| 1 | Sequence stratigraphy, paleogeography, and coal accumulation regularity of major coal-accumulating periods in China显示文摘There are 9 major coal-accumulating periods during geological history in China,including the Early Carboniferous,Late Carboniferous-Early Permian,Middle Permian,Late Permian,Late Triassic,Early-Middle Jurassic,Early Cretaceous,Paleogene and Neogene.The coal formed in these periods were developed in different coal-accumulating areas(CAA)including the North China,South China,Northwest China,Northeast China,the Qinghai–Tibet area,and China offshore area.In this paper,we investigated depositional environments,sequence stratigraphy,lithofacies paleogeography and coal accumulation pattern of five major coal-accumulating periods including the Late Carboniferous to Middle Permian of the North China CAA,the Late Permian of the South China CAA,the Late Triassic of the South China CAA,the Early-Middle Jurassic of the North and Northwest China CAA,and the Early Cretaceous in the Northeast China CAA.According to distribution of the coal-bearing strata and the regional tectonic outlines,we have identified distribution range of the coal-forming basins,sedimentary facies types and coal-accumulating models.The sequence stratigraphic frameworks of the major coal-accumulating periods were established based on recognition of a variety of sequence boundaries.The distribution of thick coals and migration patterns of the coal-accumulating centers in the sequence stratigraphic framework were analyzed.The lithofacies paleogeography maps based on third-order sequences were reconstructed and the distribution of coal accumulation centers and coal-rich belts were predicted. | Longyi Shao Xuetian Wang Dongdong Wang Mingpei Li Shuai Wang Yingjiao Li Kai Shao Chao Zhang Caixia Gao Daxiao Dong Aiguo Cheng Jing Lu Congwei Ji Di Gao | 2020 | International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2020,7,2: | 9 |
| 2 | Exploitation of Bi2O2Se/graphene van der Waals heterojunction for creating efficient photodetectors and short-channel field-effect transistors显示文摘The formation of heterojunction within solid-state devices enables them with eventually high performances,but provides a challenge for material synthesis and device fabrication because strict conditions such as lattice match are needed.Herein,we show a facile method to fabricate a van der Waals(vdW)heterojunction between two-dimensional(2D)bismuth oxyselenide(Bi2O2Se)and graphene,during which the graphene is directly transferred to the Bi2O2Se and served as a lowcontract-resistant electrode with small work function mismatch(~50 meV).As an optoelectronic device,the Bi2O2Se/graphene vdW heterojunction allows for the efficient sensing toward 1200-nm incident laser.Regarding the application of fieldeffect transistors(FETs),the short-channel(50 nm)sample can be synthesized by utilizing these two 2D materials(ie,channel:Bi2O2Se;drain/source terminal:graphene)and the n-type characteristic can be observed with the accordant field modulation.It is confirmed that we show a simple way to prepare the vdW heterojunction which is aiming to the high-performance applications among optoelectronics and FETs. | Congwei Tan Shipu Xu Zhenjun Tan Luzhao Sun Jinxiong Wu Tianran Li Hailin Peng | 2019 | InfoMat2019,1,3: | 8 |
| 3 | Study on structure-activity relationship of mutation-dependent herbicide resistance acetohydroxyacid synthase through 3D-QSAR and mutation显示文摘Seventy-four sulfonylureas were synthesized and tested for their inhibitory activity against the whole enzyme of E. coli acetohydroxyacid synthase (AHAS, EC 2.2.1.6) isoenzyme II, and 3D-QSAR analyses were performed based on these inhibitory activities. The binding conformation of chlorimuron-ethyl, a commercial herbicide of AHAS, in the crystal structure of AHAS complex was extracted and used as template to build the initial three-dimensional structure of other sulfonylureas, and then all structures were fully geometry optimized. After systematic optimization of the alignment rule, molecular orienta- tion, grid space and attenuation factor, two satisfactory models with excellent performances (CoMFA: q2 = 0.735, r2 = 0.954, n = 7, r 2 pred = 0.832; CoMSIA: q2 = 0.721, r2 = 0.913, n = 8, r 2pred = 0.844) were estab- lished. By mapping the 3D contour maps of CoMFA and CoMSIA models into the possible inhibitory active site in the crystal structure of catalytic subunit of yeast AHAS, a plausible binding model for AHAS, with best fit QSAR in the literature so far, was proposed. Moreover, the results of 3D-QSAR were further utilized to interpret resistance of site-directed mutants. A relative activity index (RAI) for AHAS enzyme mutant was defined for the first time to