1Abnormal perturbations in the ionospheric F2 region before Wenchuan earthquake on 12 May 2008显示文摘On 12 May 2008 at 14:28 BJT, a great earthquake (M=8.0) occurred in Wenchuan (31.00°N, 103.40°E), China. The hourly foF2 from 5 to 12 May have been analyzed over four ionospheric observatories: Kunming (25.00°N, 102.70°E), Chongqing (29.50°N, 106.40°E), Lhasa (29.63°N, 91.17°E), and Lanzhou (36.07°N, 103.87°E). The results show that foF2 were notably abnormal from upper bound (the maximum abnormality up to 65% at 17:00 BJT) and lasted about 3 h on 9 May over Chongqing station. Moreover, there were obvious perturbations of foF2 on the same day over other stations except Lhasa. 2Global patterns and changes of carbon emissions from land use during 1992e2015显示文摘Carbon emissions from land use(ELUC)are an important part of anthropogenic CO_(2) emissions,but its size and location remain uncertain,and our knowledge of the relationship between ELUC and GDP remains partial.We showed that the carbon emissions directly caused by land use change(direct ELUC)during 1992-2015 was 26.54 Pg C(1.15 Pg C yr^(-1)),with a decreased trend and a net reduction rate of0.15 Pg C yr^(-1).The areas that exhibited reductions were concentrated in South America,Central Africa,and Southeast Asia,and those with increments were scattered in Northwestern North America,Eastern South America,Central Africa,East Asia,and parts of Southeast Asia.For the indirect carbon emissions from the utilization of built-up land(indirect ELUC),it manifested an upward trend with a total emission of 27.51 Pg C(1.2 Pg C yr^(-1)).The total value resulted by global ELUC was $136.3×10^(9) US,and the value of annual was equivalent to 3.7 times the GDP of the Central African Republic in 2015($5.93×10^(9) US yr^(-1)).Among the 79 countries and regions considered in this study,54 represented the upward GDP with increased emissions,and only 25 experienced GDP growth with emission reductions.These findings highlight the pivotal role of land use change in the carbon cycle and the significance of coordinated development between GDP and carbon emissions.Shiqi Tian Shijie Wang Xiaoyong Bai Guangjie Luo Qin Li Yujie Yang Zeyin Hu Chaojun Li Yuanhong Deng 2021Environmental Science and Ecotechnology2021,,3:2

4Design of high-performance molybdenum alloys via doping metal oxide and carbide strengthening:A review显示文摘Metal oxide and carbide strengthening molybdenum(Mo)alloys have been designed as promising ad-vanced materials in refractory metals to solve some of the core engineering problems in superalloy ap-plications.Hence,there is a need to summarize the results obtained and evaluate the opportunities for preparing high-performance Mo alloys by strengthening metal oxides and carbides to improve the per-formance characteristics of Mo metal materials.This paper reviews the results of the reported work con-cerning the structure and properties of Mo alloys with different metal oxide and carbide strengthening methods added to Mo matrix.The influence of the doping of La 2 O 3 and Y 2 O 3 particles,ceramic Al 2 O 3 and ZrO 2 particles,and refractory TiC and ZrC carbides particles of Mo alloys are discussed.The impacts of particle morphology,size,distribution and volume fractions of oxide and carbide are analyzed,as well as the specific features of different doping techniques for obtaining high-performance Mo alloys mate-rials.This work will guide future research on the design of high-performance refractory Mo alloys by adding oxides and carbide particles,helping to solve the core issues in the field of superalloy application research.Hairui Xing Ping Hu Chaojun He Xiangyang Zhang Jiayu Han Fan Yang Run Bai Wen Zhang Kuaishe Wang Alex AVolinsky 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,29:1

