1磁共振扩散加权成像在复杂附件肿块良性预测方面的作用显示文摘本研究的目的为前瞻性评价MR扩散加权成像在区分复杂附件肿块中的作用。77例(22~87岁)复杂性附件肿块病人(30例良性,47例恶性)均于术前行包括扩散加权成像的MRI检查。除分析常规MRI表现外,还测量了b值为1000的囊性及实性部分的表观扩散系数(ADC)值。计算预测良恶性病变的阳性似然比(PRL)。预测良性最有意义的标准为实性部分在b值为1000条件下呈低信号(PRL=10.9),T2低信号(PRL=5.7),无实性成分(PRL=3.1),无腹水或腹膜种植(PRL=2-3)和无乳头状突起(PRL=2.3)。I.Thomassin-Naggara E.Dara C.A.
