1A model and experimental study of phosphate uptake kinetics in algae:Considering surface adsorption and P-stress显示文摘Phosphorus is an important limiting nutrient in many ecosystems.Consequently, there is increasing interest on phosphate uptake and algal growth due to the increasing frequency and magnitude of algal blooms induced by eutrophication. The co-existence of surface adsorbed and intracellular phosphorus pools indicate that phosphate uptake by phytoplankton is,to some extent,a two-stage kinetic process. However, almost all previous uptake models considered the internal uptake stage only and ignored the possible impact of surface adsorption. In this article,a two-stage kinetic uptake model considering both surface adsorption and P-stress on phosphate uptake by algae was constructed and compared to conventional one-stage models, based on experimental data on short-term uptake kinetics of a green algae S.quadricauda.Results indicated that with suitable parameters, the two-stage uptake model not only fit the experimental data better, but also gave more reasonable and realistic explanations to the phosphate uptake process. The results are meaningful as surface-adsorption of phosphate may affect the uptake process of phosphate and assist in understanding realistic phosphate uptake kinetics in phytoplankton.Bo Yao Beidou Xi Chunming Hu Shouliang Huo Jing Su Hongliang Liu 2011Journal of Environmental Sciences2011,23,2:15
2Optimization of Grain Boundary Character Distribution in Fe-18Cr-18Mn-0.63N High-Nitrogen Austenitic Stainless Steel显示文摘Grain boundary engineering(GBE)is a practice of improving resistance to grain boundary failure of the material through increasing the proportion of low Σ coincidence site lattice(CSL)grain boundaries(special grain boundaries)in the grain boundary character distribution(GBCD).The GBCD in a cold rolled and annealed Fe-18Cr-18Mn-0.63N high-nitrogen austenitic stainless steel was analyzed by electron back scatter difraction(EBSD).The results show that the optimization process of GBE in the conventional austenitic stainless steel cannot be well applied to this high-nitrogen austenitic stainless steel. The percentage of lowΣCSL grain boundaries could increase from 47.3%for the solid solution treated high-nitrogen austenitic stainless steel specimen to 82.0%for the specimen after 5%cold rolling reduction and then annealing at 1423 K for 10 min. These special boundaries of high proportion efectively interrupt the connectivity of conventional high angle grain boundary network and thus achieve the GBCD optimization for the high-nitrogen austenitic stainless steel.Feng SHI Xiaowu LI Yutong HU Chuan SU Chunming LIU 2013Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2013,26,5:2

13Geological Characteristics and Metallogenic Setting of Representative Magmatic Cu-Ni Deposits in the Tianshan-Xingmeng Orogenic Belt, Central Asia显示文摘A great number of magmatic Cu-Ni deposits(including Kalatongke in Xinjiang and Hongqiling in Jilin) are distributed over a distance of almost 3000 km across the Tianshan-Xingmeng Orogenic Belt, from Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang in the west, to Jilin in eastern China in the east. These deposits were formed during a range of magmatic episodes from the Devonian to the Triassic. Significant magmatic Cu-Ni-Co-PGE deposits were formed from the Devonian period in the Nalati arc(e.g. Jingbulake Cu-Ni in Xinjiang), Carboniferous period in the Puerjin-Ertai arc(e.g. Kalatongke Cu-Ni-Co-PGE in Xinjiang), Carboniferous period in the Dananhu-Touquan arc(e.g. Huangshandong, Xiangshan and Tulaergen in estern Tianshan, Xinjiang) to Triassic period in the Hulan arc(e.g. Hongqiling Cu-Ni in Jilin). In addition to the overall tectonic, geologic and distribution of magmatic Cu-Ni deposits in the Tianshan-Xingmeng Orogenic Belt, the metallogenic setting, deposit geology and mineralization characteristics of each deposit mentioned above are summarized in this paper. Geochronologic data of Cu-Ni deposits indicate that, from west to east, the metallogenic ages in the Tianshan-Xingmeng Orogenic Belt changed with time, namely, from the Late Caledonian(~440 Ma), through the Late Hercynian(300-265 Ma) to the Late Indosinian(225-200 Ma). Such variation could reflect a gradual scissor type closure of the paleo Asian ocean between the Siberia Craton and the North China Craton from west to east.HAN Chunming XIAO Wenjiao SU Benxun ZHANG Xiaohui WAN Bo SONG Dongfang ZHANG Zhiyong ZHANG Jien WANG Zhongmei XIE Mingcai 2019Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2019,93,5:1