relate the 3D-QSAR and resistance of mutants. This study, for the first time, demonstrated that combination of 3D-QSAR and enzyme mutation can be used to decipher the molecular basis of ligand-receptor interaction mechanism. | 5 | Characteristics and Dolomitization of Upper Cambrian to Lower Ordovician Dolomite from Outcrop in Keping Uplift, Western Tarim Basin, Northwest China显示文摘Late Cambrian to Early Ordovician sedimentary rocks in the western Tarim Basin, Northwest China, are composed of shallow-marine platform carbonates. The Keping Uplift is located in the northwest region of this basin. On the basis of petrographic and geochemical features, four matrix replacement dolomites and one type of cement dolomite are identified. Matrix replacement dolomites include (1) micritic dolomites (MD1); (2) fine-coarse euhedral floating dolomites (MD2); (3) fine-coarse euhedral dolomites (MD3); and (4) medium-very coarse anhedral mosaic dolomites (MD4). Dolomite cement occurs in minor amounts as coarse saddle dolomite cement (CD1) that mostly fills vugs and fractures in the matrix dolomites. These matrix dolomites have δ18O values of ?9.7‰ to ?3.0‰ VPDB (Vienna Pee Dee Belemnite); δ13C values of ?0.8‰ to 3.5‰ VPDB; 87Sr/86Sr ratios of 0.708516 to 0.709643; Sr concentrations of 50 to 257 ppm; Fe contents of 425 to 16878 ppm; and Mn contents of 28 to 144 ppm. Petrographic and geochemical data suggest that the matrix replacement dolomites were likely formed by normal and evaporative seawater in early stages prior to chemical compaction at shallow burial depths. Compared with matrix dolomites, dolomite cement yields lower δ18O values (?12.9‰ to ?9.1‰ VPDB); slightly lower δ13C values (?1.6‰-0.6‰ VPDB); higher 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.709165-0.709764); and high homogenization temperature (Th) values (98°C-225°C) and salinities (6 wt%-24 wt% NaCl equivalent). Limited data from dolomite cement shows a low Sr concentration (58.6 ppm) and high Fe and Mn contents (1233 and 1250 ppm, respectively). These data imply that the dolomite cement precipitated from higher temperature hydrothermal salinity fluids. These fluids could be related to widespread igneous activities in the Tarim Basin occurring during Permian time when the host dolostones were deeply buried. Faults likely acted as important conduits that channeled dolomitizing fluids from the underlying strata into the basal carbonates, leading to intense dolomitization. | 6 | High performance octahedral PtNi/C catalysts investigated from rotating disk electrode to membrane electrode assembly显示文摘Octahedral PtNi/C catalysts have demonstrated superior catalytic performance in oxyge n reduction reacti on (ORR) over commercial Pt/C with rotating disk electrode (RDE). However, it is not trivial to translate such promising results to real-world membrane-electrode assembly (MEA). In this work, we have synthesized octahedral PtNi/C catalysts using poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride)(PDDA) as a capping age nt and in vestigated their performance from RDE to MEA. In RDE, mass activity and specific activity of the optimized octahedral PtNi/C catalyst for oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) are nearly 19 and 28 times high of the state-of-the-art commercial Pt/C, respectively. At MEA level, the octahedral PtNi/C catalyst exhibits excelle nt power generation performa nee and durability paired with commercial Pt/C ano de. Its cell voltage at 1,000mA·cm^-2 reaches 0.712 V, and maximum power density is 881.6 mW·cm^-2 and its performance attenuation is also less, around 11.8% and 7% under galvanostatic condition of 1,000 mA·cm^-2 for 100 h. Such results are investiaged by thermodynamic analysis and fundametal performance modeling, which indicate the single cell performance can be further improved by reducing the size of PtNi/C catalyst agglomerates. | 7 | Homologous and heterologous interactions between catalytic and regulatory subunits of Escherichia coli acetohydroxyacid synthaseⅠand Ⅲ显示文摘Homologous and heterologous interactions between acetohydroxyacid synthase (AHAS) I and Ⅲ from E. coli have been studied by surface plasmon resonance (SPR). The catalytic and regulatory subunits association for AHAS I (KD = 1.13 × 10-7 M) was stronger than that for AHAS Ⅲ (KD = 5.29 × 10-7 M). A strong heterologous association between regulatory and catalytic subunits and heterologous activation of catalytic subunits were observed. SPR results combined with enzyme kinetics indicate that the reconstituted heterologous enzymes had similar kinetic properties as homologous enzymes, implying that the regulatory subunit of AHAS I could be replaced by the regulatory subunit of AHAS Ⅲ and vice versa.
