocytes and hepatopancreases play important roles in protecting the shrimp immune response to harmful algae,while the protection effect of hemolymph serum and gills may be suppressed.Since the exposure to P.minimum depressed the immunity of E.carinicauda,further studies are needed to confirm whether the presence of the algae will affect the susceptibility of shrimp to pathogens.MU Cuimin REN Xianyun LI Jian 2023Journal of Ocean University of China2023,22,3:1

9Evaluation of reservoir connectivity using whole-oil gas chromatographic fingerprint technology: A case study from the Es_3~3 reservoir in the Nanpu Sag, China显示文摘In this study, whole-oil gas chromatographic fingerprint analyses were performed on oils from the Es33 reservoir in the Liubei area of the Nanpu Sag. The gas chromatographic peaks of cyclic and branched alkanes with relatively high resolution from nC10 to nC25 were selected to establish a database of whole-oil gas chromatographic peak height ratio fingerprints. Reservoir fluid connectivity was identified by using clustering analysis. 15Prognostic factors for patients with limited-stage small-cell lung cancer without receiving prophylactic cranial irradiation显示文摘Objective:This retrospective study aims to explore the risk factors for brain metastasis and the prognostic factors for overall survival(OS)in patients with limited-stage small-cell lung cancer(LS-SCLC)who have no brain metastases according to magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and have not received prophylactic cranial irradiation(PCI)after first-line chemoradiotherapy.Methods:A total of 107 patients who were treated in the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2013 to December 2017 were enrolled in this study.The patients were treated with etoposide/platinum chemotherapy and thoracic radiotherapy(TRT)with involved-field irradiation.The median dose of the radiotherapy was 60 Gy(50-64 Gy).The primary study endpoints include BMFS(brain-metastasis-free survival)and OS(overall survival).The Kaplan-Meier method was applied to estimate survival,with a log-rank test used to ascertain statistical significance.The multivariate Cox proportional hazards model was used to determine the prognostic factors for survival.Results:The median follow-up of all patients was 18.8 months(range:7.9–65.1 months)and the median follow-up of surviving patients was 26.7 months(range:18.8–65.1 months).The median OS of the whole cohort was 20.1 months,and the 1-,2-and 3-year OS rates were 84.9%,44.9%,and 25.9%,respectively.The 1-,2-,and 3-year BMFS rates were 69.0%,49.9%,and 40.7%,respectively.50 patients(46.7%)developed brain metastases during the follow-up period,and the median time from the start to brain metastasis was 10.7 months(range:4.8–31.1 months).As shown by multivariate analysis,independent prognostic factors of OS included cycles of chemotherapy(P=0.019),the response to initial treatment(P=0.011),and the start time of TRT(P=0.044).The independent prognostic factors of BMFS included the clinical stage(P=0.008),the response to initial treatment(P=0.024),and the start time of TRT(P=0.028).Conclusions:For patients with LS-SCLC who have not received PCI,favorable factors for lower brain metastasis and higher survival include early clinical stage,CR to initial chemoradiotherapy,early TRT,and adequate cycles of chemotherapy.PCI is still recommended as the standard modality since the incidence of brain metastases was high(46.7%).Cuimin Ding Jing Li Shuoshuo Wang Chen Yang Rui Zhang Wenwen Bai Ming Liu Chanjun Zhen Xueying Qiao 2020Radiation Medicine and Protection2020,1,2:0

19Structural insights into the functions of Raf1 and Bsd2 in hexadecameric Rubisco assembly显示文摘Hexadecameric formI Rubisco,which consisting consists of eight large(RbcL)and eight small(RbcS)subunits,is the most abundant enzyme on earth.Extensive efforts to engineer an improved Rubisco to speed up its catalytic efficiency and ultimately increase agricultural productivity.However,difficulties with correct folding and assembly in foreign hosts or in vitro have hampered the genetic manipulation of hexadecameric Rubisco.In this study,we reconstituted Synechococcus sp.Pcc6301 Rubisco in vitro using the chaperonin system and assembly factors from cyanobacteria and Arabidopsis thaliana(At).Rubisco holoenzyme was produced in the presence of cyanobacterial Rubisco accumulation factor 1(Raf1)alone or both AtRaf1 and bundle-sheath defective-2(AtBsd2)from Arabidopsis.RbcL released from GroEL is assembly capable in the presence of ATP,and AtBsd2 functions downstream of AtRaf1.Cryo-EM structures of RbcL8-AtRaf18,RbcL8-AtRaf14-AtBsd2s,and RbcLs revealed that the interactions between RbcL and AtRaf1 are looser than those between prokaryotic RbcL and Raf1,with AtRaf1 tilting 7°farther away from RbcL.AtBsd2 stabilizes the flexible regions of RbcL,including the N and C termini,the 60s loop,and loop 6.Using these data,combined with previous findings,we propose the possible biogenesis pathways of prokaryotic and eukaryotic Rubisco.Ran Wang Hui Song Wenjuan Zhang Ning Wang Shijia Zhang Ruiqi Shao Cuimin Liu 2023Molecular Plant2023,16,12:0
