1串脉冲结肠电刺激对大鼠结肠传输的影响及其机制显示文摘目的评价结肠电刺激对大鼠结肠传输的效果,探讨其可能的机制。方法将大鼠的结肠放置一对电极和一个导管。随机分为6组:生理盐水电刺激或非电刺激组(各14只);一氧化氮合酶抑制剂 N-硝基 L-精氨酸(L-NNA)电刺激或非电刺激组(各12只);阿托品电刺激或非电刺激组(各12只)。电刺激组在传输实验的前40 min 通过电极给予串脉冲结肠电刺激。通过计算90 min 内每10分钟大鼠肛门酚红的排出量评定结肠传输。结果 (1)结肠串脉冲电刺激可以显著促进结肠传输,90 min 生理盐水非电刺激组结肠排空率为57%±6%,生理盐水电刺激组为82%±5%,电刺激使结肠排空增加了43%。(2)L-NNA 减慢了结肠传输,并阻断了串脉冲电刺激对结肠传输的促进作用。(3)阿托品明显减慢结肠传输,90 min 酚红排出率为16%±3%,明显低于生理盐水非电刺激组,但并未能阻断串脉冲电刺激对结肠传输的促进作用。结论结肠串脉冲电刺激有促进结肠传输的作用,这种作用可能是通过氮能神经通路而非胆碱能神经通路介导的。李文波 刘诗 侯晓华 Chen JDZ 2007中华医学杂志2007,87,44:2

20电刺激对狗肛门括约肌压力的影响显示文摘目的研究长脉冲电刺激对狗肛门括约肌压力(ASP)的影响及其作用机制。方法取9只雌性健康狗,清洁直肠后进行:①不同参数电刺激对 ASP 的影响;②电刺激肛门括约肌20 min 对括约肌的影响;③阿托品对电刺激效应的影响;④酚妥拉明对电刺激效应的影响。ASP 用水灌注气压系统连续记录,以每秒收缩曲线下面积表示。用测压管上一对环状电极进行电刺激。除实验①外,其他三项实验电刺激参数分别为20 ppm、200 ms 和3 mA。结果基础 ASP 为55.7±6.0.电刺激可使 ASP 达76.4±6.5.增高37%(P<0.05)。ASP 增高与电刺激电能强度呈正相关(r=0.395,P<0.01)。在持续20 min 的电刺激中,4个5 min 时间段的 ASP 间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。阿托品无阻断电刺激作用。酚妥拉明可降低基础 ASP,在静脉注射酚妥拉明时电刺激仍能增加 ASP,但增幅从19.1±2.6降至9.9±2.8(P<0.05)。结论低频长脉冲电刺激呈能量依赖性增加狗 ASP,20 min 持续电刺激未见肌肉疲劳。电刺激对括约肌的兴奋作用涉及肾上腺素能神经α-受体,而与胆碱能神经无关。聂玉强 李瑜元 Chen JDZ 2005中华消化杂志2005,25,12:1