6Experimental and kinetic study on laminar flame speeds of ammonia/syngas/air at a high temperature and elevated pressure显示文摘The laminar flame speeds of ammonia mixed with syngas at a high pressure, temperature, and different syngas ratios were measured. The data obtained were fitted at different pressures, temperatures, syngas ratios, and equivalence ratios. Four kinetic models (the Glarborg model, Shrestha model, Mei model, and Han model) were compared and validated with experimental data. Pathway, sensitivity and radical pool analysis are conducted to find out the deep kinetic insight on ammonia oxidation and NO formation. The pathway analysis shows that H abstraction reactions and NHi combination reactions play important roles in ammonia oxidation. NO formation is closely related to H, OH, the O radical produced, and formation reactions. NO is mainly formed from reaction, HNO+ H= NO+ H2. 8Theoretical Error Analysis of the Accuracy of Focal Depth Determination of Near Earthquakes显示文摘Focal depth is one of the most difficult seismic parameters to determine accurately in seismology. The focal depths estimated by various methods are uncertain to a considerable degree,which affects the understanding of the source process. The influence of various factors on focal depth is non-linear. The influence of epicentral distance,arrival time residual and velocity model (crust model) on focal depth is analyzed based on travel time formula of near earthquakes in this paper. When wave propagation velocity is constant, the error of focal depth increases with the increase of epicentral distance or the distance to station and the travel time residual. When the travel time residual is constant,the error of focal depth increases with the increase of the epicentral distance and the velocity of seismic wave. The study also shows that the location error perhaps becomes bigger for shallower earthquakes when the velocity is known and the travel time residual is constant. The horizontal error caused by location accuracy increases with the increase of the epicentral distance,the travel time residual and the velocity of seismic waves,thus the error of focal depth will increase with these factors. 9A Serum Biomarker Model to Diagnose Pancreatic Cancer Using Proteomic Fingerprint Technology显示文摘OBJECTIVE To establish a serum protein pattern model for screening pancreatic cancer. METHODS Twenty-nine serum samples from patients with pancreatic cancer were collected before surgery,and an additional 57 serum samples from age and sex-matched individuals without cancer were used as controls.WCX magnetic beans and a PBS Ⅱ-C protein chip reader (Ciphergen Biosystems Inc) were employed to detect the protein fingerprint expression of all serum samples. The resulting profiles comparing serum from cancer and normal patients were analyzed with the Biomarker Wizard system,to establish a model using the Biomarker Pattern system software. A double-blind test was used to determine the sensitivity and specificity of the model. RESULTS A group of 4 biomarkers(relative molecular weights were 5,705 Da,4,935 Da,5,318 Da,3,243 Da) were selected to set up a decision tree to produce the classification model to effectively screen pancreatic cancer patients.The results yielded a sensitivity of 100%(20/20),specificity of 97.4% (37/38).The ROC curve was 99.7%.A double-blind test used to challenge the model resulted in a sensitivity of 88.9% and a specificity of 89.5%. 10Establishment of NaLuF_(4):15%Tb-based low dose X-PDT agent and its application on efficient antitumor therapy显示文摘X-ray excited photodynamic therapy(X-PDT)is the bravo answer of photodynamic therapy(PDT)for deep-seated tumors,as it employs X-ray as the irradiation source to overcome the limitation of light penetration depth.However,high X-ray irradiation dose caused organ lesions and side effects became the major barrier to X-PDT application.To address this issue,this work employed a classic-al co-precipitation reaction to synthesize NaLuF_(4):15%Tb^(3+)(NLF)with an average particle size of(23.48±0.91)nm,which was then coupled with the photosensitizer merocyanine 540(MC540)to form the X-PDT system NLF-MC540 with high production of singlet oxygen.The system could induce antitumor efficacy to about 24%in relative low dose X-ray irradiation range(0.1-0.3 Gy).In vivo,when NLF-MC540 irradiated by 0.1 Gy X-ray,the tumor inhibition percentage reached 89.5%±5.7%.The therapeutic mechanism of low dose X-PDT was found.A significant increase of neutrophils in serum was found on the third day after X-PDT.By immunohistochemical staining of tumor sections,the Ly6G^(+),CD8^(+),and CD11c^(+)cells infiltrated in the tumor microenvironment were studied.Utilizing the bilat-eral tumor model,the NLF-MC540 with 0.1 Gy X-ray irradiation could inhibit both the primary tumor and the distant tumor growth.De-tected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),two cytokines IFN-γand TNF-αin serum were upregulated 7 and 6 times than negative control,respectively.Detected by enzyme linked immune spot assay(ELISPOT),the number of immune cells attributable to the IFN-γand TNF-αlevels in the group of low dose X-PDT were 14 and 6 times greater than that in the negative control group,respectively.Thus,it conclude that low dose X-PDT system could successfully upregulate the levels of immune cells,stimulate the secretion of cy-tokines(especially IFN-γand TNF-α),activate antitumor immunity,and finally inhibit colon tumor growth.Yi Tian Zhiguang Fu Xiaosheng Zhu Chunjing Zhan Jinwei Hu Li Fan Chaojun Song Qian Yang Yu Wang Mei Shi 2024International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2024,31,3:0

12Analysis and Calibration of Internal Flow Force of EjectorPowered Engine Simulator System in Wind Tunnels显示文摘The ejector-powered engine simulator(EPES)system is an important piece of equipment in conducting an influence test of the intake and jet flow in low-speed wind tunnels.In this work,through the analysis of the structure and principle of EPES,three parts of the internal flow force were obtained,namely,the additional resistance before the inlet,the internal flow force in the inlet and the thrust produced by the ejector.On the assumption of one-dimensional isentropic adiabatic flow,the theoretical formulae for calculating the forces were derived according to the measured total pressure,static pressure and total temperature of the internal flow section.Subsequently,a calibration tank was used to calibrate the EPES system.On the basis of the characteristics of the EPES system,the process and method of its calibration were designed in detail,and the model installation interface of the calibration tank was reformed.By applying this method,the repeatability accuracy of the inlet flow rate calibration coefficient was less than0.05%,whereas that of the exhaust flow rate and velocity was less than 0.1%.Upon the application of the calibration coefficients to the correction of the wind tunnel experiment data,the results showed good agreement with the numerical simulation results in terms of regularity and magnitude before stall,which validates the reasonableness and feasibility of the calibration method.Analysis of the calibration data also demonstrated the consistency in the variation law and trend between the theoretical calculation and actual measurement of internal flow force,further reflecting the rationality and feasibility of the theoretical calculation.Nevertheless,the numerical difference was large and further widened with a higher ejection flow rate mainly because of the accuracy of flow measurement and the inhomogeneity of internal flow.The thrust deflection angle of EPES is an important factor in correcting this issue.In particular,the thrust deflection angle becomes larger with small ejection flow and becomes smaller with an increase in flow rate,essentially exhibiting a general change of less than 10°.TANG Wei WU Chaojun HU Buyuan 2019Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2019,36,5:0
13Highly reinforce the interface stability using 2-Phenyl-1H-imidazole-1-sulfonate electrolyte additive to enhance the high temperature performance of LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)/graphite batteries显示文摘This work develops 2-Phenyl-1H-imidazole-1-sulfonate(PHIS)as a multi-functional electrolyte additive for H2O/HF scavenging and film formation to improve the high temperature performance of LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)/graphite batteries.After 450 cycles at room temperature(25℃),the discharge capacity retentions of batteries with blank and PHIS-containing electrolyte are 56.03%and 94.92%respectively.After 230 cycles at high temperatures(45℃),their values are 75.30%and 88.38%respectively.The enhanced electrochemical performance of the batteries with PHIS-containing electrolyte is supported by the spectroscopic characterization and theoretical calculations.It is demonstrated that this PHIS electrolyte additive can facilitate the construction of the electrode interface films,remove the H2O/HF in the electrolyte,and improve the electrochemical performance of the batteries.This work not only develops a sulfonate-based electrolyte but also can stimulate new ideas of functional additives to improve the battery performance.Xin He Yiting Li Wenlian Wang Xueyi Zeng Huilin Hu Haijia Li Weizhen Fan Chaojun Fan Jian Cai Zhen Ma Junmin Nan 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,5:0
